COMMENT:  This pre­sen­ta­tion is two talks, of rough­ly two hours apiece. In a pre­sen­ta­tion that will be pub­lished on Fri­day, 9/11 (the 25^th anniver­sary of the 9/11 attacks), Mr. Emory pre­sent­ed part of his vast archival mate­r­i­al on those attacks.

(This pre­sen­ta­tion con­sti­tutes the third of Dav­e’s set of month­ly talks for Sep­tem­ber.)

Fea­tur­ing entire sides of broad­casts and long excerpts of pro­grams, this pre­sen­ta­tion focus­es pri­mar­i­ly on the BCCI case, cov­ered up by Robert Mueller, for­mer Jus­tice Depart­ment pros­e­cu­tor and appoint­ed by George W. Bush to be head of the FBI.

Mr. Emory high­light­ed the over­lap between the BCCI, the Bin Laden family’s financ­ing of George W. Bush’s first ener­gy com­pa­ny in a pro­gram record­ed and broad­cast in mid-Decem­ber of 1999!

In ear­ly July of 2001, Dave specif­i­cal­ly tabbed George W. Bush’s nom­i­na­tion of Robert Mueller to head the FBI as a gam­bit intend­ed to cov­er-up the links between Bush and the Bin Laden fam­i­ly. Those links go through the BCCI net­works, suc­cess­ful­ly obscured by Mueller when he was a fed­er­al pros­e­cu­tor.

On March 20, 2002, Oper­a­tion Green Quest raids tar­get­ed a num­ber of pow­er­ful Islam­ic char­i­ties and busi­ness­es linked to the GOP, Al-Qae­da and the Bank Al-Taqwa.

One of the peo­ple involved with that net­work was Talat Oth­man, ele­vat­ed to a posi­tion as a direc­tor of George W. Bush’s Harken ener­gy by virtue of being a pro­tégé of for­mer BCCI king­pin Gaith Pharoan.

After inter­ces­sion by Oth­man, then Trea­sury Sec­re­tary Paul O’Neill was sum­mar­i­ly fired in late 2002.

The Oper­a­tion Green Quest mon­ey trail was cov­ered up by Robert Mueller’s FBI.

At the core of the Green Quest raids of 3/20/2002 was the Bank Al-Taqwa, head­ed by for­mer Ger­man intel­li­gence agent Youssef Nada. Found­ed by key Nazi financier Fran­cois Genoud, Al-Taqwa had an account for Al-Qae­da that had an unlim­it­ed line of cred­it.

Ulti­mate­ly, all of the tar­get­ed insti­tu­tions and indi­vid­u­als in the 3/20/2002 raids went free.
