COMMENT: On Fri­day, July 12, Mr. Emory pre­sent­ed the third of the month­ly talks for July.

Begin­ning with a detailed account of the appar­ent dos­ing of a New Hamp­shire tex­tile mill with inhala­tion anthrax, the talk expands the focus of that pre­sen­ta­tion to the Covid-19 “Op” and the appar­ent vec­tor­ing of the New York City sub­way sys­tem with what Dave has termed “The North­woods Virus.”

Piv­ot­ing to Rus­sia and its geopo­lit­i­cal and eco­nom­ic sit­u­a­tion, the talk details Vladimir Putin’s care­ful invest­ment pol­i­cy, afford­ing eco­nom­ic con­trol over much of the Eurasian ter­ri­to­ry tar­get­ed by the West for desta­bi­liza­tion.

Not­ing the tim­ing of the SMO, the eco­nom­ic advan­tage gained by Rus­sia from an over­lap of poli­cies aimed at nation­al­iz­ing some indus­tries pre­vi­ous­ly owned by for­eign­ers and attract­ing cap­i­tal and invest­ment from oth­er West­ern inter­ests, the pre­sen­ta­tion high­lights much of the rea­son for Russia’s eco­nom­ic expan­sion after the begin­ning of the war.

Russ­ian “oli­garch” Andrey Mel­nichenko detailed the unre­port­ed (in the West) ben­e­fits for Russ­ian soci­ety of the sanc­tions imposed on that coun­try and how Russ­ian sov­er­eign­ty and sta­bil­i­ty will ben­e­fit the world.

The talk con­cludes with detailed dis­cus­sion of Russian/Chinese mil­i­tary coop­er­a­tion, par­tic­u­lar­ly with regard to space-based weapon­ry and the neu­tral­iza­tion of the Star­link com­mu­ni­ca­tions and mil­i­tary satel­lites field­ed by Elon Musk.
