FTR#‘s 1360 & 1361: Byrds of A Feather, Parts 1 and 2

Intro­duc­tion: We begin with read­ing and analy­sis of an arti­cle by Jere­my Kuz­marov about David H. Byrd and his pur­chase of stock in LTV on the run-up to the Viet­nam War (that stock appre­ci­at­ed enor­mous­ly due to the Viet­nam War).

Byrd was also the founder of the Civ­il Air Patrol. A unit of the CAP was also the first asso­ci­a­tion between David Fer­rie and Lee Har­vey Oswald, as well as Iran-Con­tra drug smug­gler Bar­ry Seal, who may have been fly­ing a get­away plane from Dal­las on 11/22/1963.

Not includ­ed in the orig­i­nal broad­cast, we present excerpts of Luft­waffe Gen­er­al Ude­t’s Wikipedia entry. As out­landish as it might ini­tial­ly appear, the curi­ous deaths of high-rank­ing Luft­waffe offi­cers who were on their way to attend Ude­t’s funer­al fol­low­ing his Novem­ber, 1941 sui­cide should be viewed with sus­pi­cion. Was the “sui­cide” used to mask Ude­t’s pos­si­ble defection/collaboration with the West?

Note that Udet was accus­tomed to hunt­ing in East Africa, as were D.H. Byrd and the younger Wern­er von Alvensleben.

Note also Albensleben’s asso­ci­a­tion with Nazi cin­e­matog­ra­ph­er Len Riefen­stahl and his pilot­ing of a Cur­tis air­craft. In AFA#1, we not­ed how the Navy tech­nique of dive bomb­ing was betrayed to the Axis through demon­stra­tions using such air­craft.

Next, we present a mas­ter­ful analy­sis by the bril­liant Russ Bak­er decon­struct­ing D.H. (“Dry Hole”) Byrd’s cov­er sto­ry of being on Safari in Mozam­bique at the time of the JFK assas­si­na­tion.

We then excerpt a very impor­tant analy­sis by Dan Alcorn, link­ing David H. Byrd with a milieu involv­ing a for­mer assas­sin for the S.S. and David H. Byrd. Key points of analy­sis and dis­cus­sion include:

Among oth­er  peo­ple,  our  research  has  found–  were  known  to  David  Harold  Byrd,  was  an  Ernst  Udet.  U ‑D ‑E ‑T, and he  was  the  num­ber  two  in  the  Luft­waffe  to  Her­mann  Göring  in  Nazi  Ger­many.  Byrd  describes  Udet  as  a  close  friend  in  Byrd’s  auto­bi­og­ra­phy,  and  Udet  was  in  charge  of research  and  devel­op­ment  for  the  Luft­waffe,  which  is  the  theme  that  seems  to  run  through  some  of  these  con­nec­tions:  the  for­ward ‑look­ing  research  and  devel­op­ment  process  for  avi­a­tion  and  aero­space.  Avi­a­tion  was  the  basis  for  the  rela­tion­ship  between  Byrd  and  Ernst  Udet  of  the  Luft­waffe. . . .”

In  research­ing  Wern­er  von  Alvensleben  and  his  big  game  hunt­ing  oper­a­tion,  I  came  across  the  infor­ma­tion  that  von  Alvensleben ‘s  favorite  rifle  was  the  Mannlich­er-Schoe­nauer  rifle. Of  course,  I  was  famil­iar  with  the  Mannlich­er ‑Car­cano  because  that’s  the  rifle  said  to  have    been  used  to  kill  Pres­i­dent  Kennedy.  I  wasn’t  aware  of  the  Mannlich­er-Schonauer.  I  did  some  research  and  it  turns  out  that  the  Mannlich­er-Schonauer  was  the  finest  hunt­ing  rifle  of  that  era,  it  was  an  Aus­tri­an  rifle. . . .”
” . . . . It  was  said  on  numer­ous  sites  devot­ed  to  guns  and  ammu­ni­tion.  that  the  Mannlich­er-Schonauer  and  the  Mannlich­er-Car­cano  rifles  used  essen­tial­ly  iden­ti­cal  ammu­ni­tion. Very  dif­fi­cult  to  tell  the  two  car­tridges  apart.  There  are  sources  among  the  blogs  that  say  the  ammu­ni­tion, some  ammu­ni­tion  was  man­u­fac­tured  with  the  pur­pose  of  being  used  inter­change­ably  between  the  two  rifles.  Well, this  rifle  was  the  favorite  rifle  of  Wern­er  von  Alvensleben,  the  big  game  hunter.  It  was  also  favored  by  oth­er  big  game  hunters  of  the  time because  of  its  abil­i­ty  to  stop  large  ani­mals;  that  was  what  it  was  par­tic­u­lar­ly  effec­tive  for.  In  research­ing  the  Mannlich­er-Schoe­nauer  rifle  I  came  across  tes­ti­mo­ny  to  the  War­ren  Com­mis­sion; it came  up  before  the  War­ren  Com­mis­sion in the fol­low­ing way: War­ren  Com­mis­sion­er  John  McCloy  was  at  a  ses­sion  in  which  the  FBI  bal­lis­tics  expert, Robert  Fra­zier,  tes­ti­fied.  John  McCloy  inter­rupt­ed  the  ques­tion­ing  to  ask  his  own  ques­tion,  which  was  whether  the  three  hulls (car­tridges)  that  were  found  on  the  sixth  floor  of  the  Book  Depos­i­to­ry  build­ing  could  have  been  fired  by  a  Mannlich­er-Schonauer  rifle  rather  than  a  Mannlich­er-Car­cano  rifle.  . . .”

FTR#‘s 1292 and 1293 The Oswald Institute of Virology, Part 14: The Northwoods Virus, Part 2 and Apocalypse, The Satanic Presidency of Joe Biden

This descrip­tion opens with an unchar­ac­ter­is­tic qual­i­fi­ca­tion and apol­o­gy: There are two ele­ments of the titles of each of these pro­grams that were not ade­quate­ly explained in the broad­casts them­selves, although they are implic­it in the sub­ject mate­r­i­al.

The term “North­woods Virus” is more com­plete­ly pre­sent­ed in FTR#1215. Among the appar­ent goals of the “Covid Oper­a­tion” that pro­duced SARS CoV‑2 is the turn­ing of Amer­i­can pub­lic opin­ion against Chi­na. Oper­a­tion North­woods was a plan hatched by the Join Chiefs of Staff in the ear­ly 1960’s to stage appar­ent ter­ror­ist inci­dents against Amer­i­can civil­ian and mil­i­tary per­son­nel and infra­struc­ture in order to manip­u­late pub­lic opin­ion in this coun­try and gen­er­ate sen­ti­ment for an inva­sion of Cuba.

The sec­ond pro­gram refers to the Biden Pres­i­den­cy as “Satan­ic,” because behind a stu­dious­ly con­struct­ed façade of iden­ti­ty pol­i­tics, “Team Biden” is pur­su­ing an overt­ly war­like, impe­ri­al­ist agen­da that was accu­rate­ly char­ac­ter­ized by writer Hen­ry Miller in his nov­el Trop­ic of Can­cer: “Amer­i­ca is the very incar­na­tion of doom, and she will lead the rest of the world into the Bot­tom­less Pit.”

Per­haps the most insid­i­ous of Biden’s pro­grams is his “Can­cer Moon­shot.”

Omi­nous­ly, it may well be the suc­ces­sor to Richard Nixon’s “War on Can­cer,” which did not defeat can­cer, but did serve as the appar­ent plat­form for the devel­op­ment of bio­log­i­cal war­fare weapons, AIDS in par­tic­u­lar.

Mod­eled after DARPA, head­ed by a DARPA alum­na whose CV inter­sects with that Agency’s appar­ent involve­ment with the devel­op­ment of Covid-19 and with an act­ing direc­tor who is also a for­mer employ­ee of that benight­ed orga­ni­za­tion, this new “health agency–ARPA‑H”, this agency will employ new, syn­thet­ic biol­o­gy tech­nol­o­gy.

Although that devel­op­ment is rep­re­sent­ed as human­i­tar­i­an, the struc­ture of the agency and the nation­al secu­ri­ty back­grounds of its lead­ing per­son­nel sug­gest strong­ly that this agency, too, will serve as a clan­des­tine plat­form for the next gen­er­a­tion of bio­log­i­cal weapon­ry.

We begin FTR#1292 with a reprise of the audio from a (now delet­ed) 55-sec­ond video of Dr. Jef­frey Sachs sum­ma­riz­ing his two-year stew­ard­ship of The Lancet’s com­mis­sion inves­ti­gat­ing the ori­gins of SARS CoV‑2.

Sachs stat­ed that he is “pret­ty con­vinced” it came from a U.S. bio­log­i­cal lab­o­ra­to­ry.

Next, we recap a study released by US Nation­al Acad­e­my of Sci­ences at the request of the Depart­ment of Defense about the threats of syn­thet­ic biol­o­gy con­clud­ed that the tech­niques to tweak and weaponize virus­es from known cat­a­logs of viral sequences is very fea­si­ble and rel­a­tive­ly easy to do.

One of the cen­tral points Mr. Emory has made about the gen­e­sis of the coro­n­avirus con­cerns the legal prin­ci­ple of “con­scious­ness of guilt.”

Going a long way toward prov­ing con­scious­ness of guilt are:

1.–The clas­si­fi­ca­tion of infor­ma­tion about the nature of the bio­log­i­cal agents involved with the CDC’s clo­sure of the Unit­ed States Army’s Med­ical Insti­tute of Infec­tious Dis­ease in ear­ly August of 2019, on the eve of the pan­dem­ic.
2.–The behav­ior of Peter Daszak and col­leagues in “gam­ing” the Lancet state­ment on the “nat­ur­al” ori­gin of the coro­n­avirus (Dasza­k’s Eco­Health Alliance–funded and advised by the nation­al secu­ri­ty establishment–is impli­cat­ed in the cre­ation of the SARS COV‑2.) Note that the Eco­Health Alliance was syn­the­siz­ing “nov­el coro­n­avirus­es” at this point in time, an impor­tant fac­tor to remem­ber when eval­u­at­ing the Metabiota/Munich Re busi­ness mod­el being pre­sent­ed in 2018. (See #4 pre­sent­ed below.)
3.–The reac­tion of gov­ern­ment offi­cials to Trump admin­is­tra­tion fig­ures into the ori­gins of the virus, advis­ing would be inves­ti­ga­tors that such inquiries would open a “can of worms,” or “a Pan­do­ra’s Box” because it would should light on U.S. fund­ing of the projects.
4.–Metabiota–partnered with Eco­Health Alliance–was net­worked with In-Q-Tel (the intel­li­gence com­mu­ni­ty’s ven­ture cap­i­tal arm) and Munich Re to pro­vide pan­dem­ic insur­ance. Their 2018 busi­ness mod­el direct­ly fore­shad­owed the pan­dem­ic. “ . . . . Just two years ear­li­er, the com­pa­ny had run a large set of sce­nar­ios fore­cast­ing the con­se­quences of a nov­el coro­n­avirus spread­ing around the globe. . . . Mea­sures that decreased per­son-to-per­son con­tact, includ­ing social dis­tanc­ing, quar­an­tine, and school clo­sures, had the great­est cost per death pre­vent­ed, most like­ly because of the amount of eco­nom­ic dis­rup­tion caused by those mea­sures . . . .”  In 2018, as well, Eco­Health Alliance pro­posed a “nov­el coro­n­avirus” for syn­the­sis by DARPA. Although there is no evi­dence that DARPA syn­the­sized the virus, the U.S. did syn­the­size close­ly relat­ed virus­es. With the genome of that nov­el virus hav­ing been pub­lished, it may well have been syn­the­sized either by DARPA or some­one else, giv­en the con­tem­po­rary tech­nol­o­gy. Again, this, also was in 2018.
5.–Many aspects of the SARS COV‑2 virus, includ­ing its curi­ous FCS site and insti­tu­tion­al­ized obfus­ca­tion of aspects of the pan­dem­ic it caused sug­gest delib­er­ate cov­er-up. Why would the NIH redact 290 pages of a doc­u­ment request­ed by an FOIA suit!! Why were sequences of bat coro­n­avirus genomes removed from pub­lic view.

The pro­gram fea­tures a recap of some of the more impor­tant arti­cles in the long series on the coro­n­avirus, fol­lowed by dis­cus­sion of the Ener­gy Department’s con­clu­sion that the coro­n­avirus escaped from a Chi­nese lab­o­ra­to­ry.

Excel­lent analy­sis pre­sent­ed by the Moon of Alaba­ma blog notes that the Wall Street Jour­nal arti­cle break­ing the “news” about the Ener­gy Department’s con­clu­sion was co-authored by Michael R. Gor­don, who trum­pet­ed the “Lab Leak” meme in the spring of 2021.

In a pre­vi­ous jour­nal­is­tic incar­na­tion, Gor­don helped gen­er­ate enthu­si­asm for the inva­sion of Iraq by par­rot­ing the dis­in­for­ma­tion about Sad­dam Hus­sein hav­ing WMD’s.

Sur­pris­ing to Moon of Alaba­ma but not to us is Edward Snowden’s endorse­ment of the Lab Leak Hypoth­e­sis.

Far from being the “hero” Snow­den has made out to be, Snow­den is an extreme right-winger, whose work on cyber-secu­ri­ty appears to be the work of a con­scious dou­ble agent. (We have cov­ered Snowden’s escapades in numer­ous pro­grams over the years, par­tic­u­lar­ly FTR#’s 1078–1081.)

For the con­ve­nience of the lis­ten­er, we recap a 2001 arti­cle dis­cussing the all-encom­pass­ing scope of U.S. elec­tron­ic snooping—an arti­cle that reveals the depth of Snowden’s duplic­i­ty.

In addi­tion to touch­ing on a sto­ry of a recent­ly-released book about the Coro­n­avirus being syn­the­sized as part of a U.S. bio­log­i­cal war­fare pro­gram, the pro­gram recaps the Biden administration’s cre­ation of a “Med­ical DARPA.”

Fol­low­ing dis­cus­sion of Moderna’s delib­er­ate with­hold­ing of data from reg­u­la­tors about its new biva­lent mRNA vac­cine, we note a study that indi­cates that new, dead­ly vari­ants of Covid that could over­whelm the health­care sys­tem are a dis­tinct pos­si­bil­i­ty.

Of great sig­nif­i­cance is analy­sis of a diplo­mat­ic break­through engi­neered by Chi­na. Bro­ker­ing a rap­proche­ment between Iran and Sau­di Ara­bia in the Mid­dle East, Chi­na has helped to re-set the polit­i­cal land­scape of the Mid­dle East.

As not­ed by M.K. Bhadraku­mar, the realign­ment may sig­nal a demise of the dol­lar as the glob­al reserve cur­ren­cy of choice. IF such a devel­op­ment ensues, it will prove dev­as­tat­ing to America’s impe­r­i­al sta­tus, cur­tail­ing the mil­i­tary indus­tri­al com­plex in par­tic­u­lar.

Mr. Emory express­es his great fear that this will not be allowed to develop—the above-men­tioned “Can­cer Moon­shot” and lethal, syn­the­sized micro-organ­isms and pan­demics will very like­ly be the Amer­i­can answer to the long-term eco­nom­ic and polit­i­cal impli­ca­tions of the Chi­nese diplo­mat­ic coup.

Updat­ing the Ukraine war, this broad­cast cen­ters large­ly on the whole­sale white­wash­ing of Ukrain­ian Nazi fight­ing for­ma­tions, the Azov units, in par­tic­u­lar.

As Mr. Emory has not­ed in many pro­grams and posts, the Rus­sia-Ukraine war has com­plet­ed the process of the Naz­i­fi­ca­tion of Amer­i­ca that he has chron­i­cled for the bet­ter part of half a cen­tu­ry.

A cen­tral role in that process was played by Gen­er­al Franz Halder.

We have tak­en note of Halder before, dis­cussing the fact that Rein­hard Gehlen cleared his for­ma­tion of a work­ing agree­ment with the U.S. by con­fer­ring with Halder and Admi­ral Karl von Doenitz, who suc­ceed­ed Hitler, fol­low­ing his alleged “sui­cide.”

Per­haps even more impor­tant is his deci­sive post-war work revis­ing the his­to­ry of the Wehrma­cht and World War  II, shep­herd­ing bla­tant, read­i­ly ver­i­fi­able lies into accept­ed his­tor­i­cal truth.

In the long, ongo­ing series of pro­grams about the Ukraine war, Mr. Emory has dis­cussed his belief that the war has func­tioned in a man­ner not unlike the Philoso­pher’s Stone of the medieval alchemists.

That stone was believed to be able to trans­form lead into gold. The war is trans­form­ing indi­vid­u­als and insti­tu­tions in the West into the same his­tor­i­cal revi­sion­ist fab­ric as the Ukrain­ian Insti­tute of Nation­al Mem­o­ry.

” . . . . After the war, he lived a com­fort­able life as an author, com­men­ta­tor and ‘his­tor­i­cal con­sul­tant’ for the U.S. Army Cen­ter of Mil­i­tary His­to­ry (CMH). . . .”

“. . . . Halder’s job was to reha­bil­i­tate Nazism for the ben­e­fit of his new Amer­i­can patrons. If the Nazis could be ide­o­log­i­cal­ly sep­a­rat­ed from the Ger­man peo­ple and the Ger­man Army, Amer­i­ca could use the most use­ful of Hitler’s sol­diers in their war against the Sovi­et Union with­out rais­ing sus­pi­cion. Halder over­saw a team of 700 for­mer Wehrma­cht offi­cers and inten­tion­al­ly set about rewrit­ing his­to­ry to present the image of a clean Wehrma­cht and a Ger­man peo­ple igno­rant of Nazi bru­tal­i­ty. His deputy was CIA agent Adolf Heusinger, a Nazi war crim­i­nal who was large­ly respon­si­ble for plan­ning the end­less mas­sacres of ‘secu­ri­ty war­fare,’ and was lat­er a com­man­der of both the Ger­man Army and NATO. . . .”

” . . . . Halder enjoyed spe­cial sta­tus, releas­ing infor­ma­tion to only the most priv­i­leged jour­nal­ists and his­to­ri­ans. With the legit­i­ma­cy grant­ed by his title, access to infor­ma­tion, and U.S. gov­ern­ment back­ing, Halder’s CMH was con­sid­ered a gold stan­dard source for aca­d­e­m­ic his­to­ri­ans and their infor­ma­tion was high­ly cov­et­ed. Halder used this to care­ful­ly vet to whom he released infor­ma­tion, ensur­ing he got the max­i­mum impact.”

“From 1955 to 1991 his works were cit­ed at least 700 times in aca­d­e­m­ic pub­li­ca­tions, espe­cial­ly by pro­fes­sors and researchers in West­ern mil­i­tary acad­e­mies. Since West­ern his­to­ri­ans were forced to drink from Halder’s well, they passed down the poi­son to their stu­dents, and from there the lies worked their way into the pub­lic con­scious­ness. Even­tu­al­ly, Nazi pro­pa­gan­da was laun­dered into ‘truth’ through sim­ple rep­e­ti­tion and care­ful con­trol of sources. . . . .”

Next, we detail the ide­o­log­i­cal iden­ti­fi­ca­tion of the top Ukrain­ian mil­i­tary com­man­der with Third Reich Ally Stephan Ban­dera.

The Com­man­der-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Four Star Gen­er­al Valery Zaluzh­nyi is not shy about his pro­found affin­i­ty with Ban­dera: “ . . . . Zaluzh­nyi is shown in uni­form stand­ing in a mil­i­tary office with sev­er­al oth­er sol­diers in front of a desk adorned with busts of OUN‑B lead­ers and Nazi-col­lab­o­ra­tors Stepan Ban­dera and Roman Shukhevych. Pho­tos of both Shukhevych and Ban­dera are also promi­nent­ly hang­ing on the wall in the back­ground along with the red and black Ban­derite flag. . . .”

As dis­cussed in our pre­vi­ous arti­cle, post-World War II U.S. polit­i­cal cul­ture has been shaped by the Nazi/Pentagon alliance of Gen­er­al Franz Halder and hun­dreds of his for­mer fel­low Wehrma­cht offi­cers. That alliance has re-shaped the per­cep­tion of the Sec­ond World War in an unabashed­ly pro-Nazi fash­ion.

The white­wash­ing of Ban­dera and his OUN/B dates back to the incor­po­ra­tion of that organization’s par­ent agency, the Rein­hard Gehlen “Org” into the U.S. intel­li­gence estab­lish­ment.

The OUN con­tri­bu­tion to the Ger­man war effort was sig­nif­i­cant, includ­ing rais­ing vol­un­teers for sev­er­al SS divi­sions. It was pre­cise­ly because of its work with the Nazis that Wis­ner want­ed to hire the OUN for his spe­cial forces. . . .

The New York Times has been at the fore­front of the white­wash­ing of the Azov for­ma­tions and whole­sale denial of the Naz­i­fi­ca­tion of the Ukrain­ian nation­al secu­ri­ty struc­ture.

Now, “the Gray Lady” has been glo­ri­fy­ing the Brat­st­vo bat­tal­ion, anoth­er of the fas­cist fight­ing for­ma­tions in the Ukrain­ian order of bat­tle.

Descend­ed from the UNA-UNSO, itself hav­ing been led by Yuri Shukhevych, son and col­lab­o­ra­tor of Roman Shukhevych, the Brat­st­vo bat­tal­ion is being hailed as an exem­plary com­man­do unit.

(Roman Shukhevych was an OUN/B war crim­i­nal who, among oth­er things, led the Lvov pogrom of June 30, 1941 com­mit­ted by the SS-con­trolled Ein­satz­gruppe Nachti­gall. He was declared a “Hero of Ukraine” by the polit­i­cal forces behind the Maid­an coup.)

Among those join­ing the nor­mal­iza­tion of Azov Nazis are: Vogue mag­a­zine, MSNBC and the School of Visu­al Arts (New York).

For­mer press offi­cer of the Azov Bat­tal­ion, Dmytro Kozatsky has achieved grav­i­tas in the West at the named insti­tu­tions.

“ . . . . Protests erupt­ed at DOC NYC’s pre­miere of the film Free­dom on Fire (2022) at the School of Visu­al Arts (SVA) The­atre in Man­hat­tan, which host­ed Kozatsky as a guest speak­er. Audi­ence mem­bers who raised the accu­sa­tions dur­ing a Q&A were forcibly removed from the event. . . .”

Author Lam­bert Strether con­cludes: “ . . . . what stuns me is the ease with which Kozatsky is pen­e­trat­ing our cul­tur­al insti­tu­tions. Book­ing agents, facil­i­ties man­agers, press agents, board mem­bers who orga­nize such things, fash­ion edi­tors, net­work anchors: All com­bin­ing their efforts to ser­vice a Nazi pro­fes­sion­al­ly, as if it were the most nor­mal thing in the world, which at this point per­haps it is. . . .”

The Naz­i­fi­ca­tion of Amer­i­ca via the Azov “Philosopher’s Stone” has swept up Con­gres­sion­al rep­re­sen­ta­tives from both polit­i­cal par­ties and aca­d­e­m­ic groups at Stan­ford Uni­ver­si­ty.

Not to be out­done by the above indi­vid­u­als and insti­tu­tions, the ADL has joined the cho­rus declar­ing that the Azovs aren’t Nazis.

Per­haps the white­wash­ing of the Azov Nazis should not sur­prise, par­tic­u­lar­ly giv­en that the for­ma­tions’ atroc­i­ties in Ukraine are wide­ly attrib­uted to—drumroll, fanfare—the Rus­sians!

Fore­most in the West­ern fal­si­fi­ca­tion of Ukrainian/Azov atroc­i­ties is the mas­sacre at Bucha, which helped ter­mi­nate and mar­gin­al­ize ongo­ing behind-the-scenes nego­ti­a­tions to end the war.

One of the few West­ern voic­es cor­rect­ly attribut­ing the Bucha mas­sacre is Scott Rit­ter.

This is the third pro­gram in a short series updat­ing not only our inquiry into the Covid “op” but the over­lap­ping inquiry into the Metabiota/Pentagon bio­log­i­cal research/warfare pro­gram in Ukraine.

In our “Bio-Psy-Op Apoc­a­lypse Now” pro­grams, we not­ed Gilead Sci­ences’ devel­op­ment of the Tam­i­flu anti-viral devel­oped for use in the event of a human adap­ta­tion of H5N1 avian flu.

Pre­vi­ous­ly the chair­man of Gilead­’s board of direc­tors, Defense Sec­re­tary Don­ald Rums­feld had the Pen­ta­gon stock­pile Tam­i­flu, while retain­ing gen­er­ous amounts of Gilead stock–Rumsfeld prof­it­ed hand­some­ly there­by.

We have also dis­cussed the gain-of-func­tion research done on H5N1 to make it more infec­tive in numer­ous pro­grams.

This pro­gram explores the Ukraine pro­grams and the alle­ga­tion that weaponized H5N1 was being devel­oped in that coun­try.

1.–” . . . . The emer­gence of the virus in 1997 in Hong Kong was eeri­ly pre­dict­ed by Kennedy Short­ridge, the sci­en­tist who would dis­cov­er it. H5N1 didn’t infect humans until Short­ridge and his col­leagues had been study­ing its human infec­tion poten­tial in their labs for sev­er­al years. At the time, the nat­ur­al leap of a flu direct­ly from poul­try to humans was so improb­a­ble that sci­en­tists first sus­pect­ed that it was the result of con­t­a­m­i­na­tion from Shortridge’s lab. . . .”
3.–Normally, H5N1 human infec­tions are extreme­ly rare: ” . . . . H5N1 hard­ly ever infects peo­ple. News about high­ly path­o­gen­ic avian influen­za usu­al­ly leads with how dead­ly it is. Rarely is it men­tioned that the dis­ease hard­ly ever infects peo­ple. H5N1 kills more than half of the peo­ple who get it, but H5N1 has cir­cled the globe for decades and there have only ever been 860 human infec­tions world­wide. . . .”
4.–More about how rare human infec­tions are and the rise of avian infec­tions in 2022: ” . . . . There has nev­er been an H5N1 pan­dem­ic and no human infec­tion with H5N1 bird flu has ever been iden­ti­fied in the U.S. That’s an extra­or­di­nary safe­ty record, giv­en how filthy U.S. fac­to­ry farms and slaugh­ter­hous­es are and how fast the infec­tion spreads among crowd­ed birds. So far in 2022, 29 states have report­ed out­breaks of bird flu in 213 flocks result­ing in the culling of near­ly 31 mil­lion birds, includ­ing almost 5 per­cent of egg-lay­ing hens. In 2015, it was even worse with 50 mil­lion birds culled, but there wasn’t a sin­gle human case. . . .”
5.–” . . . . Antho­ny Fau­ci has made sig­nif­i­cant invest­ments in gain-of-func­tion research to give H5N1 pan­dem­ic poten­tial, mak­ing it eas­i­ly trans­mis­si­ble from per­son to person—and Bill Gates chipped in, too! . . .”
6.–” . . . . In Feb­ru­ary 2006, Fau­ci con­vened a one-day in-house ‘NIAID Influen­za Research Sum­mit’ to  iden­ti­fy influen­za research pri­or­i­ties. In Sep­tem­ber, he opened up the top­ic to a 35-mem­ber ‘Blue Rib­bon Pan­el on Influen­za Research’ that includ­ed Fouch­i­er and Kawao­ka. The Blue Rib­bon panel’s report doesn’t men­tion gain-of-func­tion exper­i­ments, but Fau­ci gave them grants to do just that. [Ron] Fouch­i­er and [Yoshi­hi­ro] Kawaoka’s now infa­mous gain-of-func­tion research showed that, through lab manip­u­la­tion, H5N1 could be altered to become high­ly trans­mis­si­ble among humans via air­borne infec­tion. . . .”
7.–” . . . . The first human H5N1 out­break occurred in Hong Kong in 1997, the year of what the British call the ‘Hong Kong han­dover,’ when sov­er­eign­ty over Hong Kong was trans­ferred from the U.K. to Chi­na. It was dur­ing this ‘polit­i­cal­ly sen­si­tive’ year that Kennedy Short­ridge, an Aus­tralian sci­en­tist who was the direc­tor of the World Health Organization’s ref­er­ence lab­o­ra­to­ry at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Hong Kong, con­firmed human cas­es of high­ly path­o­gen­ic bird flu. . . .”
8.–” . . . .The 1997 Hong Kong H5N1 virus was unique in every respect. Time mag­a­zine report­ed, ‘On the H gene at a point called the cleav­age site, [was] found a tell­tale muta­tion, the same kind of muta­tion found in oth­er high­ly path­o­gen­ic avian virus­es. …The virus … had regions that were iden­ti­cal to por­tions of [an] avian virus that struck Penn­syl­va­nia [chick­ens] in 1983.” The L.A. Times report­ed, ‘The H5 piece came from a virus in a goose. The N1 piece came from a sec­ond virus in a quail. The remain­ing flu genes came from a third virus, also in quail.’ . . . .”
9.–” . . . . Short­ridge had been study­ing how avian influen­za virus­es spread to humans since 1975. Pri­or to dis­cov­er­ing H5N1, Short­ridge eeri­ly pre­dict­ed its emer­gence. As Frank Ching report­ed in ‘Bird Flu, SARS and Beyond’: As ear­ly as 1982, Short­ridge had labeled south­ern Chi­na, where humans and domes­tic ani­mals lived in close prox­im­i­ty, ‘an epi­cen­ter for the ori­gin of pan­demics.’ Ten years lat­er, he called south­ern Chi­na a ‘virus soup’ and warned that pan­dem­ic influen­za was a zoono­sis, that is, it could be trans­mit­ted from ani­mals to humans and, in 1995, he warned that influen­za in south­ern Chi­na could not prop­er­ly be called an ’emerg­ing’ infec­tion because it was con­stant­ly lurk­ing. ‘Elu­sive might be more apt,’ he wrote. . . .”
10.–” . . . . An exam­ple of Shortridge’s pen­chant for such pre­dic­tions is his 1995 Lancet arti­cle “The next pan­dem­ic influen­za virus?” Curi­ous­ly, H5N1 emerged two years lat­er, in 1997, in the same city where Short­ridge worked, Hong Kong. . . .”
11.–” . . . . At the time, the nat­ur­al leap of a flu direct­ly from poul­try to humans was thought to be so unlike­ly that sci­en­tists first sus­pect­ed con­t­a­m­i­na­tion from Shortridge’s lab was the cause of the high­ly improb­a­ble H5N1 diag­no­sis. How would that con­t­a­m­i­na­tion hap­pen unless Short­ridge hadn’t already been work­ing with H5N1 in the lab? . . .”
12.–” . . . . H5N1 didn’t cause dis­ease in humans until this poten­tial had been stud­ied in a lab for sev­er­al years. Fau­ci had been fund­ing Kawao­ka and Fouchier’s efforts to get bird flu to leap to humans since 1990 and their work was con­nect­ed to what Short­ridge was doing in Hong Kong. For sev­en years pri­or to the first human H5N1 out­break in 1997, Fau­ci had been fund­ing Kawaoka’s gain-of-func­tion bird flu research at St. Jude Children’s Research Hos­pi­tal and Kawaoka’s men­tor there, Robert G. Web­ster, was work­ing and pub­lish­ing with Short­ridge. Every year, Web­ster spent three months work­ing with Short­ridge at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Hong Kong, accord­ing to this pro­file of Web­ster which men­tions Kawao­ka as his pro­tege. . . .”
13.–” . . . . The most eerie con­nec­tion between Short­ridge and Webster’s labs is that the clos­est known rel­a­tive of the 1997 Hong Kong H5N1 was the avian virus that struck Penn­syl­va­nia chick­ens in 1983—that Yoshi­hi­ro Kawao­ka had stud­ied. Accord­ing to Time mag­a­zine: Web­ster assigned a young sci­en­tist, Yoshi­hi­ro Kawao­ka, to try to fig­ure out how the [1983] virus trans­formed itself into such a ‘hot’ pathogen. Kawao­ka, now a pro­fes­sor of virol­o­gy at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Wis­con­sin, Madi­son, com­pared the genet­ic struc­ture of virus­es from the first and sec­ond waves and found only a sin­gle, extreme­ly sub­tle change in the H gene. The two virus­es dif­fered by just one nucleotide–one of 1,700 nucleotides that made up the gene. . . .”
14.–”. . . . There’s also a con­nec­tion to Fouch­i­er, through his men­tor at the Eras­mus Med­ical Cen­ter in Rot­ter­dam, the Nether­lands, Jan De Jong, also a col­league and col­lab­o­ra­tor of Short­ridge and Webster’s. . . .”
15.–” . . . . Kawaoka’s col­league and men­tor Robert G. Web­ster and Fouchier’s col­league and men­tor Jan De Jong were the first sci­en­tists out­side of Hong Kong to receive sam­ples of the 1997 H5N1 flu from Shortridge’s lab. . . .”
16.–” . . . . De Jong is often cred­it­ed with being the one who iden­ti­fied the 1997 Hong Kong flu as H5N1, but he did so with ‘a pan­el of reagents to every type of flu strain yet known’ that had been brought from Webster’s lab in Mem­phis to the Nation­al Influen­za Cen­tre in Rot­ter­dam. . . .”
17.–” . . . . Kawao­ka and Fouch­i­er are of post-Bio­log­i­cal Weapons Con­ven­tion era where the weaponiza­tion of pathogens is euphemisti­cal­ly called ‘gain-of-func­tion’ research, but their old­er col­leagues, De Jong, Short­ridge and Web­ster came of age pri­or to 1972 and their men­tors were of the pre-Bio­log­i­cal Weapons Con­ven­tion era when virol­o­gists know­ing­ly and open­ly engi­neered virus­es for mil­i­tary pur­pos­es. . . .”

Short­ridge and Web­ster were trained by Frank Mac­far­lane Bur­net who served on the Aus­tralian Depart­ment of Defence’s New Weapons and Equip­ment Devel­op­ment Com­mit­tee in the 1940s and 50s. The Fed­er­a­tion of Amer­i­can Sci­en­tists lists some of the most chill­ing things Bur­net rec­om­mend­ed: Bur­net … said Aus­tralia should devel­op bio­log­i­cal weapons that would work in trop­i­cal Asia with­out spread­ing to Aus­trali­a’s more tem­per­ate pop­u­la­tion cen­tres. . . .”
19.–Burnet’s obser­va­tions: ” . . . . ‘Specif­i­cal­ly to the Aus­tralian sit­u­a­tion, the most effec­tive counter-offen­sive to threat­ened inva­sion by over­pop­u­lat­ed Asi­at­ic coun­tries would be direct­ed towards the destruc­tion by bio­log­i­cal or chem­i­cal means of trop­i­cal food crops and the dis­sem­i­na­tion of infec­tious dis­ease capa­ble of spread­ing in trop­i­cal but not under Aus­tralian con­di­tions.’ . . .”
20.–The broad­cast notes a fright­en­ing rela­tion­ship between Metabio­ta and the selec­tion of Philip Zelikow to head a com­mis­sion to deter­mine the ori­gin of Covid-19: ” . . . . In 2008, Google.org com­mit­ted $30 mil­lion to virus hunt­ing and gain-of-func­tion research on poten­tial pan­dem­ic pathogens through a project it called Pre­dict and Pre­vent. At least $5.5 mil­lion of that went to Dr. Nathan Wolfe’s non-prof­it Glob­al Viral Fore­cast­ing Ini­tia­tive, which was soon to become the for-prof­it Metabio­ta. Oth­er GVFI fun­ders at the time includ­ed the Skoll Foun­da­tion, which also gave $5.5 mil­lion, the Bill & Melin­da Gates Foun­da­tion, Mer­ck Research Lab­o­ra­to­ries and the US Depart­ment of Defense. . . .”
21.–” . . . . When the GVFI became the for-prof­it Metabio­ta, Google Ven­tures con­tin­ued to invest. In addi­tion, it cre­at­ed a busi­ness part­ner­ship with Metabio­ta, ‘offer­ing its big-data exper­tise to help the com­pa­ny serve its customers–insurers, gov­ern­ment agen­cies and oth­er organizations–by offer­ing them fore­cast­ing and risk-man­age­ment tools.’ In oth­er words, they sell pan­dem­ic insur­ance. . . .”
22.–”. . . . Now that Metabio­ta has got­ten caught up in the COVID ori­gins scan­dal, its orig­i­nal investors, Eric Schmidt of Google, Jef­frey Skoll of EBay, Rajiv Shah of The Rock­e­feller Foun­da­tion (for­mer­ly USAID direc­tor, Bill & Melin­da Gates Foun­da­tion) chipped in to fund the COVID Com­mis­sion Plan­ning Group, a white-wash led by Philip Zelikow who gave us the 9–11 Com­mis­sion cov­er-up. . . .”
23.–In past pro­grams, we have not­ed that David Franz, for­mer head of the U.S.A.M.R.I.I.D at Fort Det­rick was a key advi­sor to Eco­HealthAl­liance. Franz helped pro­duce the encap­su­lat­ed, weapons-grade anthrax used in the 2001 anthrax attacks: ” . . . . One of Metabiota’s PREDICT part­ners is Eco­Health Alliance, whose sci­ence and pol­i­cy advi­sor, David Franz, pro­duced the anthrax used in the 2001 attacks while work­ing for South­ern Research and part­ner­ing with sci­en­tists at Bat­telle. . . .” 

Piv­ot­ing to the sub­ject of appar­ent Russ­ian dis­cov­er­ies of an advanced Amer­i­can-financed bio­log­i­cal war­fare pro­gram in Ukraine, we access the com­men­tary of M.K. Bhadraku­mar, a for­mer Indi­an diplo­mat.

Bhadraku­mar under­scores some ter­ri­fy­ing aspects of the appar­ent B.W. pro­gram, includ­ing “dig­i­tized” migra­to­ry birds, tracked by satel­lite and fit­ted with cap­sules of dead­ly microbes. When the birds are over a tar­get­ed coun­try, they can be killed, trig­ger­ing a pan­dem­ic.

The Rus­sians have made the shock­ing claim that they are actu­al­ly in pos­ses­sion of such migra­to­ry birds dig­i­tized in the Pentagon’s bio-labs. . . .”

A 2014 blog post details a 1960’s pro­gram in India that may have been a pre­cur­sor to the appar­ent “digitized/weaponized” migra­to­ry birds pro­gram in Ukraine. 

” . . . . It appeared that a unit of the U.S. Army called Migra­to­ry Ani­mal Patho­log­i­cal Sur­vey was inter­est­ed in the project. The Army’s inter­est lay in know­ing whether bac­te­ria were being trans­mit­ted by the migrat­ing birds. The project offered an excel­lent means of inves­ti­ga­tion and there­fore had acquired an omi­nous sig­nif­i­cance. . . .”

Anoth­er pos­si­ble 1960’s pre­cur­sor of the “migra­to­ry birds of mass destruc­tion” in Ukraine was a pro­gram to place vora­cious, dis­ease-car­ry­ing Lone Star ticks in the Atlantic Fly­way, through which migra­to­ry birds trav­el from Latin Amer­i­ca through to the Amer­i­can North­east.

” . . . . The sites were locat­ed on the Atlantic Fly­way, the migra­to­ry bird super­high­way that runs along the east­ern South Amer­i­can and North Amer­i­can coasts. . . . . . . . But in the 1970s, these ticks began rapid­ly expand­ing their range. 7 The first lone star tick observed on Mon­tauk, Long Island, was in 1971, and as of 2018, estab­lished pop­u­la­tions have been observed as far north as Maine. 8 . . . .  All this begs the ques­tion: What is dri­ving this mass migra­tion of the lone star tick and its dis­ease-caus­ing hitch­hik­ers north­ward? . . . .”

The title of the series comes from the 1976 auto­bi­og­ra­phy Heart­land by the late,  bril­liant polit­i­cal come­di­an Mort Sahl, one of New Orleans DA Jim Gar­rison’s inves­ti­ga­tors his probe of Pres­i­dent Kennedy’s assas­si­na­tion.

Amid the high­ly politi­cized accounts of alleged “Russ­ian atroc­i­ties” in the Ukraine war, it is of the high­est impor­tance to remem­ber that the “news” reach­ing the West is com­ing exclu­sive­ly through the Ukrain­ian secu­ri­ty author­i­ties, chiefly the Azov-imprint­ed Ukrain­ian Nation­al Police and the asso­ci­at­ed Inte­ri­or Min­istry, which retains the dom­i­nant influ­ence of Azov-asso­ci­at­ed Arsen Avakov and Vadim Troyan–the for­mer head of the Ukrain­ian nation­al police and, before that, Deputy Com­man­der of the Azov Bat­tal­ion.

Fur­ther cloud­ing access to accu­rate infor­ma­tion about what is actu­al­ly occur­ring in the war is an accel­er­at­ed Amer­i­can dis­in­for­ma­tion process enthu­si­as­ti­cal­ly tout­ing dubi­ous intel­li­gence as a vehi­cle for—supposedly—“getting inside Putin’s head.”

It is high­ly unlike­ly that the pur­vey­ors of that low-qual­i­ty intel­li­gence are actu­al­ly try­ing to influ­ence Putin. The low-grade intel­li­gence is more like­ly to be direct­ed at the Amer­i­can peo­ple.

Also worth con­tem­plat­ing is the grotesque his­to­ry of U.S. disinformation—a track record of egre­gious, offi­cial lying that dom­i­nates the Amer­i­can polit­i­cal and his­tor­i­cal land­scape.

The assas­si­na­tion of Pres­i­dent Kennedy, the Viet­nam War that, in large mea­sure, result­ed from that mur­der, the killings of Mar­tin Luther King and Robert Kennedy, the Iraq War and count­less oth­er fun­da­men­tal offi­cial polit­i­cal lies do not appear to have taught the Amer­i­can peo­ple any­thing!

Their appetite for b.s. appears undi­min­ished.

Next, we vis­it the satel­lite pho­tos, also alleged­ly show­ing pho­tos of the alleged “Russ­ian atroc­i­ties” in Bucha, includ­ing the dig­ging of the alleged mass grave to hold vic­tims of said abom­i­na­tions.

Maxar is the com­pa­ny whose satel­lite pho­tos are high­light­ed by our media to demon­strate the alleged atroc­i­ties.

Maxar, in turn, is the par­ent com­pa­ny of Dig­i­tal­Globe, a firm start­ed by vet­er­ans of Ronald Reagan’s Strate­gic Defense Ini­tia­tive (“Star Wars”).

Grow­ing out of late 1992 leg­is­la­tion that legal­ized the entry of pri­vate firms into the strate­gic recon­nais­sance satel­lite busi­ness, Dig­i­tal­Globe was the source of pro­pa­gan­dized pic­tures alleg­ing a Russ­ian “inva­sion” of Ukraine in 2014!

 DigitalGlobe/Maxar’s track record war­rants scruti­ny of the firm’s “evi­dence” in the con­text of “The Boy Who Cried Wolf.”

In FTR#808, we set forth infor­ma­tion about Dig­i­tal­Globe.

The satel­lite imagery pur­port­ing to show Russ­ian armor and self-pro­pelled artillery inside of Ukraine comes from a pri­vate company–DigitalGlobe. That com­pa­ny was found­ed by key per­son­nel from Ronald Rea­gan’s Strate­gic Defense Ini­tia­tive.

Dig­i­tal­Globe co-founder Doug Gerull had pre­vi­ous­ly worked for the Zeiss firm, dis­cussed in FTR #272 as one of the German/Underground Reich/Bormann firms that were mov­ing into satel­lite imagery tech­nol­o­gy in the U.S.

An arti­cle pub­lished after FTR#808 was record­ed not­ed the dubi­ous nature of the claims of a “Russ­ian Inva­sion” of Ukraine.

A major con­sid­er­a­tion to be weighed con­cerns the Azov-imprint­ed Ukrain­ian police’s use of an Amer­i­can AI facial recog­ni­tion soft­ware called Clearview.

The brain­child of Alt-right lynch­pin Charles John­son, Clearview received key start-up invest­ment cap­i­tal from Peter Thiel, one of the dri­ving forces behind Trump and a major play­er in the Big Tech and elec­tron­ic sur­veil­lance scene.

Crit­ics have expressed con­cern about Clearview’s poten­tial for abuse. Note that the firm uses a data­base of 20 bil­lion faces, scraped from social media.
