As the Euro becomes a reality with the beginning of 1999, this program analyzes how Germany came to dominate the economies of the other nations of Europe through a concerted, decades-long program of conquest in both war and peace. Beginning with a review of the German “corporatist” strategy of conquest implemented by the Third Reich, the broadcast analyzes how control of patent technologies, manipulation of currency exchange and a program of co-opting key industrial and financial elements of the occupied nations of Europe left Germany in a position to dominate the economy of post-war Europe. As a result of this process, the European Monetary Union is dominated by Germany. A critical element of the discussion is the deadly Bormann Organization, literally the economic component of the Third Reich gone underground and the culmination of the “corporatist” strategy outlined above. (Recorded in January of 1999.)
