Key Points of Analy­sis and Dis­cus­sion: Gen­nadiy Druzenko, head of Ukraine’s mil­i­tary med­ical ser­vice, claim­ing on Ukraine 24 (the nation’s top TV sta­tion) that he had issued an order to “cas­trate all Russ­ian POWs because they were sub­hu­man and worse than cock­roach­es;” Druzenko’s Linked In CV, indi­cat­ing that he had worked with pres­ti­gious Amer­i­can, Euro­pean and Ukrain­ian institutions—he is high­ly intel­li­gent and not a “mouth breath­ing knuck­le drag­ger;” Druzenko’s employ­ment with USAID, a major intel­li­gence cov­er and one of the major fun­ders of the Eco­Health Alliance, allied with Metabio­ta in both Ukraine and in the fund­ing of projects in what Mr. Emory calls the “Oswald Insti­tute of Virol­o­gy;” spec­u­la­tion con­cern­ing the pos­si­bil­i­ty that Druzenko may have been involved with the appar­ent bio­log­i­cal war­fare pro­grams expe­dit­ed by Hunter Biden and dis­cussed in FTR#’s 1238 and 1239; analy­sis of a thought pro­vok­ing blog in which a for­mer Indi­an career diplo­mat dis­cussed an April 6 meet­ing of the UN Secu­ri­ty Coun­cil at which Rus­sia detailed some of what they alleged­ly dis­cov­ered con­cern­ing the Ukraine BW projects; High­ly sen­si­tive mate­ri­als from the Ukrain­ian bio­log­i­cal lab­o­ra­to­ries were export­ed to the US in ear­ly Feb­ru­ary just before the Russ­ian spe­cial oper­a­tion began, and the rest were ordered to be destroyed lest they fell into Russ­ian hands; But the cov­er-up was only par­tial­ly suc­cess­ful. Indeed, Rus­sia is in pos­ses­sion of high­ly incrim­i­nat­ing evi­dence;  The ‘dis­cov­ery’ that Russ­ian forces in Ukraine stum­bled upon is the use of num­bered, dig­i­tized, chip-implant­ed migra­to­ry birds by the Pen­ta­gon-fund­ed labs; The Pentagon’s access­ing of data on the migra­tion of these birds; The use of this data to catch, dig­i­tize and attach cap­sules of germs to them that car­ry a chip to be con­trolled through com­put­ers; The Russ­ian claim to actu­al­ly be in pos­ses­sion of such dig­i­tized birds;  Dis­cus­sion of an arti­cle from The Hin­du dis­cussing the tra­vails of a young Indi­an civ­il ser­vant who came across what may have been a pre­cur­sor pro­gram to the Ukrain­ian migra­to­ry birds discovery—A U.S. Army-fund­ed pro­gram at a major Indi­an bird sanc­tu­ary indi­cat­ing inter­est in bio­log­i­cal war­fare appli­ca­tions and the use of migra­to­ry birds as bio­log­i­cal war­fare vec­tors.
