Intro­duc­tion: Pre­sent­ing an expose about the Coun­cil on American-Islamic Rela­tions, this pro­gram begins with an account of the method­ol­ogy used to unearth the infor­ma­tion pre­sented in Mus­lim Mafia: Inside the Secret Under­world that’s Con­spir­ing to Islamize Amer­ica. Pos­ing as a Mus­lim con­vert, co-author Dave Gaubatz’s son Chris infil­trated CAIR, where he secured a posi­tion shred­ding orga­ni­za­tion doc­u­ments, so that their con­tents could be kept secret. Before he shred­ded the doc­u­ments, Chris copied them and secured copies for research purposes.

The infor­ma­tion pre­sented in this inter­view and in the book Mus­lim Mafia is from those CAIR documents!

Co-author (with Paul Sperry) Dave Gaubatz is a vet­eran Air Force intel­li­gence offi­cer, con­sid­ered one of the Pentagon’s Arab lan­guage experts and one of the first civil­ians inserted into Iraq after the 2003 inva­sion. Crit­i­cized by left-reactionaries as an anti-Muslim bigot, Dave’s life was saved by an Arab Mus­lim fam­ily and he man­i­fests a deep affec­tion and respect for the Arab and Mus­lim peo­ples of the world.

Rep­re­sent­ing itself as a civil rights orga­ni­za­tion for Amer­i­can Mus­lims and largely accepted by the jour­nal­is­tic and legal com­mu­ni­ties as such, the orga­ni­za­tion is–simply put–a front for the Mus­lim Broth­er­hood, an Islamic fas­cist orga­ni­za­tion that is the par­ent orga­ni­za­tion of Al Qaeda, Hamas and Pales­tin­ian Islamic Jihad. (It is said that a pic­ture is worth a thou­sand words. At right are pic­tures of the sol­diers of two Mus­lim Broth­er­hood off­shoots, the first [top] is of Hamas, the lower pic­ture of Pales­tin­ian Islamic Jihad. Both orga­ni­za­tions are sup­ported by CAIR.) Funded by Broth­er­hood con­duits and Mid­dle East­ern oil-producing king­doms, CAIR is inex­tri­ca­bly linked with the milieu of the Bank al-Taqwa.

Far from adher­ing to U.S. law, CAIR is actively con­nected to numer­ous ter­ror­ists and terror-connected orga­ni­za­tions. Their per­son­nel and agenda are clan­des­tinely sup­ported by CAIR. (The orga­ni­za­tion was found to be an unin­dicted co-conspirator in the recent Holy Land Foun­da­tion Trial.) Exem­pli­fy­ing the type of indi­vid­ual involved with CAIR on the one hand, and the milieu of Islamist ter­ror on the other is Siraj Wah­haj, a for­mer CAIR board mem­ber described as a pos­si­ble co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Cen­ter bombing.

Pre­sent­ing infor­ma­tion from CAIR’s own doc­u­ments, Gaubatz doc­u­ments that Wahhaj’s is not an iso­lated case. CAIR founder Nihad Awad has stated that he feels the Mossad was behind the 9/11 attacks.

Of the var­i­ous Islamist ter­ror groups with which CAIR is allied, Hamas is arguably the clos­est. Con­clud­ing the sec­ond side of the broad­cast is a read­ing of the Hamas char­ter. The document’s text has very lit­tle at all to do with Islam and is, for all intents and pur­poses, undi­luted Nazi ideology.

For our strug­gle against the Jews is extremely wide-ranging and grave, so much so that it will need all the loyal efforts we can wield, to be fol­lowed by fur­ther steps and rein­forced by suc­ces­sive bat­tal­ions from the mul­ti­far­i­ous Arab and Islamic world, until the ene­mies are defeated and Allah’s vic­tory pre­vails. …The prophet, prayer and peace be upon him, said: The time will not come until Mus­lims will fight the Jews (and kill them); until the Jews hide behind rocks and trees, which will cry: O Mus­lim! there is a Jew hid­ing behind me, come on and kill him!

The ene­mies have been schem­ing for a long time, and they have con­sol­i­dated their schemes, in order to achieve what they have achieved. They took advan­tage of key ele­ments in unfold­ing events, and accu­mu­lated a huge and influ­en­tial mate­r­ial wealth which they put to the ser­vice of imple­ment­ing their dream. This wealth [per­mit­ted them to] take over con­trol of the world media such as news agen­cies, the press, pub­li­ca­tion houses, broad­cast­ing and the like. [They also used this] wealth to stir rev­o­lu­tions in var­i­ous parts of the globe in order to ful­fill their inter­ests and pick the fruits. They stood behind the French and the Com­mu­nist Rev­o­lu­tions and behind most of the rev­o­lu­tions we hear about here and there.

They also used the money to estab­lish clan­des­tine orga­ni­za­tions which are spread­ing around the world, in order to destroy soci­eties and carry out Zion­ist inter­ests. Such orga­ni­za­tions are: the Freema­sons, Rotary Clubs, Lions Clubs, B’nai B’rith and the like. All of them are destruc­tive spy­ing orga­ni­za­tions. They also used the money to take over con­trol of the Impe­ri­al­ist states and made them col­o­nize many coun­tries in order to exploit the wealth of those coun­tries and spread their cor­rup­tion therein. As regards local and world wars, it has come to pass and no one objects, that they stood behind World War I, so as to wipe out the Islamic Caliphate. They col­lected mate­r­ial gains and took con­trol of many sources of wealth. They obtained the Bal­four Dec­la­ra­tion and estab­lished the League of Nations in order to rule the world by means of that orga­ni­za­tion. They also stood behind World War II, where they col­lected immense ben­e­fits from trad­ing with war mate­ri­als and pre­pared for the estab­lish­ment of their state. They inspired the estab­lish­ment of the United Nations and the Secu­rity Coun­cil to replace the League of Nations, in order to rule the world by their inter­me­di­ary. There was no war that broke out any­where with­out their fin­ger­prints on it…

Their scheme has been laid out in the Pro­to­cols of the Elders of Zion, and their present [con­duct] is the best proof of what is said there… Within the cir­cle of the con­flict with world Zion­ism, the Hamas regards itself the spear­head and the avant-garde. It joins its efforts to all those who are active on the Pales­tin­ian scene, but more steps need to be taken by the Arab and Islamic peo­ples and Islamic asso­ci­a­tions through­out the Arab and Islamic world in order to make pos­si­ble the next round with the Jews, the mer­chants of war.

Next, the pro­gram notes that CAIR has failed to pro­vide promised legal assis­tance to Mus­lims in this coun­try, cost­ing them money and embar­rass­ment. It is note­wor­thy that the group has suc­cess­fully avoided the con­tro­versy that should have accom­pa­nied the event. Gaubatz and his co-author present other exam­ples of CAIR misrepresentations.

CAIR has [appar­ently] delib­er­ately exag­ger­ated the Mus­lim pop­u­la­tion of the United States, in order to increase its legal and pro­fes­sional grav­i­tas. (Gaubatz and Sperry point out that CAIR uti­lizes nui­sance law­suits and legal pres­sure to get cor­po­ra­tions and other insti­tu­tions to con­form to their desires. Promis­ing that Mus­lim boy­cotts of their orga­ni­za­tions will be dam­ag­ing, CAIR’s threats are lent greater weight by this exag­ger­a­tion of the Mus­lim population.)

In that same con­text, CAIR delib­er­ately inflates its own appar­ent influ­ence by exag­ger­at­ing its finan­cial clout and fund-raising suc­cess. Much of the wealth that it does have comes from sup­port from Mid­dle East­ern oil money. That, in turn, gives it more influ­ence in its legal gam­bits than it would oth­er­wise be able to wield.

One of the most dis­turb­ing aspects of CAIR’s oper­a­tions is the fact that the group has suc­cess­fully pro­jected itself into an advi­sory capac­ity for law enforce­ment on deal­ing with terror-related mat­ters. In this capac­ity, CAIR has not only inter­ceded on behalf of indi­vid­u­als and insti­tu­tions accused of com­plic­ity with terror-related acts, but has gained access to clas­si­fied files.

CAIR is also lob­by­ing for what might be termed “Islamic Exceptionalism”–the notion that Amer­i­can Mus­lims should be gov­erned by sharia–Islamic law–rather than U.S. law (where the two are in con­flict.) In effect, CAIR and the Mus­lim Broth­er­hood for which it fronts are seek­ing to cre­ate a par­al­lel Mus­lim state within the United States itself.

Par­tic­u­larly strik­ing in this regard is CAIR’s view that Imams should be called upon by law enforce­ment to inter­cede in inci­dences of domes­tic vio­lence involv­ing Mus­lim house­holds. A grim exam­ple of what the future might hold for Mus­lim women in Amer­ica is the exam­ple of Bridges TV. Closely asso­ci­ated with the Mus­lim Broth­er­hood and founded in order to project a more mod­er­ate image of Mus­lims in the United States, Bridges TV received a huge PR defeat when Musamil Has­san, the network’s founder and top exec­u­tive sawed off his wife’s head with a hunt­ing knife when she tried to leave him.

Gaubatz con­cludes the dis­cus­sion by pre­sent­ing exam­ples of the Mus­lim Broth­er­hood estab­lish­ing legal, pro­fes­sional and com­mer­cial insti­tu­tions in this coun­try that could be con­sid­ered the foun­da­tions of their desired “state within a state.”
