FTR #1121 More than One “Flu” Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Part 2
OyaGen, Inc. has used a drug developed, tested and FDA-approved that successfully treats and–apparently–cures Covid-19. Interestingly and, perhaps, significantly, the trials were conducted at Fort Detrick. As seen in FTR #‘s 1119 and 1120, the military has been heavily involved in researching viruses of this type.
There continues to be enormous emphasis on Gilead Sciences by hedge funds including Renaissance Technologies. Robert Mercer stepped down as CEO of the firm at the end of 2017, as publicity around Cambridge Analytica and the fallout from the Charlottesville march made him something of a PR liability. Usually in such situations, people like Mercer remain as key investors.
In FTR #1118, we noted that the Board of Directors of the firm is “interesting.” The “disappointing” performance of Gilead Sciences changed dramatically with the Covid-19 outbreak. ” . . . . Until Monday, when it fell in a brutal market rout, Gilead’s stock price had defied the overall market decline of recent weeks, rising almost 20 percent from Feb. 21 to March 6, on hopes that the drug could provide the first treatment for covid-19. The lack of treatment helps explain why. The stock price increased 5 percent on Feb. 24 alone when a top official of the World Health Organization pinned much of the world’s hopes for a treatment on the drug. . . .”
Again, in FTR #‘s 1119 and 1120 we looked at the profound involvement of the Pentagon in researching coronaviruses like Covid-19, as well as DARPA’s deep involvement with companies approved to begin working on vaccines. Now, Medicago, another DARPA-funded company, claims to have a vaccine ready for trial. “. . . . Using plants and genetically engineered agrobacteria works faster than eggs also makes the vaccine much easier to produce at scale, which, in part, is why the U.S. military has invested in the company. In 2010, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, or DARPA, put together a $100 million program dubbed Blue Angel to look into new forms of vaccine discovery and production. A big chunk of that money went to Medicago to build a facility in North Carolina, where they showed that they could find a vaccine in just 20 days, then rapidly scale up production. . . .”
Next, we turn to an article noting that the characteristics of the COVID-19 disease has remarkable overlap with a hypothetical disease, dubbed “Disease X.” In 2018, the World Health Organization emphasized an alarming characteristic of “hypothetical” “Disease X” that appears to be shared with SARS-CoV‑2: the ability to rapidly morph from a mild to deadly disease. The sudden turn towards a deadly disease appears to be due, in part, to an overly aggressive immune response that ends up ravaging the lungs. As one expert points out, this is the same pattern seen in the 1918 “Spanish flu” pandemic.
In FTR #1117, we reviewed the fact that military researchers had successfully recovered DNA from that infamous 1918 flu virus. as will be seen below, that virus was re-created in a laboratory in 2005.
So the WHO warned a couple years ago about a hypothetical “Disease X” disease that was highly contagious with the ability to spread with asymptomatically, is mild in most cases but with the ability to suddenly turn deadly. And here we are two years later with a disease that fits that profile. It was a pretty prescient prediction.
Note, also, that Marion Koopmans–head of viroscience at Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam and one of the WHO personnel who opined that Covid-19 was “Disease X” worked at the same institution as the researchers who performed gain-of-function experiments on the HN51 Avian Bird Flu virus, adapting to ferrets and making it communicable through casual respiratory activity. Those GOF experiements were also discussed in FTR #1117.
” . . . . From recent reports about the stealthy ways the so-called Covid-19 virus spreads and maims, a picture is emerging of an enigmatic pathogen whose effects are mainly mild, but which occasionally — and unpredictably — turns deadly in the second week. . . . The doctor [Li Wenliang], who was in good health prior to his infection, appeared to have a relatively mild case until his lungs became inflamed, leading to the man’s death two days later, said Linfa Wang, who heads the emerging infectious disease program at Duke-National University of Singapore Medical School. A similar pattern of inflammation noted among Covid-19 patients was observed in those who succumbed to the 1918 ‘Spanish flu’ pandemic . . .”
We wonder if variants of the Covid-19 may have been modified to infect the upper respiratory tract and/or modified with DNA from the resurrected 1918 “Spanish Flu”?
Peter Daszak of the WHO once again, voiced the (self-fulfilling?) opinion/prophecy that Covid-19 is indeed “Disease X.”
A key factor spurring our suspicion concerning genetic-engineering of one or more variant of the Covid-19 virus concerns a 2015 Gain-of-Function experiment: “Ralph Baric, an infectious-disease researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, last week (November 9) published a study on his team’s efforts to engineer a virus with the surface protein of the SHC014 coronavirus, found in horseshoe bats in China, and the backbone of one that causes human-like severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in mice. The hybrid virus could infect human airway cells and caused disease in mice. . . . The results demonstrate the ability of the SHC014 surface protein to bind and infect human cells, validating concerns that this virus—or other coronaviruses found in bat species—may be capable of making the leap to people without first evolving in an intermediate host, Nature reported. They also reignite a debate about whether that information justifies the risk of such work, known as gain-of-function research. ‘If the [new] virus escaped, nobody could predict the trajectory,’ Simon Wain-Hobson, a virologist at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, told Nature. . . .”
The above-mentioned Ralph Baric–who did the gain-of-function modification on the Horseshoe Bat coronavirus, has been selected to engineer the Covid-19.
Note what might be termed a “virologic Jurassic Park” manifestation: ” . . . . . . . . The technology immediately created bio-weapon worries. . . . Researchers at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) drove that point home in 2005 when they resurrected the influenza virus that killed tens of millions in 1918–1919. . . .”

A thought-provoking and disturbing article about DARPA research into bat-borne diseases, including some caused by coronaviruses–is set forth here.
Whitney Webb has provided us with troubling insight into Pentagon research–some of which remains classified:
1.– Into bat-borne coronaviruses. ” . . . . the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA), began spending millions on such research in 2018 and some of those Pentagon-funded studies were conducted at known U.S. military bioweapons labs bordering China and resulted in the discovery of dozens of new coronavirus strains as recently as last April. Furthermore, the ties of the Pentagon’s main biodefense lab to a virology institute in Wuhan, China — where the current outbreak is believed to have begun — have been unreported in English language media thus far. . . . For instance, DARPA spent $10 million on one project in 2018 ‘to unravel the complex causes of bat-borne viruses that have recently made the jump to humans, causing concern among global health officials.” Another research project backed by both DARPA and NIH saw researchers at Colorado State University examine the coronavirus that causes Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) in bats and camels ‘to understand the role of these hosts in transmitting disease to humans.’ . . . For instance, one study conducted in Southern China in 2018 resulted in the discovery of 89 new “novel bat coronavirus” strains that use the same receptor as the coronavirus known as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS). That study was jointly funded by the Chinese government’s Ministry of Science and Technology, USAID — an organization long alleged to be a front for U.S. intelligence, and the U.S. National Institute of Health — which has collaborated with both the CIA and the Pentagon on infectious disease and bioweapons research.. . . .”
2.–At biological research facilities ringing both China and Russia. ” . . . . One of those studies focused on ‘Bat-Borne Zoonotic Disease Emergence in Western Asia’ and involved the Lugar Center in Georgia, identified by former Georgian government officials, the Russian government and independent, investigative journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva as a covert U.S. bioweapons lab. . . . Another U.S. government-funded study that discovered still more new strains of ‘novel bat coronavirus’ was published just last year. Titled ‘Discovery and Characterization of Novel Bat Coronavirus Lineages from Kazakhstan,’ focused on ‘the bat fauna of central Asia, which link China to eastern Europe’ and the novel bat coronavirus lineages discovered during the study were found to be ‘closely related to bat coronaviruses from China, France, Spain, and South Africa, suggesting that co-circulation of coronaviruses is common in multiple bat species with overlapping geographical distributions.’ In other words, the coronaviruses discovered in this study were identified in bat populations that migrate between China and Kazakhstan, among other countries, and is closely related to bat coronaviruses in several countries, including China. . . .”
3.–Networked with Chinese research facilities in Wuhan. ” . . . . The USAMRIID’s problematic record of safety at such facilities is of particular concern in light of the recent coronavirus outbreak in China. As this report will soon reveal, this is because USAMRIID has a decades-old and close partnership with the University of Wuhan’s Institute of Medical Virology, which is located in the epicenter of the current outbreak. . . . Duke University is also jointly partnered with China’s Wuhan University, which is based in the city where the current coronavirus outbreak began, which resulted in the opening of the China-based Duke Kunshan University (DKU) in 2018. Notably, China’s Wuhan University — in addition to its partnership with Duke — also includes a multi-lab Institute of Medical Virology that has worked closely with the US Army Medical Research Institute for Infectious Diseases since the 1980s, according to its website. . . . ”
Into the DNA of both Russian and Chinese populations. ” . . . . Since the Pentagon began ‘redesigning’ its policies and research towards a ‘long war’ with Russia and China, the Russian military has accused the U.S. military of harvesting DNA from Russians as part of a covert bioweapon program, a charge that the Pentagon has adamantly denied. Major General Igor Kirillov, the head of the Russian military’s radiation, chemical and biological protection unit who made these claims, also asserted that the U.S. was developing such weapons in close proximity to Russian and Chinese borders. China has also accused the U.S. military of harvesting DNA from Chinese citizens with ill intentions, such as when 200,000 Chinese farmers were used in 12 genetic experiments without informed consent. Those experiments had been conducted by Harvard researchers as part of a U.S. government-funded project. . . .”
4.–Into “gene-driving”–a biotechnological development that can permanently alter the genetic makeup of entire population groups and lead to the extinction of other groups. ” . . . . Concerns about Pentagon experiments with biological weapons have garnered renewed media attention, particularly after it was revealed in 2017 that DARPA was the top funder of the controversial ‘gene drive’ technology, which has the power to permanently alter the genetics of entire populations while targeting others for extinction. At least two of DARPA’s studies using this controversial technology were classified and ‘focused on the potential military application of gene drive technology and use of gene drives in agriculture,’ according to media reports. The revelation came after an organization called the ETC Group obtained over 1,000 emails on the military’s interest in the technology as part of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. Co-director of the ETC Group Jim Thomas said that this technology may be used as a biological weapon: ‘Gene drives are a powerful and dangerous new technology and potential biological weapons could have disastrous impacts on peace, food security and the environment, especially if misused, The fact that gene drive development is now being primarily funded and structured by the US military raises alarming questions about this entire field.’ . . . .”
Into overlapping technologies manifesting philosophies of eugenics and ethnic cleansing. ” . . . . In addition, one preliminary study on the coronavirus responsible for the current outbreak found that the receptor, Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2), is not only the same as that used by the SARS coronavirus, but that East Asians present a much higher ratio of lung cells that express that receptor than the other ethnicities (Caucasian and African-American) included in the study. . . . the U.S. Air Force published a document entitled ‘Biotechnology: Genetically Engineered Pathogens,’ which contains the following passage: ‘The JASON group, composed of academic scientists, served as technical advisers to the U. S. government. Their study generated six broad classes of genetically engineered pathogens that could pose serious threats to society. These include but are not limited to binary biological weapons, designer genes, gene therapy as a weapon, stealth viruses, host-swapping diseases, and designer diseases (emphasis added).’ . . .”
5.–Into the use of “Insect Allies” to supposedly provide crops with protection against pests and disease–a technological program critics have charged masks an offensive biological warfare manifestation. ” . . . . The most recent example of this involved DARPA’s “Insect Allies” program, which officially “aims to protect the U.S. agricultural food supply by delivering protective genes to plants via insects, which are responsible for the transmission of most plant viruses” and to ensure “food security in the event of a major threat,” according to both DARPA and media reports. However, a group of well-respected, independent scientists revealed in a scathing analysis of the program that, far from a ‘defensive’ research project, the Insect Allies program was aimed at creating and delivering ‘new class of biological weapon.’ The scientists, writing in the journal Science and led by Richard Guy Reeves, from the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Biology in Germany, warned that DARPA’s program — which uses insects as the vehicle for as horizontal environmental genetic alteration agents (HEGAAS) — revealed ‘an intention to develop a means of delivery of HEGAAs for offensive purposes (emphasis added).’ . . .”
6.–Ostensibly aimed at preventing pandemics but–very possibly–masking preparations for offensive biological warfare projects. ” . . . . Many of these recent research projects are related to DARPA’s Preventing Emerging Pathogenic Threats, or PREEMPT program, which was officially announced in April 2018. PREEMPT focuses specifically on animal reservoirs of disease, specifically bats, and DARPA even noted in its press release in the program that it ‘is aware of biosafety and biosecurity sensitivities that could arise’ due to the nature of the research. . . . In addition, while both DARPA’s PREEMPT program and the Pentagon’s open interest in bats as bioweapons were announced in 2018, the U.S. military — specifically the Department of Defense’s Cooperative Threat Reduction Program — began funding research involving bats and deadly pathogens, including the coronaviruses MERS and SARS, a year prior in 2017. . . .”
7.–That is heavily networked with the U.S. health and medical infrastructures. ” . . . . The second pharmaceutical company that was selected by CEPI to develop a vaccine for the new coronavirus is Moderna Inc., which will develop a vaccine for the novel coronavirus of concern in collaboration with the U.S. NIH and which will be funded entirely by CEPI. The vaccine in question, as opposed to Inovio’s DNA vaccine, will be a messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccine. Though different than a DNA vaccine, mRNA vaccines still use genetic material ‘to direct the body’s cells to produce intracellular, membrane or secreted proteins.’ Moderna’s mRNA treatments, including its mRNA vaccines, were largely developed using a $25 million grant from DARPA and it often touts is strategic alliance with DARPA in press releases. . . .”
8.–That is heavily networked with firms chosen to develop vaccines for the Covid-19. ” . . . . the very companies recently chosen to develop a vaccine to combat the coronavirus outbreak are themselves strategic allies of DARPA. . . . For instance, the top funders of Inovio Pharmaceuticals include both DARPA and the Pentagon’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and the company has received millions in dollars in grants from DARPA, including a $45 million grant to develop a vaccine for Ebola. Inovio specializes in the creation of DNA immunotherapies and DNA vaccines, which contain genetically engineered DNA that causes the cells of the recipient to produce an antigen and can permanently alter a person’s DNA. Inovio previously developed a DNA vaccine for the Zika virus, but — to date — no DNA vaccine has been approved for use in humans in the United States. Inovio was also recently awarded over $8 million from the U.S. military to develop a small, portable intradermal device for delivering DNA vaccines jointly developed by Inovio and USAMRIID.”
9.–Into vaccines that have not been used on human beings and that use gene-altering manipulation that alarms critics. ” . . . . Not only that, but these DARPA-backed companies are developing controversial DNA and mRNA vaccines for this particular coronavirus strain, a category of vaccine that has never previously been approved for human use in the United States. . . . Inovio’s collaboration with the U.S. military in regards to DNA vaccines is nothing new, as their past efforts to develop a DNA vaccine for both Ebola and Marburg virus were also part of what Inovio’s CEO Dr. Joseph Kim called its ‘active biodefense program’ that has ‘garnered multiple grants from the Department of Defense, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), and other government agencies.’ . . . . ”
10.–Involving the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, located at Fort Detrick, Maryland, a facility that was closed down in August of 2019 by the CDC for multiple safety violations. ” . . . . The U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) facility at Fort Detrick, Maryland — the U.S. military’s lead laboratory for ‘biological defense’ research since the late 1960s — was forced to halt all research it was conducting with a series of deadly pathogens after the CDC found that it lacked ‘sufficient systems in place to decontaminate wastewater’ from its highest-security labs and failure of staff to follow safety procedures, among other lapses. The facility contains both level 3 and level 4 biosafety labs. While it is unknown if experiments involving coronaviruses were ongoing at the time, USAMRIID has recently been involved in research borne out of the Pentagon’s recent concern about the use of bats as bioweapons. . . .”
11.–Into the application of genetic engineering in order to create ethno-specific biological warfare weapons, as discussed by the Project for a New American Century. ” . . . . In what is arguably the think tank’s most controversial document, titled ‘Rebuilding America’s Defenses,’ there are a few passages that openly discuss the utility of bioweapons, including the following sentences: ‘…combat likely will take place in new dimensions: in space, ‘cyber-space,’ and perhaps the world of microbes…advanced forms of biological warfare that can ‘target’ specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool.’ . . .”
The program concludes with a summary of six pandemics that struck China within a period of a little less than two years. Are these connected to the many-faceted destabilization of China discussed in past programs and/or the research programs highlighted in the Whitney Webb article?:

1.–February 15, 2018: H7N4 bird flu. Sickened at least 1,600 people in China and killed more than 600. Many chickens killed. China needs to purchase US poultry products.
2.–June, 2018: H7N9 bird flu. Many chickens killed. China needs to purchase US poultry products.
3.–August, 2018: outbreak of African swine flu. Same strain as Russia, from Georgia. Millions of pigs killed. China needs to purchase US pork products.
4.–May 24, 2019: massive infestation of armyworms in 14 province-level regions in China, which destroy most food crops. Quickly spread to more than 8,500 hectares of China’s grain production. They produce astonishing numbers of eggs. China needs to purchase US agricultural products – corn, soybeans.
5.–December, 2019: Coronavirus appearance puts China’s economy on hold.
6.–January, 2020:China is hit by a “highly pathogenic” strain of bird flu in Hunan province. Many chickens died, many others killed. China needs to purchase US poultry products.
FTR #1029 “The Will to Create Man Anew”: Eugenics, Past, Present and Future
Adolf Hitler: “National Socialism . . . . is more even than a religion: it is the will to create man anew.”
In numerous programs, we have touched on eugenics and some of the outcomes of eugenics philosophy, including the growth of the Nazi extermination programs from the Knauer case. Some of these programs are: FTR #‘s 32, 117, 124, 140, 141, 534, 664, and 908. A look at future possibilities of eugenics–something that we discuss in this program–are highlighted in FTR #909 and AFA #39.
Important book on the subject include The War Against the Weak, by Edwin Black and The Nazi Connection by Stephan Kuhl. In FTR #1013, we recapped Peter Levenda’s prescient analysis of the overlap between eugenics and fascist iterations of anti-immigrant sentiment. In this broadcast, eugenics, anti-immigration sentiment, genetic engineering and the “immortality-striving” Transhumanist movement are highlighted, noting the progression from the fascism of the 1930’s to imminent steps that would augment the ascension of a truly “superhuman” elite, to the ultimately lethal detriment of the rest of society.
We begin with prognostications about the future.
Professor Stephen Hawking has predicted that gene-editing techniques will lead to the creation of superhumans, who will supersede those who do not benefit from such technologies. ” . . . . The scientist presented the possibility that genetic engineering could create a new species of superhuman that could destroy the rest of humanity. . . . In ‘Brief Answers to the Big Questions,’ Hawking’s final thoughts on the universe, the physicist suggested wealthy people would soon be able to choose to edit genetic makeup to create superhumans with enhanced memory, disease resistance, intelligence and longevity. . . . ‘Once such superhumans appear, there will be significant political problems with unimproved humans, who won’t be able to compete,’ he wrote. ‘Presumably, they will die out, or become unimportant. Instead, there will be a race of self-designing beings who are improving at an ever-increasing rate.’ . . .”
The observations of Professor Hawking concerning the role of genetic engineering in the ascension of superhumans is the Silicon Valley-based Transhumanist movement. ” . . . . Thiel and other eccentric, wealthy tech-celebrities, such as Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg, have taken the next step to counteract that inequality – by embarking on a quest to live forever. . . .Thiel and many like him have been investing in research on life extension, part of transhumanism. Drawing on fields as diverse as neurotechnology, artificial intelligence, biomedical engineering and philosophy, transhumanists believe that the limitations of the human body and mortality can be transcended by machines and technology. The ultimate aim is immortality. Some believe this is achievable by 2045. . . .”
Michael Anissimov–a previous media officer at the Thiel-funded Machine Intelligence Research Institute–published a white nationalist manifesto. In a 2013 interview. ” . . . . Thiel himself is a Donald Trump supporter. A one-time associate Michael Anissimov, previous media officer at Machine Intelligence Research Institute, a Thiel-funded AI think tank, has published a white nationalist manifesto. In a 2013 interview, Anissimov said that there were already significant differences in intelligence between the races, and that a transhumanist society would inevitably lead to ‘people lording it over others in a way that has never been seen before in history’. It doesn’t take much to guess who would be doing the ‘lording’. . . .”
The identity of the people doing the “lording” may be gleaned from the following: ” . . . . Zoltan Istvan, the transhumanist candidate for governor of California, told Tech Insider that ‘a lot of the most important work in longevity is coming from a handful of the billionaires…around six or seven of them’. . . .”
Benito Mussolini defined fascism as “corporatism,” and labeled his system “The Corporate State.” In that context, it is instructive to weigh transhumanism: ” . . . . You basically can’t separate transhumanism from capitalism. An idea that’s so enthusiastically pursued by Musk and Peter Thiel, and by the founders of Google, is one that needs to be seen as a mutation of capitalism, not a cure for it.’ . . . . If those who form society in the age of transhumanism are men like Musk and Thiel, it’s probable that this society will have few social safety nets. There will be an uneven rate of technological progress globally; even a post-human society can replicate the unequal global wealth distribution which we see today. In some cities and countries, inhabitants may live forever, while in others the residents die of malnutrition. If people don’t die off, the environmental consequences – from widespread natural resource devastation to unsustainable energy demands – would be widespread. . . . ”
These are auguries of a future-to-come. A look at the present suggests that these prognostications are not unrealistic.
Nazis/white supremacists are already distorting genetic research to suit their own ends. Not surprisingly, academics in the field have not been enthusiastic about engaging them. In the past, genetic research has been supportive of eugenics philosophy.

Nowhere on the agenda of the annual meeting of the American Society of Human Genetics, being held in San Diego this week, is a topic plaguing many of its members: the recurring appropriation of the field’s research in the name of white supremacy. ‘Sticking your neck out on political issues is difficult,’ said Jennifer Wagner, a bioethicist and president of the group’s social issues committee, who had sought to convene a panel on the racist misuse of genetics and found little traction. But the specter of the field’s ignominious past, which includes support for the American eugenics movement, looms large for many geneticists in light of today’s white identity politics. They also worry about how new tools that are allowing them to home in on the genetic basis of hot-button traits like intelligence will be misconstrued to fit racist ideologies. . . .”

Ian Smith was not alone. John Feere and Julie Kirchener–both hard line anti-immigration activists–have been hired by Team Trump. ” . . . . Jon Feere, a former legal policy analyst for the Center for Immigration Studies, or CIS, has been hired as an adviser to Thomas D. Homan, the acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, according to Homeland Security spokesman David Lapan. At Customs and Border Protection, Julie Kirchner, the former executive director of the Federation for American Immigration Reform, or FAIR, has been hired as an adviser to Customs and Border Protection acting Commissioner Kevin McAleenan, said Lapan. The hiring of Feere and Kirchner at the federal agencies has alarmed immigrants’ rights activists. CIS and FAIR are think tanks based in Washington that advocate restricting legal and illegal immigration. The two organizations were founded by John Tanton, a retired Michigan ophthalmologist who has openly embraced eugenics, the science of improving the genetic quality of the human population by encouraging selective breeding and at times, advocating for the sterilization of genetically undesirable groups. . . .”
The Federation for Immigration Reform has been partly funded by the Pioneer Fund, one of many organizations that operated in favor of the eugenics policy of Nazi Germany. “. . . . Between 1985 and 1994, FAIR received around $1.2 million in grants from the Pioneer Fund. The Pioneer Fund is a eugenicist organization that was started in 1937 by men close to the Nazi regime who wanted to pursue “race betterment” by promoting the genetic lines of American whites. Now led by race scientist J. Philippe Rushton, the fund continues to back studies intended to reveal the inferiority of minorities to whites. . . .”
FTR #1014 Update on Fascism in Ukraine
As indicated by the title, this broadcast updates and fleshes out a long path of inquiry into the development of fascism in Ukraine, implemented by the OUN/B successor organizations that were empowered by the Maidan Coup of 2014.
In past commentary, we have noted the profound Ukrainian and Gehlen-derived links to the supposed “Russian” hacks leading up to, and during, the 2016 U.S. election campaign.
These high-profile “hacks” have all the earmarks of a “cyber-false flag” operation, which we compared to the “Painting of Oswald Red” in FTR #‘s 925 and 926.
Now, we learn that Victoria Nuland, a key player in the EuroMaidan Coup that placed the OUN/B fascist successor organizations in power in Ukraine was informed of the supposed “Russian” hacks months before senior DNC officials were informed.
There was a period, from around May of 2015 to March of 2016, where Victoria Nuland–again, a key EuroMaiden instigator–knew about these hacks, but the DNC effectively didn’t. According to the following article, there’s another set of people who were informed about the hacks in late 2015: State Department officials, including Victoria Nuland, were informed about the DNC hacks in December of 2015 and tasked with developing a US response.
” . . . . That conclusion was reinforced Wednesday by another witness, Victoria Nuland, who served as assistant secretary of state for Europe during the Obama administration. She told the panel that she had been briefed as early as December 2015 about the hacking of the Democratic National Committee — long before senior DNC officials were aware of it — and that the intrusion had all the hallmarks of a Russian operation. . . . As she and other State Department officials became ‘more alarmed’ about what the Russians were up to in the spring of 2016, they were authorized by then Secretary of State John Kerry to develop proposals for ways to deter the Russians. . . . ”
This raises the question of whether the “response” she developed may have involved engaging and mobilizing the OUN/B and Gehlen-derived elements we looked at in FTR #‘s 943 and 981.
Next, we note that Ukraine’s embrace of neo-Nazi vigilantism continued, with the fourth attack on a Roma camp in six weeks, covered live on Facebook. The attack was launched by members of the new formed Azov National Druzhyna militia, an offshoot of the Azov Battalion formed in January to patrol the streets. Ukrainian police just stood around approvingly watching it happen.
We have noted that the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion runs a youth camp. Ukraine’s Youth and Sports Ministry published a video last week showing its officials unanimously voting to fund variously organizations for “national-patriotic education projects”. Among the recipients of those funds: Svoboda and C14.
Specifically, the money went to three far right organizations founded by members of C14 and Svoboda. The Educational Assembly, founded by C14 head Yevhen Karas; C14 Sich, founded by Volodymyr Karas, who shares the same patronymic, surname, and address as the C14 head; and Holosiyiv Hideout, whose founders include several members of Svoboda.
The Svoboda group will by about $29,200 for four festival. That alone is profoundly disturbing. But even more disturbing is what The two C14 groups got funds for: The C14 ‘Educational Assembly’ and C14 Sich’s children’s summer camp will received about $16,900 for three children’s events.
There has been yet another attack on a Roma camp in Ukraine, this time on the outskirts Lviv. A 24 year old was stabbed to death and four others were injured, including a 10 year old boy. Seven suspects ages 16 and 17 have been arrested and a 20 year old is accused of planning the attack.
Might these youth be affiliated with, or motivated by, any of the fascist youth groups funded by the Ukrainian government?
In any event, it’s clear that it’s ‘open season’ on Roma in Ukraine.
Next, we look at the faked assassination of Arkady Babchenko. The alleged hitman supposedly hired by the Russians was a member of Pravy Sektor and a veteran of the combat in the civil war in Ukraine’s East. Another player in the alleged “Russian” plot was an executive with a German-Ukrainian arms manufacturer that manufactured sights for sniper rifles.
Another question in the Babchenko affair concerns the alleged planned purchase of 300 AK-47s and large quantities of explosives. These munitions were supposedly part of a “Russian” terror campaign, linked to the alleged “Russian” plot against the life of Babchenko and the other journalists.
Recall that, back In March, it was learned that far right Ukrainian war hero, Nadia Savchenko, was alleged by Ukrainian authorities a plotting a devastating terror plot on Ukraine’s parliament? That was 2–3 months, right around the time the SBU allegedly got its intelligence about about this new alleged Moscow-directed assassination/terror plot. Is this the Savchenko terror plot misrepresented under the guise of a Russian terror plot?
One of the signature features of the Babchenko affair is the list of 47 names of journalists allegedly targeted by Russia was unofficially leaked yesterday. A number of Ukrainian journalists, including those on the list, question its credibility. They note the list is filled with the names of people critical of the Ukrainian authorities.
Anatoliy Matios, Ukraine’s chief military prosecutor, gave an extensive interview where he said that Jews are behind all wars and want to “drown ethnic Slavs in blood.” He would theoretically be in charge of prosecutor abuses by the Ukrainian military units fighting in the East – like the neo-Nazi ‘volunteer battalions.’
In addition, recall the cryptic statement Matios made back in 2016 about the identity of the people involved with the 2014 sniper attacks: “When public learns who is involved in this, people will be very surprised.” In FTR #‘s 982, 993 and 1004, we examined evidence that Ukrainian fascists may well have executed those sniper attacks. It is not reassuring to learn that the chief military prosecutor who is involved in that investigation is a neo-Nazi.
Before approaching the statements of Mayor Moskal (of the Ukrainian village of Skole), we note that a diplomat working in Ukraine’s Hamburg (Germany) consulate expressed openly fascist statements.
We conclude with a look at some of the fruit borne on the vine of Ukrainian revisionist history.
The mayor of Skole cited the work of Volodomyr Viatrovych (English translations from the Ukrainian vary) and his “Ukrainian Institute of National Memory” as documentary justification for an anti-Semitic tirade.
Program Highlights Include:
1.–Valentyn Nalyvaichenko Ukrainian intelligence chief following the Orange Revolution of 2004.
2.–Nalyvaichenko was very close to Pravy Sektor and ran the SBU along the lines of the OUN/B World War II fascist organization that was a Third Reich ally.
3.–The SBU operative in charge of the “investigation” of the MH17 shootdown called for the destruction of Ukraine’s Jews.
4.–June 30th has been established as a commemorative celebration in Lvov [Lviv]. It was on June 30, 1941, when the OUN‑B announced an independent Ukrainian state in the city of Lviv. That same day marked the start of the Lviv Pograms that led to the death of thousands of Jews.
5.–June 30th is also the birthday of Roman Shukhevych, commander of the Nachtigall Battalion that carried out the mass killings. The city of Lviv is starting “Shukhevychfest” to be held in Lviv on June 30th, commemorating the pogrom and Shukhevych’s birthday. Shukhevych was named a “Hero of the Ukraine” by Viktor Yuschenko.
6.–In past posts and programs, we have discussed Volodomir Vyatrovich, head of the Orwellian Institute of National Remembrance. He defended Shukhevych and the public displaying of the symbol of the Galician Division (14th Waffen SS Division.)
BND Employed Gudrun Burwitz, Heinrich Himmler’s Daughter
Heinrich Himmler’s daughter–the late Gudrun Burwitz–worked for the BND, the last iteration of the remarkable Gehlen organization. We have discussed the Gehlen organization in many programs and posts. Burwitz continued her work for the postwar Stille Hilfe “Silent Help” SS-support organization almost until the end of her life.
FTR #1012 Food For Thought, Part 2
This program supplements and recapitulates both FTR #912 and AFA #39. In turn, several other, overlapping programs should be examined to flesh out one’s understanding of the phenomena discussed here, including: FTR #‘s 606, 682 and 686, as well as AFA #16.
Central to our analysis is a look at an excerpt from testimony before a House appropriations subcommittee that was drawing up the defense budget for the following year. (The hearings were in 1969.) The testimony discusses the possibility of using genetic engineering to produce a disease that would be “refractory” to the immune system. This is virtually the clinical definition of AIDS. It is worth noting that the project was funded, and just such a disease—AIDS—appeared in just the time frame posited. It is also worth noting that, in the 2002 edition of A Higher Form of Killing, this passage is omitted!!
. . . As long ago as 1962, forty scientists were employed at the U.S. Army biological warfare laboratories on full-time genetics research. ‘Many others,’ it was said, ‘appreciate the implications of genetics for their own work.’ The implications were made more specific that genetic engineering could solve one of the major disadvantages of biological warfare, that it is limited to diseases which occur naturally somewhere in the world. ‘Within the next 5 to 10 years, it would probably be possible to make a new infective micro-organism which could differ in certain important respects from any known disease-causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease.’ The possibility that such a ‘super germ’ may have been successfully produced in a laboratory somewhere in the world in the years since that assessment was made is one which should not be too readily cast aside. . .
Purebred Northern Europeans possess a hereditary immunity to infection by HIV, a gene (CCR5Delta 32) that conferred immunity to the Black Death, long believed to have been bubonic plague. Bubonic plague was a major focal point of Third Reich biological weapons research, stemming from SS chief Heinrich Himmler’s interest in that disease.
Disguised as a cancer research program, Nazi Germany’s plague research was presided over by Kurt Blome, the deputy surgeon general of the Third Reich. Blome went to work for the U.S. under Project Paperclip (also known as Operation Paperclip.) We wonder if the Nazi research into bubonic plague and the emergence of an immune-destroying disease to which only pure-bred Northern Europeans–“Aryans”–were immune might have been the outgrowth of Nazi-inspired U.S. biological weapons research stemming from Paperclip?
Another development in that context is noteworthy:
When the U.S. officially “gave up” biological warfare research, Fort Detrick–the military’s top bw research facility, was officially turned over to the National Cancer Institute’s Viral Cancer Research Project. Featuring veterans of the U.S. biological warfare research program, the NCI’s VCP was implemented by Litton Bionetics, a biotechnology subsidiary of Litton Industries, a major defense contractor. The National Cancer Institute’s Viral Cancer Research Project was at the epicenter of U.S. research into AIDS. We strongly suspect that this was a recapitulation of the Third Reich’s use of “cancer research.”
In both FTR #912 and AFA #39, we highlighted Bayer’s projected purchase of Monsanto.
We engage in a line of inquiry that is speculative in nature, evaluating the possibility that companies descended from the I.G. Farben German chemical cartel may absorb Monsanto, the firm noted for its development of genetically modified organisms.
Specifically, Bayer and BASF figured in the reported maneuvering for Monsanto. The deal has passed American anti-trust regulators, with BASF purchasing some $9 billion in former Bayer assets to permit the deal to go forward.
Against the background of the remarkable Bormann capital network’s effective control of the firms that descended from I.G. Farben, we ruminate about the possibility of genetically engineered binary pathogens being included in the food supply available to much of the world’s population.
Available information highlights possible Underground Reich maneuvering to gain control of firms marketing foodstuffs to middle, lower middle and working class people. This speculation, in turn, is set against the background of information strongly suggesting that AIDS was deliberately developed.
In the context of the purchase of food-producing companies, we note J.A.B Holdings and it’s associated Reimann family.
They are owned by a secretive group of German billionaires, mostly related to each other. This group owns (outright or majority) a rather shocking number of major American brands, including Peets Coffee, Panera Bread, Jimmy Choo Shoes, Dougwe Eberts Coffee, and Krispy Kreme Donuts! They appear to be making a major move to dominate the U.S., and perhaps global, coffee industry.
They also own part of 3G, the massive Brazilian holding company (with one of the three heads having the last name Lemann, and the other having Hermann as a middle name). (This is a focal point of FTR #912.)
3G owns Inbev (dominant player in the world’s liquor industry), Heinz, Kraft, and Burger King, who they quickly moved to Canada and merged with Tim Hortons, a massive Canadian restaurant chain, for tax breaks. They also own the largest logistics/railroad company in South America and its largest retail shopping company. So, between their interests in JAB and 3G, this one family has their tentacles into a ridiculous amount of commerce.
Like many German corporate citizens, they make their headquarters in Luxembourg.
Is this Bormann money “gulping up companies like a giant amoeba?”
Note how secretive the Reimann family and their operation is: ” . . . . The lack of involvement is allegedly part of the family policy, which also includes signing a codex on one’s 18th birthday pledging to stay out of the public as much as possible, thus making them one of the most private billionaire families. . . .”

3.–As discussed in AFA #39, the Nazis began researching toxic agents on apes and then moved on to humans—inmates in concentration camps. AIDS results from a monkey virus that eventually jumped to humans as well. Does the progression in the Nazi death camps of testing on apes to testing on humans have any relationship with the progression of a simian virus to infection of humans? Might the creation of AIDS have stemmed from Nazi research? Is it an accident that the hereditary immunity from HIV infection is only present in the white race, and [according to some sources] Northern Europeans in particular? Is it an accident that people of African extraction are particularly susceptible to HIV infection?
4.–Dr. Franz Liesau Zaccharias was the Abwehr agent who obtained the apes for the Nazi medical experiments. He was badly wanted by Western intelligence after the war. Why?! Western intelligence agencies certainly didn’t need anyone to teach them how to obtain apes from Africa. Experimenting on animals is not a war crime. The suspicion here is that he had discovered something of value during his primate work. Evidence also suggests that he remained part of The Underground Reich.
5.–Among the diseases that Liesau Zacharias’ animals were used for testing was “the plague”! Did the Nazis note that some people appeared to be immune to infection with plague? Were tissue and/or sera samples taken and preserved for further study? Was this in any way connected to the eventual evolution of the CCR5-delta 32 gene as a hereditary protection against infection by HIV? Is it possible that Liesau Zacharias was actually targeted for recruitment by the U.S. for Project Paperclip? Did Liesau Zacharias experience an outbreak of immunodeficiency among his primates awaiting shipment to Germany? Might such an outbreak have been due to SIV? Did Liesau Zacharias take tissue and sera samples from infected primates? Might such a development have been related to his importance to the Allies?
FTR #995 Miscellaneous Articles and Updates
In FTR #967, we highlighted the Nazi group Atomwaffen, one of whose members was plotting an attack on a nuclear power plant. (The would be nuke terrorist was Brandon Russell, a Florida National Guardsman.)
New articles on the group disclose that they have been responsible for a number of recent murders around the country. More murders should be expected because Atomwaffen produces ISIS-style videos promoting mass neo-Nazi violence designed to sabotage and implode society.
FTR #888 details the work of Glenn Greenwald in running legal interference for the leaderless strategy advocated by the likes of James Mason and the National Alliance. Specifically, Citizen Greenwald freed up the likes of Atomwaffen et al from civil liability for their ISIS-style YouTube exhortations to violence and murder.
In FTR #437, we highlighted counter-culture fascism and the penchant of some to promote fascist outcroppings like the Charles Manson cultists to bohemians. Atomwaffen idolize both James Mason and his Siege newsletter and book, as well as one of Mason’s idols–Charles Manson.
Mason expressed support for the Nazi eugenics and euthanasia program. (We have discussed eugenics and euthanasia in numerous programs, including Miscellaneous Archive Shows M12 and M60, as well as FTR #‘s 117, 124, 140, 141, 534, 664, 908, and 909.)
He has company:
University College London (UCL) recently discovered that there’s been a secret eugenics conference hosted in its campus since 2014.
One prominent attendee to these conferences is Toby Young, the head of the New Schools Network – a network of “Free schools” — non-profit independent schools funded by the state. Another is Richard Lynn, the ‘academic’ who sits on the board of the Pioneer Fund and who provided the bulk of the work in The Bell Curve purporting to show racial difference in intelligence.
Attendees at the invite-only conference were told about the location at the last minute and asked not to mention it to anyone.
We conclude with a very important op-ed column in The New York Times underscoring the continuity between American and German eugenics, the Nazi T‑4 program and GOP “austerity.” The Republicans and like-minded individuals like Princeton faculty member Peter Singer are advocating against the disabled is being “cost ineffective.”
” . . . . We often say what happened in Nazi Germany couldn’t happen here. But some of it, like the mistreatment and sterilization of the disabled, did happen here.
A reading of Hoche and Binding’s ‘Permitting the Destruction of Unworthy Life’ [a bedrock intellectual element of the 1920’s German eugenics movement–D.E.] shows the similarity between what they said and what exponents of practical ethics, such as Peter Singer, say about the disabled today. As recently as 2015, Singer, talking with the radio host Aaron Klein on his show, said, ‘I don’t want my health insurance premiums to be higher so that infants who can experience zero quality of life can have expensive treatments.’
These philosophers talk about the drain on ‘resources’ caused by lives lived with a disability, which eerily echoes what Hoche and Binding wrote about the ‘financial and moral burden’ on ‘a person’s family, hospital, and state’ caused by what they deem lives ‘unworthy of living.’ Experts point out the recent Republican health care proposals would strip Medicaid funding that helps the elderly, the poor and the disabled live healthier and more dignified lives.
A recent New York Times article quoted the Rev. Susan Flanders, a retired Episcopal priest, as saying: ‘What we’re paying for is something that many people wouldn’t want if they had a choice. It’s hundreds of dollars each day that could go towards their grandchildren’s education or care for the people who could get well.’ In the article, Flanders, whose father had Alzheimer’s, is described as ‘utterly unafraid to mix money into the conversation about the meaning of life when the mind deteriorates.’ Practical ethicists are similarly unafraid to do this. As were the Nazis. . . .”
With the Trump administration’s deregulation of agencies like the EPA and the Food and Drug Administration, the American people are going to be exposed to carcinogens, mutagens and unsafe food and pharmaceutical products. Years from now, the country is going to experience a big upswing in the incidence of cancer and other degenerative diseases, as well as birth deformities.
The strong possibility that this tsunami of degenerative disease and birth defects could overwhelm the health care system and lead to the implementation of an American T‑4 program is one to be taken very seriously.

AFA #39 “The World Will Be Plunged Into an Abyss . . . .”
Projecting what a Nazi victory in World War II might bring, Winston Churchill observed that “The world will be plunged into an abyss, made more sinister by the knights of perverted science.” In this program, we build on a long-running supposition that the Nazis did indeed win World War II, not on the battlefield but during what Prussian military theoretician Karl von Clausewitz called “The postwar.”

Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease.’ [Italics are Mr. Emory’s.] The possibility that such a ‘super germ’ may have been successfully produced in a laboratory somewhere in the world in the years since that assessment was made is one which should not be too readily cast aside. . .
Purebred Northern Europeans possess a hereditary immunity to infection by HIV, a gene (CCR5Delta 32) that conferred immunity to the Black Death, long believed to have been bubonic plague. Bubonic plague was a major focal point of Third Reich biological weapons research, stemming from SS chief Heinrich Himmler’s interest in that disease.
Disguised as a cancer research program, Nazi Germany’s plague research was presided over by Kurt Blome, the deputy surgeon general of the Third Reich. Blome went to work for the U.S. under Project Paperclip (also known as Operation Paperclip.) We wonder if the Nazi research into bubonic plague and the emergence of an immune-destroying disease to which only pure-bred Northern Europeans–“Aryans”–were immune might have been the outgrowth of Nazi-inspired U.S. biological weapons research stemming from Paperclip?
Another development in that context is noteworthy: When the U.S. officially “gave up” biological warfare research, Fort Detrick–the military’s top bw research facility, was officially turned over to the National Cancer Institute’s Viral Cancer Research Project. Featuring veterans of the U.S. biological warfare research program, the NCI’s VCP was implemented by Litton Bionetics, a biotechnology subsidiary of Litton Industries, a major defense contractor. The National Cancer Institute’s Viral Cancer Research Project was at the epicenter of U.S. research into AIDS. We strongly suspect that this was a recapitulation of the Third Reich’s use of “cancer research.”
Just as “Aryans” possess a hereditary immunity to HIV infection, people of African descent have a hereditary susceptibility to HIV infection.
Just as Project Paperclip figures into analysis of the development of AIDS, development of aspects of the so-called New Age also track back to the importation of Nazi military scientists. Of particular interest in that regard are racist/eugenicist New Age philosophies that attribute the origins of humanity to “space aliens” with “Aryan” features–blonde hair, blue eyes and fair skin.
Foremost among those New Age cults is “The Nine”–overlapping a surprisingly large aspect of the New Age. Purporting to be, variously, the progenitors of the human race (from outer space, of course) and the gods of Egypt, “The Nine” feature the blonde hair, blue eyes, etc. that are common to many of the “ET” origins of humanity.
Overlapping these “Aryan” extraterrestrial New Age philosophies are related outlooks maintaining that black people are inferior and do not originate from “outer space.”
Perhaps the best known Nazi scientist brought to the U.S. under Paperclip is Werner Von Braun, an SS officer and arguably the most important scientist involved with the U.S. space program. A war criminal of the first order, Von Braun was also one of the founders of the Institute for Noetic Sciences, a major epicenter of New Age “thought.”
His military commander in the Third Reich’s V‑weapons program–General Walter Dornberger (also a Paperclip importee)–became the head of Bell Aerospace. (Arthur Young, an devotee of “The Nine” was the father in law of Michael Paine, who worked for Dornberger at Bell. Paine, along with his wife Ruth, was one of Lee Harvey Oswald’s intelligence babysitters.)
Another key element of discussion and analysis is the Bormann group’s use of the former member companies of I.G. Farben. Bayer has bought Monsanto (the largest and best-known of the “GM” companies.) Although anti-trust rules may force the spin-off of some of the parts of Monsanto, BASF–another of the I.G. member companies under Bormann control–is poised to snap those up.
We also note that Bayer has acquired Merck’s pharmaceutical business, giving it a profound presence in the pharmaceutical and vaccine business.
With AIDS having apparently signaled the successful development of a genetically-engineered binary pathogen against which pure-bred Northern Europeans harbor a genetic immunity, we wonder if we will be seeing the introduction of such pathogens into foods and/or vaccines and/or medecines?
Will this, in turn, be dovetailed with the ascent of New Age religions that extoll white people/Aryans?
As non-whites succumb to disease introduced through the food supply and/or medecines, will this New Age/Nazi cultism increase and achieve global dominance?
Again, this program is intended to be used in conjunction with L‑1 and L‑2.
Program Highlights Include:
1.–Allied interest in Franz Liesau Zaccharias, who obtained monkeys for use in Nazi medical experiments for I.G. Farben.
The fact that the Third Reich began experimenting on monkeys, and then began experimenting on humans.
2.–The fact that the etiology of AIDS mirrors the progression of Third Reich medical experiments–progressing from apes to humans.
3.–Rumination about similarities between SIV and HIV‑2: according to a knowledgeable source, SIV (native to the African Green Monkey) is identical to HIV‑2, except for a piece of genetic material that functions like a period in a sentence. It signals genes to stop reading one sequence of amino acids and begin reading another. The source opined that this appeared to be a gene-engineering manifestation.
4.–Speculation about the “Black Death” actually being a viral-borne, infectious hemorrhagic fever, encountered by German and Japanese armies during World War II. Was this researched by Unit 731, the Japanese biological warfare research unit whose results were incorporated into the U.S. biological warfare program after World War II?
5.–Rumination about the possibility that Zaccharias’s apes had contracted simian AIDS from SIV infection and the related hypothetical possibility that this led to the discovery of an immune-destroying infectious agent that affected apes. Might this have been why the Allies were so interested in Zaccharias? Surely, they didn’t need someone to teach them how to get apes from Africa. By the same token, experimenting on primates is not a war crime. So WHY were the Allies so interested in Zaccharias?
6.–Discussion of the Urantia text, with its New Age devotees manifesting a racist eugenics philosophy masked by an “extraterrestrial” facade.
7.–Discussion of the Hare Krishna sect, key elements of which manifest a racist philosophy that dovetails with that of the Urantia cult and The Nine.
8.–Discussion of Swiss/Brazilian billionaire Jorge Paolo Lemann, a possible Bormann operative whose enterprises are buying up many food companies that cater to lower middle and working class people.
8.–Becker GMBH’s genesis with the SS and capital stolen from Jews during the Holocaust.
9.–Becker GMBH’s absorption into ConAgra foods, a major manufacturer of foodstuffs for lower-middle and working-class people.
10.–Sullivan & Cromwell’s work as Bayer’s legal counsel for the Merck and Monsanto purchases. (Sullivan & Cromwell is the Dulles law firm.)
