After the death of Mar­garet Thatcher, Amer­i­cans are being treated to hagiogra­phies of her polit­i­cal ally Ronald Rea­gan. Reagan’s admin­is­tra­tion was a front for the Under­ground Reich, incor­po­rat­ing the GOP Nazi “eth­nics” who had been imported into the US fol­low­ing World War II. Rea­gan, him­self, had a long his­tory of asso­ci­a­tion with unsa­vory ele­ments, includ­ing orga­nized crime.


Update on the National Socialist Union

More infor­ma­tion is com­ing out about the Ger­man neo-Nazi group the National Social­ist Union, pro­tected and financed to an extent by that country’s domes­tic intel­li­gence ser­vice. Not sur­pris­ingly, that group was much larger than pre­vi­ously dis­closed. In addi­tion, Turk­ish media have been excluded from the upcom­ing trial of a mem­ber of the group, most of whose vic­tims were Turks.

Nazi and SS Roots of Modern German Police Establishment

We’ve high­lighted the unfold­ing scan­dal sur­round­ing the Ger­man judi­cial establishment’s col­lu­sion with neo-Nazi ele­ments and the government’s ongo­ing cover-up and destruc­tion of evi­dence in the case. That col­lu­sion appears to be proac­tive, to an extent. A recent book by a for­mer offi­cial of the BKA, the Ger­man fed­eral police (equiv­a­lent of the FBI) focuses on the Nazi and SS ori­gins of that agency. (33 of 48 top BKA offi­cials at the agency’s incep­tion had back­grounds as SS lead­ers.) Sup­ple­mented by an inter­nal col­lo­quium, the inquiry notes the post­war Nazi net­work­ing within the BKA and the effect this appears to have had on post­war Ger­man law enforce­ment, par­tic­u­larly with regard to pol­icy toward right-wing extrem­ists, anti-immigrant xeno­pho­bia and anti-Semitism.

Ber­tels­mann will dom­i­nate the new Ran­dom House/Penguin merged unit, which will con­trol 25% of the world’s pub­lish­ing busi­ness. Headed by “for­mer” SS man Hein­rich Mohn, Ber­tels­mann shows every indi­ca­tion of main­tain­ing its Nazi char­ac­ter and obscur­ing them at the same time. Its offi­cial house his­to­rian pub­lished books blam­ing World War II on Franklin Delano Roo­sevelt, U.S. impe­ri­al­ism and Jew­ish con­trol of the U.S. news media.

Using clever, pop­ulist and anti-corporate rhetoric, neo-Nazi groups have been able to win con­verts, not unlike the early Nazi Party in Ger­many. Now, a Nazi hack­ing group claims credit for tak­ing down the CIA’s web­site. In this regard, they are ful­fill­ing a pre­dic­tion we made decades ago–that the Under­ground Reich would turn on Amer­ica fol­low­ing our impor­ta­tion of Third Reich alumni after WWII.


Germans Had Prior Warning about Olympics Massacre

Ger­man author­i­ties had a warn­ing three weeks before the Olympics mas­sacre of 1972. With secu­rity headed by an offi­cer of the BND, the final incar­na­tion of the Gehlen “Org” and with neo-Nazis assist­ing the Pales­tin­ian ter­ror­ists, this comes as no sur­prise. The BND Olympics secu­rity chief has also been accused of stag­ing provo­ca­tions and pro­vid­ing an alibi for a Nazi leader in the 1980 Okto­ber­fest bombing.
