Bayer, a former member of the I.G. Farben cartel and a key element of the Bormann capital network has purchased Monsanto with a $66 billion cash bid, the largest corporate cash deal in history, with Sullivan & Cromwell having served as the firm’s adviser. In FTR #912, we noted the prominent entry of Bormann firms into the food industry and speculated about the possibility of introducing genetically-engineered binary pathogens into foodstuffs.
