Memorial Day Weekend Broadcast: Sunday, May 26th and Monday, May 27th

On Sunday 5/26/2019 from 11 a.m. (Pacific Time) until 7pm, and on Monday, 5/27/2019 from 10am until 7pm, KFJC-FM will feature hours of programming documenting the profound connections of U.S. industry and finance to the fascist powers of World War II. In the decades since the end of the Second World War, much has been written about the war and fascism, the driving force behind the aggression that precipitated that conflict. Unfortunately, much of what has been said and written has failed to identify and analyze the causes, nature and methodology of fascism—German National Socialism or “Nazism” in particular. A deeper, more accurate analysis was presented in published literature, particularly volumes published during, or in the immediate aftermath of, the Second World War. . . . . Fascism (Nazism in particular) was an outgrowth of globalization and the construction of international monopolies (cartels). Key to understanding this phenomenon is analysis of the Webb-Pomerene act, legislated near the end of the First World War. A loophole in the Anti-trust legislation of 1914, it effectively legalized the formation of cartels—international monopolies—for firms that were barred from domestic monopolistic practices. Decrying what they viewed as excessive and restrictive “regulation” here in the United States, U.S.-based transnational corporations invested their profits from the industrial boom of the 1920’s abroad, primarily in Japan and Germany. This process might well be viewed as the real beginning of what is now known as “globalization.” This reinvestment of the profits of the American industrial boom of the 1920’s in Japanese and German strategic heavy industry was the capital that drove the engines of conquest that subdued both Europe and Asia during World War II. On Sunday, we will highlight the American-German industrial axis and its various manifestations. On Monday, we will explore the American-Japanese industrial axis.

FTR #845 Interview (#8) with Peter Levenda about “The Hitler Legacy”

Picking up where FTR #844 left off, this program examines developments in Indonesia after the 1965 CIA coup that deposed Sukarno. An apparent participant in an unsuccessful 1958 attempt against Sukarno was Lee Harvey Oswald. Before tackling the bulk of the Indonesia material, Peter notes that the supposed “Communist” Oswald actually had connections to Nazi elements. After an encapsulation of the Japanese Golden Lily program that looted much of Asia, the program sets forth some of the mysteries that unfold in connection with the disposition of Sukarno’s “Revolutionary Fund.” Apparently comprised of both Golden Lily treasure and war loot transported to the Asia by the Third Reich, the Revolutionary Fund has defied efforts by Sukarno family members and associates to obtain some of the wealth. Among the cast of characters winding through the mysterious corridors of the Revolutionary Fund investigative maze are: a mysterious Dr. Poch, alleged in an Indonesian best seller by Dr. Susro Husodo to have been Adolf Hitler; the professional frustration and mysterious demise of Dr. Edison Damanik, who attempted to obtain some of the Revolutionary Fund loot; arms dealer Soeryo Goeritno, who suffered a disabling stroke or seizure when he attempted to navigate the perilous waters of the Revolutionary Fund and its tributaries.

FTR #844 Interview (#7) with Peter Levenda about “The Hitler Legacy”

Peter Levenda’s “The Hitler Legacy” is, in Mr. Emory’s opinion, one of the most important political books ever written. This seventh interview with Peter about the book sets forth the powerful Nazi presence in Indonesia prior to, during, and after World War II. In addition to the significant presence of the Dutch Nazi party in Indonesia, the NSDAP also had a significant presence in this former colony of the Netherlands. The most populous Muslim country in the world, Indonesia was seen as the key element in an Islamist bulwark against Communist China. This stratagem was envisioned by Charles Willoughby, General Douglas MacArthur’s intelligence chief and a doctrinaire fascist. Although supportive of Axis conquest of the Netherlands and Indonesia, which he saw as freeing the archipelago from colonial domination, Sukarno espoused a “Third Way” at the conference of Non-Aligned nations in Bandung in 1955. This led the US to see him as a Communist and begin attempts to depose him. In order to provide financing for Indonesia and other Third World countries, Sukarno appears to have turned to Hjalmar Schacht, Hitler’s finance minister, who utilized Nazi gold shipments to Asia to “prime the economic pump” for this abortive project.

FTR #838 Interview (#1) with Peter Levenda about “The Hitler Legacy”

The first of several interviews with Peter Levenda about his important new book “The Hitler Legacy,” this program highlights the evolution of elements which figure into the development of the post-war Nazi underground. At the end of the First World War, the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia and abortive Marxist uprisings in Germany and elsewhere in Europe infused the power elite in the U.S. with a paranoid ideological terror of a global “Jewish-Marxist” conspiracy. Combined with fear of Catholic and Jewish immigrants and their effect on American society, this ideological paranoia fused with a social Darwinism that found its expression in eugenics–a pseudo-intellectual doctrine that sought the promotion of “desirable” social and ethnic types and the suppression and/or elimination of “inferior” racial types. Seeing Germany as the point element in the struggle against world Marxism, individuals and political parties sought to ally with German fascists to bring fascism to the U.S. This fascist Fifth Column included political groups ranging from the Ku Klux Klan to the Silver Shirts of William Dudley Pelley, as well as the prototypical right-wing talk show host Father Charles Coughlin, “the Radio Priest.” Coughlin’s efforts were subsidized by Third Reich intelligence. Financed by financiers and industrialists who supported fascism, this Fifth Column attempted to kill and/or overthrow FDR on several occasions. In the Middle East, the concept of global jihad was developed by German archaelogist Max von Oppenheim during the First World War. Envisioning the world’s Muslims as proxy warriors against the Entente Powers of Britain, France and Russia, von Oppenheim created the template for contemporary Islamic fascism and jihadism. Following the division of the former Ottoman Empire by Britain and France after World War I, the “Arab Street” began manifesting belief in an international global conspiracy involving Jews and the European colonial powers that resonated with the American power elite’s idological anxieties.

FTR #120 Update on Germany

American fascists, such as former Gen. Charles Willoughby and Allen Dulles promoted German Nazi recruitment among U.S. service personnel in Germany.
