COMMENT: On Fri­day, August 14^th, Dave did his third talk for the month of August.

Focus­ing large­ly on the Covid-19 pan­dem­ic, he recapped an impor­tant part of the first of his writ­ten arti­cles, prov­ing that SARS CoV‑2 was delib­er­ate­ly made by the U.S.

Mr. Emory high­light­ed syn­thet­ic biol­o­gy and its abil­i­ty to syn­the­size an exist­ing virus from scratch, make nor­mal bac­te­ria tox­ic and dis­ease-caus­ing organ­isms more destruc­tive. The tech­nol­o­gy might be likened to a 3‑D print­er.

The SARS CoV‑2 virus might be termed “The North­woods Virus,” the lat­est iter­a­tion of a Nation­al Secu­ri­ty pol­i­cy craft­ed dur­ing JFK’s Pres­i­den­cy, opposed by him and then appar­ent­ly insti­tu­tion­al­ized after his assas­si­na­tion.

Oper­a­tion North­woods was orig­i­nal­ly tar­get­ed at Cuba. A series of ter­ror­ist oper­a­tions direct­ed at Amer­i­cans and specif­i­cal­ly designed to kill them, the project’s under­ly­ing goal was to pro­voke Amer­i­can out­rage, there­by sup­port­ing mil­i­tary oper­a­tions against Cas­tro.

Avail­able evi­dence sug­gests that this pol­i­cy con­tin­ued dur­ing the Cold War and after­ward, cul­mi­nat­ing in the use of syn­thet­ic biol­o­gy to craft a genet­i­cal­ly-mod­i­fied bat virus, fram­ing Chi­na for the gen­er­a­tion of the organ­ism and there­by pro­vok­ing world­wide ani­mos­i­ty toward that coun­try.

The Wuhan Insti­tute of Virol­o­gy was framed in a man­ner not unlike the man­ner in which Lee Har­vey Oswald was giv­en a left/Communist cov­er, framed for the assas­si­na­tion of JFK and then killed before he could defend him­self.

Dave termed that insti­tu­tion “The Oswald Insti­tute of Virol­o­gy.”

Mr. Emory syn­op­sized the cen­tral ele­ment in the appar­ent syn­the­sis of the virus—the Eco­Health Alliance, the Ukrain­ian Daszek fam­i­ly, In-Q-Tel (the CIA’s ven­ture cap­i­tal foun­da­tion), Munich Rein­sur­ance, Metabio­ta (oper­a­tional­ly linked with Eco­Health Alliance) and a plan to pro­vide insti­tu­tions with pan­dem­ic insur­ance against “a nov­el coro­n­avirus” which might spread world-wide and neces­si­tate “quar­an­ti­ning . . . social dis­tanc­ing . . . and school clo­sures.”

That was in 2018 at the same time that the Metabio­ta-linked Eco­Health Alliance was syn­the­siz­ing nov­el coro­n­avirus­es!

In addi­tion to dis­cus­sion of the pan­dem­ic, Mr. Emory high­light­ed the alleged “sui­cides” of key per­son­nel at Fort Meade, Mary­land (home of the NSA and the U.S. Cyber Com­mand.)

Dave used quo­ta­tions around the term “sui­cides” in light of the pos­si­bil­i­ty of a “cyber-false-flag” inci­dent to gen­er­ate sup­port for mil­i­tary oper­a­tions against Iran.

The CIA’s cyber weapon­ry is specif­i­cal­ly designed to mask the ori­gin of hacks, includ­ing fram­ing them as com­mit­ted by Iran­ian oper­a­tors.
