A follow-up inter­view to a pre­vi­ous pro­gram from 10/6/96, this dis­cus­sion fur­ther devel­ops a num­ber of points high­lighted in the first broad­cast. The author of Angels Don’t Play This HAARP: Advances in Tesla Tech­nol­ogy (Earth­pulse Press, soft­cover, copy­right 1995), Dr. Nick Begich ana­lyzes some pro­jected aspects of the HAARP project, envi­sioned as an “RMA” — “A Rev­o­lu­tion in Mil­i­tary Affairs”. Among the aspects dis­cussed are: the use of HAARP as a space-based device for affect­ing mind con­trol on entire pop­u­la­tion groups; HAARP’s use as an instru­ment for alter­ing the body chem­istry of peo­ple on the ground, in order to pro­duce immuno-suppressive and poten­tially deadly effects; the pro­jected use of the sys­tem to alter the weather for mil­i­tary pur­poses; the pos­si­ble use of the sys­tem to cre­ate earth­quakes and other seis­mic dis­tur­bances; a num­ber of poten­tially cat­a­strophic side effects of the sys­tem, includ­ing the pos­si­bil­ity that the instru­men­tal­ity could destroy the ionos­phere (which pro­tects life on earth from deadly radi­a­tion from space) by over­load­ing it (the ionos­phere) and cre­at­ing a short cir­cuit between the upper atmos­phere and the earth; and the pos­si­bil­ity that the project could slow the earth’s rota­tion, thus cre­at­ing dis­as­trous and unin­tended seis­mic events. Finally, the pro­gram dis­cusses the pos­si­bil­ity that use of the device could con­tribute to a shift in the earth’s mag­netic poles with species-destroying results. (Recorded on 1/19/97.)
