With the Bergdahl “con­tro­ver­sy,” Amer­i­can polit­i­cal cul­ture con­tin­ues to hit new lows, cour­tesy of the ter­ror­ist-cod­dling GOP and their Amen cho­rus in the media. John McCain–himself a for­mer POW–seems intent on lead­ing the GOP’s race to the bot­tom, no mean feat under the cir­cum­stances. Dewey Clar­ridge, him­self a play­er in the Iran-Con­tra affair, was the source for much of the “secret intel­li­gence” that has been uti­lized by Fox News, that bea­con of jour­nal­is­tic integri­ty.

Behind the pro­pa­gan­da about the dis­ap­pear­ance of Malaysian Air­lines Flight 370 being “mys­te­ri­ous,” the pro­gram notes the evi­den­tiary trib­u­taries run­ning between the pilot of the plane and the Mus­lim Broth­er­hood. In turn, Anwar Ibrahim (the pilot’s polit­i­cal idol) is deeply con­nect­ed to the indi­vid­u­als and insti­tu­tions inves­ti­gat­ed in the Oper­a­tion Green Quest raids of 3/20/2002. Grover Norquist’s lob­by­ing firm appears to have rep­re­sent­ed Ibrahim. The pro­gram also looks at a strange inci­dent, in which a young Soma­li boy suc­cess­ful­ly stashed him­self in the wheel well of a jet at San Jose air­port. Mus­lim Broth­er­hood-linked ele­ments fig­ure in the back­ground of the event. Con­clud­ing with the cor­po­ratist phi­los­o­phy of the Mus­lim Broth­er­hood, the broad­cast exam­ines com­par­isons between the orga­ni­za­tion and the GOP.

Many of the same ele­ments that fig­ured in the failed inves­ti­ga­tion into the 9/11 attacks crop up in con­nec­tion with the Boston Marathon bomb­ing, as well. In addi­tion to intel­li­gence ele­ments linked to the GOP/Petroleum/Underground Reich ele­ment of the intel­li­gence com­mu­ni­ty, there are indi­ca­tions that the accused bombers may have been indoc­tri­nat­ed with domes­tic fas­cist ide­ol­o­gy. An appar­ent ter­ror­ist attack on a PG & E pow­er sub­sa­tion at the same time may indi­cate that the “lead­er­less resis­tance” strat­e­gy is being man­i­fest­ed here.


Better Late than Never: Appellate Court Clears the Way for 9/11 Families to Sue Saudi Arabia

An appel­late court has cleared the way for fam­i­lies of 9/11 vic­tims to sue Sau­di Ara­bia, focus­ing on, among oth­er things, char­i­ties used to fund al-Qae­da. IF this inves­ti­ga­tion were to pro­ceed as far as it might, Grover Norquist, Karl Rove and oth­ers in the GOP/Bush milieu would come under scruti­ny, as would Fran­cois Genoud, Youssef Nada and the Under­ground Reich. In addi­tion, there is renewed focus on the redact­ed 28 pages of the Join Intel­li­gence Com­mit­tee Inquiry, which impli­cate Sau­di Ara­bia.

For some time, we’ve cov­ered one of George W. Bush’s Mus­lim Broth­er­hood polit­i­cal asso­ciates Sami al-Ari­an. The Oper­a­tion Green Quest inves­ti­ga­tion into the financ­ing of ter­ror­ist groups (includ­ing al-Qae­da, Hamas and Pales­tin­ian Islam­ic Jihad) stemmed from an inves­ti­ga­tion into Sam­my al-Ari­an (“Sam­my the Aryan,” as we call him.) One of the lead­ers of Pales­tin­ian Islam­ic Jihad (pic­tured at right), al-Ari­an is now turn­ing out in sup­port of the oust­ed Egypt­ian Mus­lim Broth­er­hood.

We have dis­cussed the fact that the col­lec­tion of meta­da­ta is rou­tine by Inter­net and cell­phone com­pa­nies, as well as retail out­lets that offer dis­count cards. (The har­vest­ing of meta­da­ta is the focal point of what the NSA does and what lies at the cen­ter of the “con­tro­ver­sy.”) Against the back­ground of Google’s financ­ing of Norquist’s cru­sades and oth­er right-wing caus­es, one can but won­der what Google may be doing with the vast amounts of meta­da­ta they har­vest.

In this inter­view, we review many of the top­ics cov­ered by John Lof­tus in pre­vi­ous inter­views: Sami al-Ari­an and Oper­a­tion Green Quest; the NSA’s project with the British GCHQ; the Mus­lim Broth­er­hood; the post World War II evo­lu­tion of a bina­ry CIA and State Depart­ment. In addi­tion, John con­firmed the work­ing hypoth­e­sis I pre­sent­ed in FTR #‘s 733 through 739, not­ing that thje Arab Spring was a U.S. intel­li­gence oper­a­tion. We also dis­cussed the Boston Marathon bomb­ing and CIA links to some of the Cau­casian jihadists. Much of the pro­gram involved a fas­ci­nat­ing account of con­vict­ed mob­ster Whitey Bul­ger’s mur­der of an IRA smug­gler turned fed­er­al infor­mant, a con­cate­na­tion that includ­ed a U.S. attor­ney’s recruit­ment of a Ukrain­ian Gestapo war crim­i­nal as an agent to pen­e­trate U.S. intel­li­gence for the Irish Repub­li­can Army!
