That is the anni­hi­lat­ing future. The dev­as­tat­ing past is the dev­as­tat­ing real­i­ty that fas­cism is not an aber­ra­tion. The bulk of the pro­grams con­sist of a syn­op­sis of some of what Mr. Emory has dis­cussed in the past, with some new, shock­ing and sad addi­tions.

FTR#1300 The Collapse of Credit Suisse and the Shadows of Safehaven

Inter­na­tion­al finan­cial tur­moil sur­round­ing the col­lapse of sev­er­al major Amer­i­can banks and the absorp­tion of Cred­it Suisse by UBS has eclipsed a very impor­tant sto­ry about Cred­it Suis­se’s role in han­dling monies used by the post-World War II Nazi dias­po­ra.

After high­light­ing some of the Nazi accounts used at Cred­it Suisse and the fir­ing of U.S. inves­ti­ga­tor Neil Barof­sky by the bank, we dis­cuss Cred­it Suis­se’s role in the flight cap­i­tal pro­gram of the Third Reich and the unsuc­cess­ful attempts by U.S. offi­cials involved with Oper­a­tion Safe­haven to inter­dict the flight cap­i­tal.

Cred­it Suisse fig­ures promi­nent­ly in this account.

The pro­gram con­cludes with dis­cus­sion of the inter­dic­tion of Oper­a­tion Safe­haven, in part because of the indis­cre­tion of U.S. Vice Pres­i­dent Hen­ry Wal­lace.

Note that, had Safe­haven been suc­cess­ful, Ger­man indus­tri­al­ists and financiers in the defen­dants’ dock at Nurem­berg would have been asked to name their Amer­i­can co-con­spir­a­tors.

This would have placed some of the most promi­nent names in Amer­i­can indus­try and finance in the defen­dants’ dock, along with their Ger­man asso­ciates.

More About “Coup in Dallas”: La Cagoule Connections to the JFK Assassination

Those ele­ments: 1) Were from the orga­ni­za­tion La Cagoule, which attempt­ed to over­throw the French gov­ern­ment of Leon Blum in 1938. 2) Coa­lesced as impor­tant parts of the Vichy col­lab­o­ra­tionist gov­ern­ment that took pow­er fol­low­ing the Ger­man con­quest of 1940. 3) Net­worked with, and, in many cas­es, became part of, the French SS. 4) Found refuge, com­mer­cial employ­ment and renewed polit­i­cal activism in Franco’s Spain. 5) Inte­grat­ed into the post­war Nazi under­ground cen­ter­ing on Otto Sko­rzeny in Spain and around the world. 6) Worked with US intel­li­gence. 7) Were inte­grat­ed into what Dan­ish jour­nal­ist Hen­rik Kruger termed “The Inter­na­tion­al Fascista.” 8) Through some of the Skorzeny/French/US net­works, par­tic­i­pat­ed in the OAS’s secret war against French pres­i­dent Charles De Gaulle. 9) In con­junc­tion with the CIA/Skorzeny milieu, appear to have par­tic­i­pat­ed in the JFK hit. 10)Worked for cos­met­ics giant L’Oreal, which has a fascist/Nazi past. 11) Came to the atten­tion of the Jus­tice Department’s anti-Nazi Office of Spe­cial Inves­ti­ga­tions.
