REALAUDIO

Introduction: This program is very different from other broadcasts. As will be seen below, the program deviated from the original agenda. The program was originally intended as a supplement to FTR#554 in order to flesh out the story of Skyway, one of the many corporate fronts for the ownership of a DC9 aircraft—dubbed “Cocaine One” by Hopsicker. The broadcast drifted from the original topic into discussion of the 9/11 disinformation movement. Emory and Hopsicker touched on a number of other topics, including the battle of Tora Bora in Afghanistan, attempts to pin the responsibility for the Pearl Harbor attack on FDR and the macroeconomics of the petroleum industry. This broadcast and accompanying description are viewed by Mr. Emory as not of the same substance and merit as the other programs. This rant was viewed as amusing and informative by trusted associates of Mr. Emory and is included in the archives for that reason.

1. This broadcast went “off track” so to speak. Originally intended as an update to Daniel Hopsicker’s ongoing investigation into the bust of a CIA-connected plane in Mexico, the subject was eclipsed when the dialogue turned to the subject of Adnan Khashoggi, a long-time player in the intelligence scene, a financier of Al Qaeda, and the business partner of John Gray. Gray is an icon of the so-called “New Age” and is also a financier of the so-called “9/11 Truth Movement.” This raises the distinct possibility that Adnan Khashoggi may be the real financial backer of the disinformation effort that contends—among other things—that the destruction of the twin towers was a controlled demolition and that the Pentagon was struck by a cruise missile. At some point, Mr. Emory will address this nonsense in detail. Daniel Hopsicker has written three articles about the 9/11 disinformation movement, and they can be examined at the listener’s discretion.
(“Cointelpro 9/11: Peak Oil and the Level Above Saudi” By Daniel Hopsicker; Mad Cow Morning News; 9/28/2004.);

(“Khashoggi, Cults, Cover-Ups & Mars & Venus Doing Lunch” by Daniel Hopsicker; Mad Cow Morning News; 10/13/2004.)

2. Much of the program, frankly, consisted of both Mr. Emory and Daniel Hopsicker ranting a bit about the 9/11 disinformation movement and other things. A number of listeners whose critical faculties Mr. Emory regards with esteem expressed the opinion that the program was worth airing and distributing, despite the digression from the original subject material and the incidental ranting.

3. Part of the program was devoted to criticism of Mike Ruppert’s 9/11 book, Crossing the Rubicon. Mr. Emory reviewed his relationship with Ruppert, a former guest on the program. Ruppert did some excellent work on the relationship between the intelligence community and the drug trade. Eventually, he [Ruppert] deviated from his forte, and began treating subjects (including 9/11) that he clearly didn’t understand. Mr. Emory dissociated himself from Ruppert at that point. Emory stated that Crossing the Rubicon was, arguably, the worst book he had ever read. Specifically, this 600-plus-page volume doesn’t have a word in it about the Muslim Brotherhood, Bank Al Taqwa, Youssef Nada or Operation Green Quest. Mr. Emory also stated that writing a 600 page book about 9/11 without mentioning the Muslim Brotherhood is like writing a 600 page book about the Second World War and not mentioning the Nazis.

4. Hopsicker and Emory debated a number of subjects—including whether or not George Bush deliberately allowed Osama bin Laden to escape from Tora Bora (Hopsicker thinks so, Emory doesn’t feel Bush is anything more than a figurehead).

5. Mr. Emory tackled the issue of Pearl Harbor and the allegation that Franklin Delano Roosevelt deliberately allowed the attack to take place, in order to maneuver the U.S. into World War II. In fact, the entire Pacific military command was on a war footing from late November on. Admiral Kimmel (in charge of all U.S. Navy forces in Hawaii) was told that an attack could come at any time and that he should be ready. In fact, Kimmel failed to act on the message from the U.S.S. Ward that it had launched an attack on an enemy submarine attempting to infiltrate Pearl Harbor. Had Kimmel responded in the manner he should have, the Japanese attack would not have been as devastating.

6. Mr. Emory voiced the opinion that the very violence, military saber-rattling and political instability in the Middle East is the main story, so to speak. Whereas people see the violence as a product of “U.S. imperialism”, Iranian adventurism or whatever, Mr. Emory feels that the very violence itself is the story—leading to an enormous, global transfer of wealth into the coffers of the petroleum industry and related elements.
