COMMENT: On Friday, April 10, Dave parsed several very different analyses of what happened in Iran last week. One account claims that the U.S. attempted to hijack Iran’s enriched Uranium, another is dismissive of such analysis, maintaining that it is impossible and that such an effort would entail vastly larger numbers of troops, plus heavy equipment and vehicles to transport the uranium. Another analysis claims that, contrary to U.S. insistence that the destroyed aircraft got “stuck in mud” or suffered “mechanical failure,” the C‑130s appear to have been shot down.
Yet another analysis claims that the operation was a highly successful rescue mission of a downed U.S. Air Force WSO. A key to at least partial analysis is the photograph of a propeller of a C‑130 that is bent backward.
Mr. Emory also highlighted a recent book about the powerful, Vatican order Opus Dei and discussion about its profound influence on the current U.S. political landscape. Parallels with the ongoing Epstein investigation and disclosures constitute one of the most salient questions surrounding the book. The author had a recent audience with Pope Leo.
