This pro­gram con­tin­ues cov­er­age of the Ukraine war with par­tic­u­lar empha­sis on the deci­sive­ly impor­tant over­lap between the insti­tu­tions impli­cat­ed in the cre­ation of SARS CoV‑2 and the Covid-19 “op” and the Pen­ta­gon financ­ing of the appar­ent bio­log­i­cal war­fare pro­grams in Ukraine.

A remark­able aspect of the Jour­nal’s cov­er­age of the WHO’s resump­tion of inquiry into the ori­gins of Covid-19 con­cerns a devel­op­ment that has been almost com­plete­ly excised from the West­ern press: ” . . . . For months, China’s gov­ern­ment has insist­ed both in pub­lic, and in pri­vate meet­ings with Dr. Tedros, that stud­ies on the ori­gins of the virus should now focus on oth­er coun­tries, such as Italy, or on a U.S. mil­i­tary biore­search facil­i­ty in Fort Det­rick, Md. Dozens of gov­ern­ments aligned with Chi­na have sent Dr. Tedros let­ters in sup­port of Beijing’s posi­tion, a per­son famil­iar with the let­ters said. . . .”

“Dozens of gov­ern­ments?” Which ones? This sounds like a major inter­na­tion­al dialogue/scandal. 

WHY aren’t we hear­ing about it?

Pom­peo State Depart­ment offi­cials pur­su­ing the lab-leak hypoth­e­sis were told to cov­er it up lest it shed light on U.S. gov­ern­ment fund­ing of research at the “Oswald Insti­tute of Virol­o­gy!”: ” . . . . In one State Depart­ment meet­ing, offi­cials seek­ing to demand trans­paren­cy from the Chi­nese gov­ern­ment say they were explic­it­ly told by col­leagues not to explore the Wuhan Insti­tute of Virology’s gain-of-func­tion research, because it would bring unwel­come atten­tion to U.S. gov­ern­ment fund­ing of it. . . . In an inter­nal memo obtained by Van­i­ty Fair, Thomas DiNan­no, for­mer act­ing assis­tant sec­re­tary of the State Department’s Bureau of Arms Con­trol, Ver­i­fi­ca­tion, and Com­pli­ance, wrote that. . .  staff from two bureaus . . . ‘warned’ lead­ers with­in his bureau ‘not to pur­sue an inves­ti­ga­tion into the ori­gin of COVID-19’ because it would ‘open a can of worms’ if it con­tin­ued.’ . . . . As the group probed the lab-leak sce­nario, among oth­er pos­si­bil­i­ties, its mem­bers were repeat­ed­ly advised not to open a ‘Pandora’s box,’ said four for­mer State Depart­ment offi­cials inter­viewed by Van­i­ty Fair. . . .”

Although heav­i­ly spun–as would be expect­ed from a Dai­ly Mail article–this sto­ry not only has impor­tant impli­ca­tions for the war in Ukraine, but also res­onates with our long series on “The Oswald Insti­tute of Virol­o­gy.”

We note that there are sig­nif­i­cant con­nec­tions between the agency over­see­ing the Ukrain­ian projects and insti­tu­tions impli­cat­ed in the appar­ent “bio-skull­dug­gery” sur­round­ing the U.S. bio­log­i­cal war­fare gam­bit involv­ing what Mr. Emory has termed “The Oswald Insti­tute of Virol­o­gy.” This is dis­cussed in: FTR#‘s 1157–1159, 1170, 1183 through 1193, and 1215.

The essence of the “Oswald Insti­tute of Virol­o­gy” gam­bit con­cerns the DTRA and Pen­ta­gon fund­ing of bat-borne coro­n­avirus research at the Wuhan Insti­tute of Virol­o­gy, much of it through Peter Dasza­k’s Eco­Health Alliance. Once the research was com­plete, it result­ed in pub­li­ca­tion which includ­ed the genome of the bat virus­es being researched. Using tech­nol­o­gy dis­cussed below, the virus­es were then syn­the­sized from scratch and pop­u­la­tion groups were vec­tored with the same viral strains being researched by the WIV. 

It turns out that Hunter Biden–a mem­ber of the board of direc­tors at Burisma–was instru­men­tal in secur­ing fund­ing for Eco­Health Alliance part­ner Metabio­ta, described in a screen shot of an e‑mail as being “to the DOA what Palan­tir is to CIA.”

Both Eco­Health Alliance and Metabio­ta have been involved with bat-borne coro­n­avirus at the WIV.

Note that–” . . . . ‘His [Hunter Biden’s] father was the Vice Pres­i­dent of the Unit­ed States and in charge of rela­tions with Ukraine.’ . . .”

Pre­vi­ous­ly we have not­ed then Vice-Pres­i­dent Joe Biden’s close rela­tion­ship with U.S. Ambas­sador Geof­frey Pyatt and Ukraina­ian fas­cist Andriy Paru­biy dur­ing the Maid­an coup, which cen­tered on false-flag sniper killings from build­ings con­trolled by Svo­bo­da (for­mer­ly the Social Nation­al Par­ty of Ukraine, found­ed by Paru­biy.)

Svo­bo­da occu­pied key posi­tions in the pro­vi­sion­al post-Maid­an Ukrain­ian gov­ern­ment and wields sig­nif­i­cant influ­ence to this day.

The com­man­der of the Russ­ian Nuclear, Bio­log­i­cal and Chem­i­cal Pro­tec­tion Forces, claimed there was a ‘scheme of inter­ac­tion between US gov­ern­ment agen­cies and Ukrain­ian bio­log­i­cal objects’ and point­ed to the ‘financ­ing of such activ­i­ties by struc­tures close to the cur­rent US lead­er­ship, in par­tic­u­lar the invest­ment fund Rose­mont Seneca, which is head­ed by Hunter Biden.’. . .”
2.–” . . . . Moscow’s claim that Hunter Biden helped finance a US mil­i­tary ‘bioweapons’ research pro­gram in Ukraine is at least par­tial­ly true, accord­ing to new emails obtained exclu­sive­ly by DailyMail.com. . . .”

7.–” . . . . Metabio­ta has worked in Ukraine for Black & Veatch, a US defense con­trac­tor with deep ties to mil­i­tary intel­li­gence agen­cies, which built secure labs in Ukraine that ana­lyzed killer dis­eases and bioweapons. . . .”
8.–” . . . . Hunter was also par­tic­u­lar­ly involved in Metabio­ta’s oper­a­tions in Ukraine. Hunter’s pitch­es to investors claimed that they not only orga­nized fund­ing for the firm, they also helped it ‘get new cus­tomers’ includ­ing ‘gov­ern­ment agen­cies in case of Metabio­ta’. . . .”

For­mer senior CIA offi­cer Sam Fad­dis, who has reviewed emails on Hunter’s lap­top, told DailyMail.com that the offer to help assert Ukraine’s inde­pen­dence was odd for a biotech exec­u­tive [Metabio­ta vice-pres­i­dent Mary Gut­tieri]. ‘It rais­es the ques­tion, what is the real pur­pose of this ven­ture? It’s very odd,’ he said. . . .”

Gut­tieri had a lead­ing role in Metabio­ta’s Ukraine oper­a­tions, meet­ing with oth­er com­pa­ny exec­u­tives and US and Ukrain­ian mil­i­tary offi­cials in Octo­ber 2016 to dis­cuss ‘coop­er­a­tion in sur­veil­lance and pre­ven­tion of espe­cial­ly dan­ger­ous infec­tious dis­eases, includ­ing zoonot­ic dis­eases in Ukraine and neigh­bor­ing coun­tries’ accord­ing to a 2016 report by the Sci­ence and Tech­nol­o­gy Cen­ter in Ukraine. . . .”
11.–” . . . . Four days after Gut­tier­i’s April 2014 email, Buris­ma exec­u­tive Vadym Pozharskyi wrote to Hunter reveal­ing that the then-Vice Pres­i­den­t’s son had pitched a ‘sci­ence project’ involv­ing Buris­ma and Metabio­ta in Ukraine. ‘As I under­stand the Metabio­ta was a sub­con­tract to prin­ci­pal con­tac­tor of the DoD B&V [Black & Veatch]. . . .”
12.–” . . . . Fad­dis told DailyMail.com that the attempt to get Metabio­ta to form a part­ner­ship with Buris­ma was a per­plex­ing and wor­ry­ing rev­e­la­tion. ‘His father was the Vice Pres­i­dent of the Unit­ed States and in charge of rela­tions with Ukraine. So why was Hunter not only on the board of a sus­pect Ukrain­ian gas firm, but also hooked them up with a com­pa­ny work­ing on bioweapons research?’ Fad­dis said. . . .”

The US Defense Threat Reduc­tion Agency (DTRA) also com­mis­sioned B&V to build a Bio­log­i­cal Safe­ty Lev­el 3 lab­o­ra­to­ry in Odessa, Ukraine in 2010, which ‘pro­vid­ed enhanced equip­ment and train­ing to effec­tive­ly, safe­ly and secure­ly iden­ti­fy espe­cial­ly dan­ger­ous pathogens’ accord­ing to a com­pa­ny press release. Such labs are used to ‘study infec­tious agents or tox­ins that may be trans­mit­ted through the air and cause poten­tial­ly lethal infec­tions,’ the US Depart­ment of Health and Human Ser­vices says. . . .”

In anoth­er sign of the deep ties between Metabio­ta and the Depart­ment of Defense, Hunter’s RSTP busi­ness part­ner Rob Walk­er said he would ‘have a friend reach out to DoD on the down low’, in order to prove the com­pa­ny’s bona fides to top prospec­tive investors Gold­man Sachs and Mor­gan Stan­ley in Octo­ber 2014. . . .”
17.–” . . . . Metabio­ta also has close ties to the Wuhan Insti­tute of Virol­o­gy (WIV), sus­pect­ed to be the source of the COVID-19 out­break. WIV was a hotspot for con­tro­ver­sial ‘gain of func­tion’ research that can cre­ate super-strength virus­es. Chi­nese sci­en­tists per­formed gain of func­tion research on coro­n­avirus­es at the WIV, work­ing along­side a US-backed orga­ni­za­tion Eco­Health Alliance that has since drawn intense scruti­ny over its coro­n­avirus research since the COVID-19 pan­dem­ic. Researchers from the Wuhan insti­tute, Metabio­ta and Eco­Health Alliance pub­lished a study togeth­er in 2014 on infec­tious dis­eases from bats in Chi­na, which notes that tests were per­formed at the WIV. Shi Zhengli, the WIV Direc­tor of the Cen­ter for Emerg­ing Infec­tious Dis­eases who became dubbed the ‘bat lady’ for her cen­tral role in bat coro­n­avirus research at the lab, was a con­trib­u­tor to the paper. . . .”

In Con­sor­tium News, Joe Lau­ria presents Pen­ta­gon intel­li­gence which, like the infor­ma­tion pre­sent­ed by Bill Arkin in the Newsweek piece we cov­ered in FTR#1237, lays out infor­ma­tion fun­da­men­tal­ly in con­trast to what De Bret­ton-Gor­don has voiced and which Joe Biden has tak­en at face val­ue.

” . . . . Reuters report­ed: ‘The Unit­ed States has not yet seen any con­crete indi­ca­tions of an immi­nent Russ­ian chem­i­cal or bio­log­i­cal weapons attack in Ukraine but is close­ly mon­i­tor­ing streams of intel­li­gence for them, a senior U.S. defense offi­cial said.’ It quot­ed the Pen­ta­gon offi­cial as say­ing, ‘There’s no indi­ca­tion that there’s some­thing immi­nent in that regard right now.’. . .”

Hamish de Bret­ton Gor­don – the same fig­ure who was warn­ing the world about Russ­ian forces releas­ing COVID-Ebo­la from a Ukrain­ian bio­lab – is now warn­ing of impend­ing Russ­ian chem­i­cal attacks. And when it comes to mak­ing bogus claims about chem­i­cal attacks, de Bret­ton Gor­don isn’t lack­ing in expe­ri­ence, hav­ing set the table for false-flag chem­i­cal attacks in Syr­ia: “ . . . . Oth­er forms of evi­dence were also col­lect­ed on-the-ground by de Bret­ton-Gor­don, and pro­vid­ed to a num­ber of offi­cial inves­ti­ga­tions into chem­i­cal attacks. In at least one instance – an OPCW/UN Joint Inves­tiga­tive Mech­a­nism (JIM) probe into a pur­port­ed chem­i­cal strike in Talmenes, April 2014 – videos sub­mit­ted by CBRN Task­force, a shady orga­ni­za­tion he found­ed in Alep­po, were found to show clear signs of fal­si­fi­ca­tion. . . .”

Joe Biden has tak­en the inflam­ma­to­ry, weaponized rhetoric and pro­pa­gan­da dis­sem­i­nat­ed by the likes of Hamish de Bret­ton-Gor­don and obe­di­ent media out­lets at face val­ue.

His uncrit­i­cal embrace of this apoc­a­lyp­tic ver­biage sets the stage for World War III.

Con­sum­mate­ly iron­ic is Biden’s use of the terms “cyn­i­cal” and “obscene” in his dis­missal of the valid­i­ty of Putin’s stat­ed war goal of “De-Naz­i­fi­ca­tion.”

As will be detailed in forth­com­ing pro­grams and posts, then Vice-Pres­i­dent Joe Biden was involved with the net­work­ing through which the Svo­bo­da orga­ni­za­tion and Andriy Paru­biy effect­ed the Maid­an coup.

As the point man in U.S.-Ukrainian rela­tions, Biden bears great respon­si­bil­i­ty for the ascent of the Nazi ele­ments dom­i­nant in con­tem­po­rary Ukraine.

Igor Kolo­moisky is the oli­garch who: Was the pri­ma­ry financier of Zelensky’s pres­i­den­tial cam­paign; Owned the tele­vi­sion net­work on which Zelen­sky devel­oped his pub­lic persona—leading to his ascent to the pres­i­den­cy of Ukraine; Was a pri­ma­ry financier of the Azov Bat­tal­ion, one of the most impor­tant Nazi units in the Ukrain­ian mil­i­tary and the par­ent orga­ni­za­tion of the Nation­al Druzhy­na Mili­tia (which served as elec­tion mon­i­tors for Zelensky’s bal­lot run).

Kolo­moisky also main­tained a con­trol­ling inter­est in Buris­ma, the nat­ur­al gas com­pa­ny on which Hunter Biden served as a direc­tor.

It was his posi­tion as a direc­tor of Buris­ma that was the foun­da­tion of his devel­op­ment of an appar­ent U.S./Ukrainian bio­log­i­cal war­fare pro­gram, involv­ing Pen­ta­gon financ­ing and heav­i­ly over­lap­ping the ele­ments fig­ur­ing in Mr. Emory’s “Oswald Insti­tute of Virol­o­gy” expose.

A new piece by Bill Arkin in Newsweek presents infor­ma­tion from Pen­ta­gon sources—speaking on con­di­tion of anonymity—that con­tra­dicts the MSM/Azov Zelensky/Biden claim that Rus­sia is “indis­crim­i­nate­ly bomb­ing” civil­ians in Ukraine. That dynam­ic has been high­light­ed by the mas­sive explo­sions observed at a mall in Kyiv. A mall that Rus­sia claims was being used to store MLRS rock­et launch­ers. It’s a claim con­firmed by inde­pen­dent reporters, under­scor­ing how much of the fight­ing in Ukraine’s cities is tak­ing place because that’s where much of the mil­i­tary hard­ware is locat­ed.

The anony­mous Pen­ta­gon offi­cials Arkin spoke with said that Rus­sia has actu­al­ly been hold­ing back from engag­ing in the indis­crim­i­nate bomb­ing of civil­ian areas. Accord­ing to these offi­cials, we are see­ing a high­ly lim­it­ed urban bomb­ing cam­paign pri­mar­i­ly focused on mil­i­tary tar­gets.

” . . . . ‘We need to under­stand Russia’s actu­al con­duct,’ says a retired Air Force offi­cer, a lawyer by train­ing who has been involved in approv­ing tar­gets for U.S. fights in Iraq and Afghanistan. The offi­cer cur­rent­ly works as an ana­lyst with a large mil­i­tary con­trac­tor advis­ing the Pen­ta­gon and was grant­ed anonymi­ty in order to speak can­did­ly. In the analyst’s view . . . the Russ­ian mil­i­tary has actu­al­ly been show­ing restraint in its long-range attacks. . . . As of the past week­end, in 24 days of con­flict, Rus­sia has flown some 1,400 strike sor­ties and deliv­ered almost 1,000 mis­siles (by con­trast, the Unit­ed States flew more sor­ties and deliv­ered more weapons in the first day of the 2003 Iraq war). . . .”

With the Azov Reg­i­ment in charge of Ukrain­ian mil­i­tary oper­a­tions in Mar­i­upol, we should be braced for char­ac­ter­is­tic Azov behavior–bloody provo­ca­tions or “False Flag” oper­a­tions brand­ed as Russ­ian “War Crimes.’

Indeed “Azov” Zelen­sky’s pres­i­den­tial cam­paign was large­ly fund­ed by Azov-financier Igor Kolo­moisky, who also owns the TV net­work on which Zelen­sky bur­nished his media chops. (The elec­tion mon­i­tors for his elec­tion were Azov’s Nation­al Druzhy­na Mili­tia.)

In FTR#1236, we not­ed that there are no longer any inter­na­tion­al reporters in Mar­i­upol and that the infor­ma­tion the world receives about what is going on there comes from the Azov Reg­i­ment.

Max Blu­men­thal has penned an excel­lent, and alto­geth­er nec­es­sary, expose of the Azov Reg­i­men­t’s prob­a­ble false-flag oper­a­tion in Mar­i­upol.

“ . . . . A clos­er look reveals that local res­i­dents in Mar­i­upol had warned three days before the March 16 inci­dent that the the­ater would be the site of a false flag attack launched by the open­ly neo-Nazi Azov Bat­tal­ion, which con­trolled the build­ing and the ter­ri­to­ry around it. Civil­ians that escaped the city through human­i­tar­i­an cor­ri­dors have tes­ti­fied that they were held by Azov as human shields in area, and that Azov fight­ers det­o­nat­ed parts of the the­ater as they retreat­ed. Despite claims of a mas­sive Russ­ian airstrike that reduced the build­ing to ash­es, all civil­ians appear to have escaped with their lives. . . .”

Anoth­er Gray Zone arti­cle gives insight into how the Mar­i­upol the­ater provo­ca­tion becomes accept­ed fact in the West­ern media.

Osten­si­bly an objec­tive media voice, pre­sent­ing fac­tu­al, unbi­ased cov­er­age of the Ukraine war, the BBC has twined with British intel­li­gence, employ­ing an overt Ukrain­ian “nationalist’–Orysia Khimiak–to craft a pro­pa­gan­dized account of the com­bat in Ukraine.

“Before serv­ing as a fix­er and reporter for the BBC in Ukraine, Orysia Khimi­ak han­dled PR for a start-up called Reface which cre­at­ed what the Wash­ing­ton Post called a ‘real­i­ty dis­tort­ing app’ now serv­ing as ‘a kind of Ukrain­ian war-mes­sag­ing tool.’ . . . . As The Gray­zone report­ed in Feb­ru­ary 2021, the British broadcaster’s non-prof­it arm, BBC Media Action, par­tic­i­pat­ed in a covert UK For­eign Com­mon­wealth and Devel­op­ment Office (FCDO) pro­gram explic­it­ly designed to ‘weak­en Rus­sia.’ As seen below, UK FCDO doc­u­ments revealed that BBC Media Action pro­posed work­ing through a pri­vate British con­trac­tor called Aktis to cul­ti­vate and grow pro-NATO media in con­flict areas like the Don­bas region of east­ern Ukraine, now the focal point of fight­ing between pro-Russ­ian forces and the Ukrain­ian mil­i­tary. . . .The BBC’s secret infor­ma­tion war­fare ini­tia­tive had turned the net­work into an arm of British intel­li­gence, oper­at­ing as an actor in a for­eign con­flict which its broad­cast media arm was simul­ta­ne­ous­ly claim­ing to cov­er in an objec­tive man­ner. Now, the BBC has shed any pre­tense of objec­tiv­i­ty by hir­ing an overt­ly nation­al­ist Ukrain­ian pub­lic rela­tions oper­a­tive to shape its cov­er­age of one of the most heav­i­ly dis­put­ed inci­dents in a war filled with cyn­i­cal decep­tions.”

War Crimes or Provocations? Azov in Mariupol

As dis­cussed in FTR#1236, we not­ed that there are no longer any inter­na­tion­al reporters in Mar­i­upol and that the infor­ma­tion the world receives about what is going on there comes from the Azov Reg­i­ment. “Azov” Zelen­sky’s pres­i­den­tial cam­paign was large­ly fund­ed by Azov-financier Igor Kolo­moisky, who also owns the TV net­work on which Zelen­sky bur­nished his media chops. His role as “Com­man­der of Maid­an” placed him in close con­tact with then U.S. Ambas­sador to Ukraine Geof­frey Pyatt. Then Vice-Pres­i­dent Joe Biden was net­worked with Pyatt at the time. Paru­biy has been accused of help­ing to arrange the sniper fire that killed both pro­test­ers and police, lead­ing to the ouster of Yanukovych.

” . . . . Paru­biy was going in and out of Hotel Ukraina, from where numer­ous dead­ly shots were being fired. . . . Paru­biy, who, accord­ing to for­mer US Vice Pres­i­dent Joe Biden, was con­fer­ring with the US Ambas­sador to Ukraine, Geof­frey Pyatt through­out the upheavals almost on an hourly basis, has nev­er real­ly had his role in the putsch explained. . . .”

Yuschenko ele­vat­ed Volodymyr Via­tro­vych to pow­er, even­tu­al­ly becom­ing head of the Ukrain­ian Insti­tute of Nation­al Mem­o­ry.

On the sub­ject of pro­pa­gan­da and infor­ma­tion war in Ukraine, we note that Zelen­sky is the point man of that infor­ma­tion war and that he is a pro­tege of key Azov financier Igor Kolo­moisky.

“Azov” Zelen­sky is the point ele­ment in a—thus far—eminently suc­cess­ful infor­ma­tion war. The dimen­sion and suc­cess of the pro­pa­gan­da craft­ed and dis­sem­i­nat­ed OUN/B suc­ces­sor ele­ments in charge of Ukraine’s gov­ern­men­tal machin­ery would make Goebbels proud.

Con­sum­mate­ly iron­ic is the meme resound­ing­ly echoed in this coun­try that PUTIN is wag­ing an infor­ma­tion war of lies!

The deri­sive dis­missal of Russ­ian claims con­cern­ing ani­mal vec­tors posi­tioned in Ukraine to deliv­er bio­log­i­cal weapons into Rus­sia ignore crit­i­cal infor­ma­tion.

The essence of the “Oswald Insti­tute of Virol­o­gy” gam­bit con­cerns the DTRA and Pen­ta­gon fund­ing of bat-borne coro­n­avirus research at the Wuhan Insti­tute of Virol­o­gy, much of it through Peter Dasza­k’s Eco­Health Alliance. Once the research was com­plete, it result­ed in pub­li­ca­tion which includ­ed the genome of the bat virus­es being researched. Using tech­nol­o­gy dis­cussed below, the virus­es were then syn­the­sized from scratch and pop­u­la­tion groups were vec­tored with the same viral strains being researched by the WIV. 

One must ask the ques­tion, also, as to why the Embassy sud­den­ly removed these doc­u­ments?

A crit­i­cal under­stand­ing of the vir­u­lent, over­whelm­ing lying in which the Ukrain­ian gov­ern­ment is engag­ing can be gleaned from Mar­i­upol. That city is in con­trol of the Nazi Azov reg­i­ment, who con­trol the flow of infor­ma­tion from the besieged metrop­o­lis.

With Zelensky—a pro­tégé of major Azov financier Igor Kolomoisky—parroting the Nazi formation’s rhetoric and being uncrit­i­cal­ly accept­ed by Ukraine’s, it can be said that the West, Biden’s USA in par­tic­u­lar, belongs to the lie.

The pro­nounce­ments com­ing out of Mar­i­upol should be under­stood in the cir­cum­stan­tial con­text of the fact that all of the inter­na­tion­al reporters are out of the city.

In addi­tion, the fact that reportage reach­ing the West has been but­tressed by hand-picked advo­cates of the Zelen­sky regime should be fac­tored into analy­sis of the cred­i­bil­i­ty of the bat­tle­field reportage reach­ing the U.S.

An excel­lent piece of report­ing by Max Blu­men­thal for the Gray Zone. Not­ing “Azov” Zelensky’s hyper­bole about the “Russ­ian bomb­ing” of the dra­ma the­ater in Mariupol—Blumenthal reports on local res­i­dents’ volu­mi­nous accounts of an Azov provo­ca­tion. Far from being “indis­crim­i­nate­ly” bombed by the Rus­sians, Azov appears to have plant­ed and det­o­nat­ed explo­sive charges, destroy­ing the the­ater.

Note that the Ukrain­ian charge of Rus­sia attack­ing a Turk­ish mosque was Azov/Zelensky pro­pa­gan­da as well.

Per­haps the most dis­turb­ing aspect of this dis­in­for­ma­tion is the appar­ent attempt by “Team Azov” to draw the U.S. and NATO into direct con­flict with Rus­sia by cre­at­ing imag­i­nary atroc­i­ties, which—thus far—have been uncrit­i­cal­ly accept­ed by the West.

Charges and counter-charges in the ongo­ing Ukraine war sur­round Pen­ta­gon-financed “vet­eri­nary” and oth­er  bio­log­i­cal lab­o­ra­to­ries in Ukraine.

Essen­tial back­ground infor­ma­tion to eval­u­ate the debate:

1.–The alleged dif­fer­ence between “offen­sive” and “defen­sive” bio­log­i­cal war­fare research is aca­d­e­m­ic: If one if research­ing how “wee beast­ies” infect, sick­en and/or kill plants, ani­mals or humans, it is the same research, what­ev­er ter­mi­nol­o­gy one uses.
2.–Contemporary tech­nol­o­gy makes it pos­si­ble to syn­the­size dead­ly pathogens from scratch: ” . . . . Advances in the area mean that sci­en­tists now have the capa­bil­i­ty to recre­ate dan­ger­ous virus­es from scratch; make harm­ful bac­te­ria more dead­ly; and mod­i­fy com­mon microbes so that they churn out lethal tox­ins once they enter the body. Today, the genet­ic code of almost any mam­malian virus can be found online and syn­the­sised. ‘The tech­nol­o­gy to do this is avail­able now,’ said [Michael] Impe­ri­ale. ‘It requires some exper­tise, but it’s some­thing that’s rel­a­tive­ly easy to do, and that is why it tops the list.’ . . .”
3.–The essen­tial para­me­ters of the fact find­ing: ” . . . . So do bio labs exist inside Ukraine, and is the US sup­port­ing them? Yes, and yes. Ukraine does oper­ate bio­log­i­cal lab­o­ra­to­ries which receive US fund­ing. . . .”
4.–” . . . . Do the Ukraine lab­o­ra­to­ries store dan­ger­ous bio­log­i­cal agents? Yes, it appears so. [!] As part of their work research­ing dis­eases the bio labs do seem to hold dan­ger­ous pathogens. . . .”

The debate cen­ters on U.S. Pen­ta­gon-financed lab­o­ra­to­ries in Ukraine. Note that the lab­o­ra­to­ries are described as “vet­eri­nary laboratories”–the Pen­ta­gon is in the busi­ness of war-fight­ing, which essen­tial­ly con­sists of killing peo­ple and destroy­ing prop­er­ty. They are not in the busi­ness of tak­ing care of pup­py dogs and kit­ty cats. Vet­eri­nar­i­ans are viewed as opti­mum for bio­log­i­cal war­fare work, because they do not have to take the Hip­po­crat­ic Oath.

Key con­sid­er­a­tions in the con­tro­ver­sy:

1.–” . . . . [Robert Pope, the direc­tor of the Pentagon’s Coop­er­a­tive Threat Reduc­tion Pro­gram] not­ed that some of the facil­i­ties may con­tain pathogens once used for Sovi­et-era bioweapons pro­grams, but he empha­sized that the Ukrain­ian labs cur­rent­ly did not have the abil­i­ty to man­u­fac­ture bioweapons. . . . In a March inter­view with the Bul­letin of the Atom­ic Sci­en­tists . . . . He spoke specif­i­cal­ly about the Pentagon’s sup­port of 14 vet­eri­nary lab­o­ra­to­ries that pro­vide Ukraine with sam­pling and diag­nos­tic abil­i­ties to detect infec­tious dis­eases. . . .”
2.–The Pen­tagon’s Coop­er­a­tive Threat Reduc­tion Pro­gram is part of the Defense Threat Reduc­tion Agency. the for­mer was involved in research­ing bats and dead­ly pathogens: ” . . . . the U.S. mil­i­tary — specif­i­cal­ly the Depart­ment of Defense’s Coop­er­a­tive Threat Reduc­tion Pro­gram — began fund­ing research involv­ing bats and dead­ly pathogens, includ­ing the coro­n­avirus­es MERS and SARS, a year pri­or in 2017. . . .”
3.–Peter Daszak–of Ukrain­ian heritage–heads the Eco­Health Alliance, the largest mil­i­tary con­trac­tor receiv­ing funds from the Defense Threat Reduc­tion Agency: ” . . . . Metic­u­lous inves­ti­ga­tion of U.S. gov­ern­ment data­bas­es reveals that Pen­ta­gon fund­ing for the Eco­Health Alliance from 2013 to 2020, includ­ing con­tracts, grants and sub­con­tracts, was just under $39 mil­lion. Most, $34.6 mil­lion, was from the Defense Threat Reduc­tion Agency (DTRA), which is a branch of the DOD which states it is tasked to ‘counter and deter weapons of mass destruc­tion and impro­vised threat net­works.’. . .”
4.–Further review of Shi’s research fund­ing [at the Wuhan Insti­tute of Virol­o­gy] from the Pen­ta­gon, via Eco­Health Alliance: ” . . . . Shi Zhengli and her col­lab­o­ra­tors are also fund­ed by the U.S. mil­i­tary. Peter Daszak’s Eco­Health Alliance cur­rent­ly receives more mon­ey from the Depart­ment of Defense’s Defense Threat Reduc­tion Agency (DTRA) for Sci­en­tif­ic Research Com­bat­ting Weapons of Mass Destruc­tion than any oth­er mil­i­tary contractor—$15 mil­lion (25.575 per­cent) of the $60.2 mil­lion dis­persed in the last 6 months. . . .”
5.–The DTRA fund­ing of bat-borne coro­novirus research at WIV gains fur­ther grav­i­tas: “. . . . A Google Schol­ar search pro­duced two papers Shi has pub­lished that lists DTRA as a fun­der. To see how the first paper, ‘Com­par­a­tive Analy­sis of Bat Genomes Pro­vides Insight into the Evo­lu­tion of Flight and Immu­ni­ty,’ is rel­e­vant to bio­log­i­cal weapon­ry, it helps to under­stand the military’s inter­est in bat immu­ni­ty. . . .”

Doc­u­ments removed by the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine–but archived by the Way­back Machine–confirm that the DTRA is among the sources of fund­ing for DOD-fund­ed labs in Ukraine. Note, too, the fact that many of these labs are “vet­eri­nary” labs. Vet­eri­nar­i­ans are high­ly-regard­ed for bio­log­i­cal war­fare recruit­ment, because they do not have to sign the Hip­po­crat­ic Oath.

One must ask the ques­tion, also, as to why the Embassy sud­den­ly removed these doc­u­ments?
The West–in this case a high­ly-placed Colonel in the UK’s CBW establishment–are echo­ing the ver­biage about Russ­ian “false-flag” pos­si­bil­i­ties.

In light of the West­’s false flag oper­a­tions in the last ten years, that should alert us to the pos­si­bil­i­ty of Rus­sia being set up for a Ukraine/U.S. bio­log­i­cal war­fare false-flag.

In 1961, the Joint Chiefs were push­ing for a first strike on the Sovi­et Union–a deci­sion to ini­ti­ate nuclear war. JFK refused, walk­ing out of the dis­cus­sion with the dis­gust­ed obser­va­tion that “We call our­selves the human race.”

In FTR #‘s 876,  926 and 1051, we exam­ined the cre­ation of the meme that Oswald had been net­work­ing with the Cubans and Sovi­ets in the run-up to the assas­si­na­tion. In par­tic­u­lar, Oswald was sup­pos­ed­ly meet­ing with Valery Kostikov, a KGB offi­cial in charge of assas­si­na­tions in the West­ern Hemi­sphere.

This cre­at­ed the pre­text for blam­ing JFK’s assas­si­na­tion on the Sovi­et Union and/or Cuba. There are indi­ca­tions that JFK’s assas­si­na­tion may well have been intend­ed as a pre­text for a nuclear first strike on the Sovi­et Union.
