The fourth in a series of dis­cus­sions with Dr. Nick Begich, this inter­view begins by review­ing the major points cov­ered in the first three talks (Dr. Begich and Jeane Man­ning are the authors of Angels Don’t Play this HAARP: Advances in Tesla Tech­nol­ogy; Earth­pulse Press; Copy­right 1995.) The focal point of the inter­view is Project HAARP, a high tech, mul­ti­pur­pose weapons sys­tem that has been termed “A Rev­o­lu­tion in Mil­i­tary Affairs” by experts. Most of the pro­gram involves dis­cus­sion of some of the cov­er­age and recep­tion Dr. Begich has received abroad. In sharp con­trast to the sparse cov­er­age this vitally impor­tant story has received in the United States, the Euro­pean Par­lia­ment and pres­ti­gious Euro­pean media voices such as the BBC and Der Spiegel (among oth­ers) have devoted con­sid­er­able time and atten­tion to Dr. Begich’s research.
