This program continues our coverage of Ukraine.
The title of the series comes from the 1976 autobiography Heartland by the late, brilliant political comedian Mort Sahl, one of New Orleans DA Jim Garrison’s investigators his probe of President Kennedy’s assassination.
Amid the highly politicized accounts of alleged “Russian atrocities” in the Ukraine war, it is of the highest importance to remember that the “news” reaching the West is coming exclusively through the Ukrainian security authorities, chiefly the Azov-imprinted Ukrainian National Police and the associated Interior Ministry, which retains the dominant influence of Azov-associated Arsen Avakov and Vadim Troyan–the former head of the Ukrainian national police and, before that, Deputy Commander of the Azov Battalion.
Further clouding access to accurate information about what is actually occurring in the war is an accelerated American disinformation process enthusiastically touting dubious intelligence as a vehicle for—supposedly—“getting inside Putin’s head.”
It is highly unlikely that the purveyors of that low-quality intelligence are actually trying to influence Putin. The low-grade intelligence is more likely to be directed at the American people.
Also worth contemplating is the grotesque history of U.S. disinformation—a track record of egregious, official lying that dominates the American political and historical landscape.
The assassination of President Kennedy, the Vietnam War that, in large measure, resulted from that murder, the killings of Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy, the Iraq War and countless other fundamental official political lies do not appear to have taught the American people anything!
Their appetite for b.s. appears undiminished.
For more information about the “low-quality” intel being disseminated for psychological warfare purposes, see: https://spitfirelist.com/for-the-record/ftr1237-how-many-lies-before-you-belong-to-the-lie-part-10/comment-page‑1/#comment-370625
Next, we visit the satellite photos, also allegedly showing photos of the alleged “Russian atrocities” in Bucha, including the digging of the alleged mass grave to hold victims of said abominations.
Maxar is the company whose satellite photos are highlighted by our media to demonstrate the alleged atrocities.
Maxar, in turn, is the parent company of DigitalGlobe, a firm started by veterans of Ronald Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative (“Star Wars”).
Growing out of late 1992 legislation that legalized the entry of private firms into the strategic reconnaissance satellite business, DigitalGlobe was the source of propagandized pictures alleging a Russian “invasion” of Ukraine in 2014!
DigitalGlobe/Maxar’s track record warrants scrutiny of the firm’s “evidence” in the context of “The Boy Who Cried Wolf.”
More about Maxar can be found here: https://spitfirelist.com/for-the-record/ftr1237-how-many-lies-before-you-belong-to-the-lie-part-10/comment-page‑1/#comment-370595
In FTR#808, we set forth information about DigitalGlobe.
The satellite imagery purporting to show Russian armor and self-propelled artillery inside of Ukraine comes from a private company–DigitalGlobe. That company was founded by key personnel from Ronald Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative.
DigitalGlobe co-founder Doug Gerull had previously worked for the Zeiss firm, discussed in FTR #272 as one of the German/Underground Reich/Bormann firms that were moving into satellite imagery technology in the U.S.
An article published after FTR#808 was recorded noted the dubious nature of the claims of a “Russian Invasion” of Ukraine.
A major consideration to be weighed concerns the Azov-imprinted Ukrainian police’s use of an American AI facial recognition software called Clearview.
The brainchild of Alt-right lynchpin Charles Johnson, Clearview received key start-up investment capital from Peter Thiel, one of the driving forces behind Trump and a major player in the Big Tech and electronic surveillance scene.
Critics have expressed concern about Clearview’s potential for abuse. Note that the firm uses a database of 20 billion faces, scraped from social media.
Pivoting to the subject of apparent Russian discoveries of an advanced American-financed biological warfare program in Ukraine, we access the commentary of M.K. Bhadrakumar, a former Indian diplomat.
Bhadrakumar underscores some terrifying aspects of the apparent B.W. program, including “digitized” migratory birds, tracked by satellite and fitted with capsules of deadly microbes. When the birds are over a targeted country, they can be killed, triggering a pandemic.
” . . . . A mind-boggling ‘discovery’ that Russian forces in Ukraine stumbled upon is the use of numbered birds by the Pentagon-funded labs. . . . On the basis of this data, groups of migratory birds are caught, digitized and capsules of germs are attached to them that carry a chip to be controlled through computers. . . . During the long flight of the birds that have been digitized in the Pentagon bio-labs, their movement is monitored step by step by means of satellites and the exact locations are determined. . . . During the long flight of the birds that have been digitized in the Pentagon bio-labs, their movement is monitored step by step by means of satellites and the exact locations are determined. . . . The idea is that if the Biden Administration (or the CIA) has a requirement to inflict harm on, say, Russia or China (or India for that matter), the chip is destroyed when the bird is in their skies. Plainly put, kill the bird carrying the epidemic. . . . once the ‘digitized’ bird is killed and the capsule of germs it carries is released, the disease spreads in the ‘X’ or ‘Y’ country. It becomes a highly cost-effective method of harming an enemy country without any need of war or coup d’état or color revolution. The Russians have made the shocking claim that they are actually in possession of such migratory birds digitized in the Pentagon’s bio-labs. . . .”
A 2014 blog post details a 1960’s program in India that may have been a precursor to the apparent “digitized/weaponized” migratory birds program in Ukraine.
” . . . . It appeared that a unit of the U.S. Army called Migratory Animal Pathological Survey was interested in the project. The Army’s interest lay in knowing whether bacteria were being transmitted by the migrating birds. The project offered an excellent means of investigation and therefore had acquired an ominous significance. . . .”
Another possible 1960’s precursor of the “migratory birds of mass destruction” in Ukraine was a program to place voracious, disease-carrying Lone Star ticks in the Atlantic Flyway, through which migratory birds travel from Latin America through to the American Northeast.
” . . . . The sites were located on the Atlantic Flyway, the migratory bird superhighway that runs along the eastern South American and North American coasts. . . . . . . . Lone star ticks have several survival advantages over their deer tick cousins. They don’t wait patiently on a stalk of grass for passing prey; they are active hunters that crawl toward any carbon dioxide-emitting animal, including birds. . . . But in the 1970s, these ticks began rapidly expanding their range. 7 The first lone star tick observed on Montauk, Long Island, was in 1971, and as of 2018, established populations have been observed as far north as Maine. 8 . . . . All this begs the question: What is driving this mass migration of the lone star tick and its disease-causing hitchhikers northward? . . . .”
The program concludes with review of a Daily Mail article highlighting [confirmed] e‑mails from Hunter Biden’s laptop that partially confirm Russian discoveries of U.S.-financed biological warfare program in Ukraine.
Continuing our coverage of the Ukraine War, we note Gennadiy Druzenko–the head of Ukraine’s Military Medical Service– and his order to castrate all Russian POW’s.
Can you imagine the media uproar if the head of Russia’s military medical branch gave an order to castrate all Ukrainian POW’s?
The program begins with a synoptic, telescoped view of the OUN/B, a key component of the Gehlen “Org,” itself a front for the Odessa–the Nazi SS postwar operational underground.
The program begins with a synoptic, telescoped view of the OUN/B, a key component of the Gehlen “Org,” itself a front for the Odessa–the Nazi SS postwar operational underground.
” . . . . His [Gehlen’s] FHO was connected in this role with a number of secret fascist organizations in the countries to Germany’s east. These included Stepan Bandera’s ‘B Faction’ of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN/B),15Romania’s Iron Guard,16 the Ustachis of Yugoslavia,17 the Vanagis of Latvia. . . . The military intelligence historian Colonel William Corson put it most succinctly, ‘Gehlen’s organization was designed to protect the Odessa Nazis. It amounts to an exceptionally well-orchestrated diversion.’. . .”
The discussion accesses a post Mr. Emory crafted in November of 2015.
Pravy Sektor associate Valentyn Nalyvaichenko had been the head of the SBU (Ukrainian intelligence service) since the Maidan Coup, up until his ouster in June of 2015. Not surprisingly, he had operated the organization along the lines of the OUN/B.
Previously, he had served in that same capacity under Viktor Yuschenko, seeing the outfit as a vehicle for rewriting Ukraine’s history in accordance with the historical revisionism favored by the OUN/B.
Very close to Pravy Sektor head Dymitro Yarosh, Nalyvaichenko employed Yarosh while serving in the Ukrainian parliament. Yarosh claims that the two collaborated on “anti-terrorist” operations conducted against ethnic Russians.
Bear in mind that the SBU has been the “cognitive window” through which the events in Ukraine have been processed.
The “serial,” cascading amalgamation of Ukrainian fascist national security elements is exemplified by Anton Geraschenko, the spelling of whose name varies. A key operative of the Azov milieu, he not only shepherded “Profexer,” the alleged mastermind of the DNC “hack,” but may well have been a principal behind the “PropOrNot” list of journalists who were “unacceptable” to the establishment in Ukraine (see below.)
Of paramount importance as well is the role of the SBU, networking with the various OUN/B successor organizations in perpetrating terror against the Ukrainian population.
Do not fail to note former SBU director Nalyvaichenko’s links to the CIA and to the U.S., via the George W. Bush administration.
The fawning Western coverage of the Ukraine War may be seen through the lens of Zelensky’s “Total War” declaration: ” . . . . While Western media homes in on Russian human rights violations at home and inside Ukraine, the Ukrainian government has authorized a propaganda campaign known as ‘Total War’ that includes the planting of bogus images and false stories to further implicate Russia. . . .”
The OUN/B milieu in the U.S. has apparently been instrumental in generating disinformation vis a vis alleged “Russian” disinformation in U.S. media.
Note that the PropOrNot group may well be an extension of Anton Geraschenko’s Myrotvotets hacker/journalist intimidation group.
” . . . One PropOrNot tweet, dated November 17, invokes a 1940s Ukrainian fascist salute “Heroiam Slava!!”[17] to cheer a news item on Ukrainian hackers fighting Russians. The phrase means ‘Glory to the heroes’ and it was formally introduced by the fascist Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) at their March-April 1941 congress in Nazi occupied Cracow, as they prepared to serve as Nazi auxiliaries in Operation Barbarossa. . . . ‘the OUN‑B introduced another Ukrainian fascist salute at the Second Great Congress of the Ukrainian Nationalists in Cracow in March and April 1941. This was the most popular Ukrainian fascist salute and had to be performed according to the instructions of the OUN‑B leadership by raising the right arm ‘slightly to the right, slightly above the peak of the head’ while calling ‘Glory to Ukraine!’ (Slava Ukraїni!) and responding ‘Glory to the Heroes!’ (Heroiam Slava!). . . .”
Was “Team Geraschenko” involved in the smearing of Robert Parry, who was defamed by the PropOrNot group?
” . . . . The website, ‘Myrotvorets’ [43] or ‘Peacemaker’—was set up by Ukrainian hackers working with state intelligence and police, all of which tend to share the same ultranationalist ideologies as Parubiy and the newly-appointed neo-Nazi chief of the National Police. . . . The website is designed to frighten and muzzle journalists from reporting anything but the pro-nationalist party line, and it has the backing of government officials, spies and police—including the SBU (Ukraine’s successor to the KGB), the powerful Interior Minister Avakov and his notorious far-right deputy, Anton Geraschenko [closely associated with the Azov Battalion].
“Ukraine’s journalist blacklist website—operated by Ukrainian hackers working with state intelligence—led to a rash of death threats against the doxxed journalists, whose email addresses, phone numbers and other private information was posted anonymously to the website. Many of these threats came with the wartime Ukrainian fascist salute: ‘Slava Ukraini!’ [Glory to Ukraine!] So when PropOrNot’s anonymous ‘researchers’ reveal only their Ukrainian(s) identity, it’s hard not to think about the spy-linked hackers who posted the deadly ‘Myrotvorets’ blacklist of ‘treasonous’ journalists. . . .”
Parry subsequently died of a fast-acting case of cancer.
Anton Geraschenko was also involved in handling “Profexer”–the dubious alleged crafter of the [outdated] software allegedly used in the alleged “hack” of the DNC.
Proliferating Russian “atrocity” allegations are filtered through the Azov-influenced Ukrainian police establishment. Zelensky’s security forces engage in systematic horrors. Maintaining the untenable PR façade that the Nazification of Ukraine is a myth, Zelensky showed the “True Yellow and Blue” in a video appearance before the Greek parliament.
Appearing with a member of the Nazi Azov fighting formations, Zelensky manifested the grotesque political reality of which he is part.
“ . . . . On Thursday a major row erupted when Zelensky brought along a Ukrainian soldier of Greek heritage from the city of Mariupol, who just happened to be a member of the neo-Nazi Azov Regiment. Greece was under Nazi occupation during World War II and fought a bitter partisan war against Nazism (later to be betrayed by Britain and the United States.). . . . Former Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis’ MeRA25 party said the event turned into a ‘Nazi fiesta.’. . .”
Recall that his political patron is Ihor Kolomoisky, who financed Zelensky’s presidential campaign, owns the TV network that boosted him to public prominence, who was a major financier of the Azov Battalion and who owned a controlling interest in Burisma, featuring Hunter Biden on the board of directors.
It was in his position as a Burisma director that Hunter expedited the apparent biological warfare projects overlapping those involved in the “Oswald Institute of Virology.”
That places Hunter Biden in the mix of “The Bandera Institute of Virology,” if you will.
With allegations of Russian war crimes being bandied about and the hyperbole of Joe Biden and others reaching new depths of distortion and dishonesty, we examine a story that raises serious questions about another of the iconic “Russian war crimes” incidents, the “bombing” of the Mariupol maternity hospital.
Note that Mariupol, like Bucha, is defended by Azov/Nazi military units.
“ . . . .The perishing of eyewitnesses to the real events at the maternity hospital is convenient for the Associated Press and Azov Battalion alike. After all, dead people tell no tales. Having anyone able to testify to the on-the-ground reality of incidents such as the dubious theater bombing or the maternity hospital ‘airstrike’ is inherently problematic to the Ukrainian cause. . . .”
“ . . . . And though the AP has had reporters on the ground in Ukraine throughout the conflict with Russia, the organization remains silent about transgressions unfolding right before the eyes of its staff. Case in point: the presence of an AP photographer at the hospital gave it a front row seat for Azov Battalion’s occupation of the facility and its transformation of the site into a base of operations. . . But the agency avoided any mention of this critical piece of context, showing Western audiences what Azov Battalion wants them to see. . . .”
“ . . . . On April 2, within hours of the publication of photos and videos purporting to show victims of an alleged Russian massacre, Ukrainian media reported that specialist units had begun ‘clearing the area of saboteurs and accomplices of Russian troops.’ Nothing was said about dead bodies in the streets. . . . The National Police of Ukraine announced that day that they were ‘cleaning the territory…from the assistants of Russian troops,’ publishing video that showed no corpses in the streets of Bucha and Ukrainian forces in full control of the city. . . .”
Key points of analysis and discussion include: Residents attempting to flee the city were prevented by the authorities from doing so; the maternity hospital had been utilized by the Ukrainian military; despite the strong probability that the hospital was damaged by an artillery shell, AP journalists—apparently embedded with Azov combatants—negated the testimony of hospital patients about the artillery strike; the AP/Azov-embedded journalists propagated the story that the hospital had been hit by a deliberate Russian airstrike; the AP journalist who had been the source of the “Russian airstrike” story had also been at the Maidan and sympathetic to the Nazi-rich milieu involved in that false-flag operation; AP has been distributing Azov photographs; the estimates of the casualties in the maternity hospital incident are wildly inconsistent; there are reports that survivors of the maternity hospital attack may have been taken to the Mariupol drama theater and positioned at the exact place that the “Russian missile” struck in another dubious “Russian war crime;” Western nations have—so far—blocked a Russian request to have the UN investigate the Bucha “war crimes;” Both Azov combatants and Ukrainian police were engaged in “clean-up operations” in which Russian “collaborators” were “dealt with.”
We conclude with analysis of the Georgian Legion, an element of the Ukrainian “Foreign Legion” which is implicated in the false-flag sniper shootings in the Maidan coup and has admitted committing summary executions of Russian POW’s.
The Georgian Legion is not an isolated, eclipsed entity, but rather, one that is led by Mamuka Mamulashvili, networked with adoring U.S. political figures.
“ . . . . In an interview this April, Mamulashvili, was asked about a video showing Russian fighters who had been extrajudicially executed in Dmitrovka, a town just five miles from Bucha. Mamulashvili was candid about his unit’s take-no-prisoners tactics, though he has denied involvement in the specific crimes depicted. ‘We will not take Russian soldiers, as well as Kadyrovites [Chechnyan fighters]; in any case, we will not take prisoners, not a single person will be captured,’ Mamulashvili said, implying that his fighters execute POWs. . . .”
As indicated above, Mamulashvili is implicated in the Maidan false-flag shootings:
“ . . . . [Professor] Ivan Katchanovski, a professor of political science at the University of Ottawa, is among those who believe Mamulashvili’s allies were likely among those who fired on protesters from buildings over Maidan Square, generating bloodshed that was ultimately blamed on Ukraine’s then-government. . . . ‘Testimonies by several Georgian self-admitted members of Maidan sniper groups for the Maidan massacre trial and investigation and their interviews in American, Italian and Israeli TV documentaries and Macedonian and Russian media are generally consistent with findings of my academic studies of the Maidan massacre,’ Katchanovski commented to The Grayzone. . . .”
This discussion will be continued in the next broadcast.
In the most recent presentation on Mr. Emory’s Patreon site, we chronicle the evolution of the Azov manifestation from the closing stages of World War II and merging of the Gehlen Org—a front for the Nazi SS—into the CIA. ” . . . . His [Gehlen’s] FHO was connected in this role with a number of secret fascist organizations in the countries to Germany’s east. These included Stepan Bandera’s ‘B Faction’ of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN/B) . . . . The military intelligence historian Colonel William Corson put it most succinctly, ‘Gehlen’s organization was designed to protect the Odessa Nazis. This program continues coverage of the Ukraine war with particular emphasis on the decisively important overlap between the institutions implicated in the creation of SARS CoV‑2 and the Covid-19 “op” and the Pentagon financing of the apparent biological warfare programs in Ukraine.
A remarkable aspect of the Journal’s coverage of the WHO’s resumption of inquiry into the origins of Covid-19 concerns a development that has been almost completely excised from the Western press: ” . . . . For months, China’s government has insisted both in public, and in private meetings with Dr. Tedros, that studies on the origins of the virus should now focus on other countries, such as Italy, or on a U.S. military bioresearch facility in Fort Detrick, Md. Dozens of governments aligned with China have sent Dr. Tedros letters in support of Beijing’s position, a person familiar with the letters said. . . .”
“Dozens of governments?” Which ones? This sounds like a major international dialogue/scandal.
WHY aren’t we hearing about it?
Pompeo State Department officials pursuing the lab-leak hypothesis were told to cover it up lest it shed light on U.S. government funding of research at the “Oswald Institute of Virology!”: ” . . . . In one State Department meeting, officials seeking to demand transparency from the Chinese government say they were explicitly told by colleagues not to explore the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s gain-of-function research, because it would bring unwelcome attention to U.S. government funding of it. . . . In an internal memo obtained by Vanity Fair, Thomas DiNanno, former acting assistant secretary of the State Department’s Bureau of Arms Control, Verification, and Compliance, wrote that. . . staff from two bureaus . . . ‘warned’ leaders within his bureau ‘not to pursue an investigation into the origin of COVID-19’ because it would ‘open a can of worms’ if it continued.’ . . . . As the group probed the lab-leak scenario, among other possibilities, its members were repeatedly advised not to open a ‘Pandora’s box,’ said four former State Department officials interviewed by Vanity Fair. . . .”
Although heavily spun–as would be expected from a Daily Mail article–this story not only has important implications for the war in Ukraine, but also resonates with our long series on “The Oswald Institute of Virology.”
We note that there are significant connections between the agency overseeing the Ukrainian projects and institutions implicated in the apparent “bio-skullduggery” surrounding the U.S. biological warfare gambit involving what Mr. Emory has termed “The Oswald Institute of Virology.” This is discussed in: FTR#‘s 1157–1159, 1170, 1183 through 1193, and 1215.
The essence of the “Oswald Institute of Virology” gambit concerns the DTRA and Pentagon funding of bat-borne coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, much of it through Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance. Once the research was complete, it resulted in publication which included the genome of the bat viruses being researched. Using technology discussed below, the viruses were then synthesized from scratch and population groups were vectored with the same viral strains being researched by the WIV.
It turns out that Hunter Biden–a member of the board of directors at Burisma–was instrumental in securing funding for EcoHealth Alliance partner Metabiota, described in a screen shot of an e‑mail as being “to the DOA what Palantir is to CIA.”
Both EcoHealth Alliance and Metabiota have been involved with bat-borne coronavirus at the WIV.
Note that–” . . . . ‘His [Hunter Biden’s] father was the Vice President of the United States and in charge of relations with Ukraine.’ . . .”
Previously we have noted then Vice-President Joe Biden’s close relationship with U.S. Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt and Ukrainaian fascist Andriy Parubiy during the Maidan coup, which centered on false-flag sniper killings from buildings controlled by Svoboda (formerly the Social National Party of Ukraine, founded by Parubiy.)
Svoboda occupied key positions in the provisional post-Maidan Ukrainian government and wields significant influence to this day.
Highlights of the Discussion:
1.–” . . . . The commander of the Russian Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Forces, claimed there was a ‘scheme of interaction between US government agencies and Ukrainian biological objects’ and pointed to the ‘financing of such activities by structures close to the current US leadership, in particular the investment fund Rosemont Seneca, which is headed by Hunter Biden.’. . .”
2.–” . . . . Moscow’s claim that Hunter Biden helped finance a US military ‘bioweapons’ research program in Ukraine is at least partially true, according to new emails obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com. . . .”
3.–” . . . . emails from Hunter’s abandoned laptop show he helped secure millions of dollars of funding for Metabiota, a Department of Defense contractor specializing in research on pandemic-causing diseases that could be used as bioweapons. . . .”
4.–” . . . . Metabiota has been an official partner of EcoHealth Alliance since 2014, according to its website. . . .”
5.–” . . . . He also introduced Metabiota to an allegedly corrupt Ukrainian gas firm, Burisma, for a ‘science project’ involving high biosecurity level labs in Ukraine . . . .”
6.–” . . . . Emails and defense contract data reviewed by DailyMail.com suggest that Hunter had a prominent role in making sure Metabiota was able to conduct its pathogen research just a few hundred miles from the border with Russia. . . .”
7.–” . . . . Metabiota has worked in Ukraine for Black & Veatch, a US defense contractor with deep ties to military intelligence agencies, which built secure labs in Ukraine that analyzed killer diseases and bioweapons. . . .”
8.–” . . . . Hunter was also particularly involved in Metabiota’s operations in Ukraine. Hunter’s pitches to investors claimed that they not only organized funding for the firm, they also helped it ‘get new customers’ including ‘government agencies in case of Metabiota’. . . .”
9.–” . . . . Former senior CIA officer Sam Faddis, who has reviewed emails on Hunter’s laptop, told DailyMail.com that the offer to help assert Ukraine’s independence was odd for a biotech executive [Metabiota vice-president Mary Guttieri]. ‘It raises the question, what is the real purpose of this venture? It’s very odd,’ he said. . . .”
10.–” . . . . Guttieri had a leading role in Metabiota’s Ukraine operations, meeting with other company executives and US and Ukrainian military officials in October 2016 to discuss ‘cooperation in surveillance and prevention of especially dangerous infectious diseases, including zoonotic diseases in Ukraine and neighboring countries’ according to a 2016 report by the Science and Technology Center in Ukraine. . . .”
11.–” . . . . Four days after Guttieri’s April 2014 email, Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi wrote to Hunter revealing that the then-Vice President’s son had pitched a ‘science project’ involving Burisma and Metabiota in Ukraine. ‘As I understand the Metabiota was a subcontract to principal contactor of the DoD B&V [Black & Veatch]. . . .”
12.–” . . . . Faddis told DailyMail.com that the attempt to get Metabiota to form a partnership with Burisma was a perplexing and worrying revelation. ‘His father was the Vice President of the United States and in charge of relations with Ukraine. So why was Hunter not only on the board of a suspect Ukrainian gas firm, but also hooked them up with a company working on bioweapons research?’ Faddis said. . . .”
13.–” . . . . ‘The DoD position is that . . . . this is pandemic early warning research. We don’t know for sure that’s all that was going on. . . .”
14.–” . . . . Government spending records show the Department of Defense awarded an $18.4million contract to Metabiota between February 2014 and November 2016, with $307,091 earmarked for ‘Ukraine research projects’. . . .”
15.–” . . . . The US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) also commissioned B&V to build a Biological Safety Level 3 laboratory in Odessa, Ukraine in 2010, which ‘provided enhanced equipment and training to effectively, safely and securely identify especially dangerous pathogens’ according to a company press release. Such labs are used to ‘study infectious agents or toxins that may be transmitted through the air and cause potentially lethal infections,’ the US Department of Health and Human Services says. . . .”
16.–” . . . . In another sign of the deep ties between Metabiota and the Department of Defense, Hunter’s RSTP business partner Rob Walker said he would ‘have a friend reach out to DoD on the down low’, in order to prove the company’s bona fides to top prospective investors Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley in October 2014. . . .”
17.–” . . . . Metabiota also has close ties to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), suspected to be the source of the COVID-19 outbreak. WIV was a hotspot for controversial ‘gain of function’ research that can create super-strength viruses. Chinese scientists performed gain of function research on coronaviruses at the WIV, working alongside a US-backed organization EcoHealth Alliance that has since drawn intense scrutiny over its coronavirus research since the COVID-19 pandemic. Researchers from the Wuhan institute, Metabiota and EcoHealth Alliance published a study together in 2014 on infectious diseases from bats in China, which notes that tests were performed at the WIV. Shi Zhengli, the WIV Director of the Center for Emerging Infectious Diseases who became dubbed the ‘bat lady’ for her central role in bat coronavirus research at the lab, was a contributor to the paper. . . .”
In the latest talk on Mr. Emory’s Patreon site, he discusses the video appearance Zelensky gave before the Greek Parliament, generating outrage. Increasingly Zelensky’s public manifestations reflect the fact that his presidential campaign, the TV network on which he gained his public persona and the Azov Battalion are financed by oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky. That appearance and attendant outrage was overshadowed by the latest allegations of Russian atrocities. A private reconnaissance satellite firm that gave dubious information about an alleged Russian invasion of Ukraine in August of 2014 is now the source of photographic evidence “proving” Russian “atrocities” in the Azov-defended Bucha. Ukrainian television anchor quotes Adolf Eichmann verbatim in this video from UKRAINE 24. WFMU-FM is podcasting For The Record–You can subscribe to the podcast HERE. This program continues our coverage of the Ukraine war. The title comes from the late, brilliant political comedian Mort Sahl’s 1976 autobiography Heartland. One of New Orleans DA Jim Garrison’s investigation of the assassination of the JFK.
In Consortium News, Joe Lauria presents Pentagon intelligence which, like the information presented by Bill Arkin in the Newsweek piece we covered in FTR#1237, lays out information fundamentally in contrast to what De Bretton-Gordon has voiced and which Joe Biden has taken at face value.
” . . . . Reuters reported: ‘The United States has not yet seen any concrete indications of an imminent Russian chemical or biological weapons attack in Ukraine but is closely monitoring streams of intelligence for them, a senior U.S. defense official said.’ It quoted the Pentagon official as saying, ‘There’s no indication that there’s something imminent in that regard right now.’. . .”
Hamish de Bretton Gordon – the same figure who was warning the world about Russian forces releasing COVID-Ebola from a Ukrainian biolab – is now warning of impending Russian chemical attacks. And when it comes to making bogus claims about chemical attacks, de Bretton Gordon isn’t lacking in experience, having set the table for false-flag chemical attacks in Syria: “ . . . . Other forms of evidence were also collected on-the-ground by de Bretton-Gordon, and provided to a number of official investigations into chemical attacks. In at least one instance – an OPCW/UN Joint Investigative Mechanism (JIM) probe into a purported chemical strike in Talmenes, April 2014 – videos submitted by CBRN Taskforce, a shady organization he founded in Aleppo, were found to show clear signs of falsification. . . .”
Oleh Tihanybok, leader of the OUN/B successor organization Svoboda, originally organized by Andriy Parubiy.
Joe Biden has taken the inflammatory, weaponized rhetoric and propaganda disseminated by the likes of Hamish de Bretton-Gordon and obedient media outlets at face value.
His uncritical embrace of this apocalyptic verbiage sets the stage for World War III.
Consummately ironic is Biden’s use of the terms “cynical” and “obscene” in his dismissal of the validity of Putin’s stated war goal of “De-Nazification.”
As will be detailed in forthcoming programs and posts, then Vice-President Joe Biden was involved with the networking through which the Svoboda organization and Andriy Parubiy effected the Maidan coup.
As the point man in U.S.-Ukrainian relations, Biden bears great responsibility for the ascent of the Nazi elements dominant in contemporary Ukraine.
Igor Kolomoisky is the oligarch who: Was the primary financier of Zelensky’s presidential campaign; Owned the television network on which Zelensky developed his public persona—leading to his ascent to the presidency of Ukraine; Was a primary financier of the Azov Battalion, one of the most important Nazi units in the Ukrainian military and the parent organization of the National Druzhyna Militia (which served as election monitors for Zelensky’s ballot run).
Kolomoisky also maintained a controlling interest in Burisma, the natural gas company on which Hunter Biden served as a director.
It was his position as a director of Burisma that was the foundation of his development of an apparent U.S./Ukrainian biological warfare program, involving Pentagon financing and heavily overlapping the elements figuring in Mr. Emory’s “Oswald Institute of Virology” expose.
Although heavily spun–as would be expected from a Daily Mail article–our concluding story not only has important implications for the war in Ukraine, but also resonates with our long series on “The Oswald Institute of Virology.”
The latest talk on Mr. Emory’s newly launched Patreon site parses the conflicting media reports about the aftermath of the combat in areas around Kiev that have been abandoned by Russian troops. The presence of Nazi/Azov units in Bucha and discontinuities in reportage are analyzed at length and in detail. Ukrainian television anchor quotes Adolf Eichmann verbatim in this video from UKRAINE 24. WFMU-FM is podcasting For The Record–You can subscribe to the podcast HERE. Mr. Emory emphatically recommends that listeners/readers get the 32GB flash drive containing all of Mr. Emory’s 43 years on the air, plus a library of old anti-fascist books on easy-to-download PDF files.
This program continues our coverage of the Ukraine war. The title comes from the late, brilliant political comedian Mort Sahl’s 1976 autobiography Heartland. One of New Orleans DA Jim Garrison’s investigation of the assassination of the JFK .
A new piece by Bill Arkin in Newsweek presents information from Pentagon sources—speaking on condition of anonymity—that contradicts the MSM/Azov Zelensky/Biden claim that Russia is “indiscriminately bombing” civilians in Ukraine. That dynamic has been highlighted by the massive explosions observed at a mall in Kyiv. A mall that Russia claims was being used to store MLRS rocket launchers. It’s a claim confirmed by independent reporters, underscoring how much of the fighting in Ukraine’s cities is taking place because that’s where much of the military hardware is located.
The anonymous Pentagon officials Arkin spoke with said that Russia has actually been holding back from engaging in the indiscriminate bombing of civilian areas. According to these officials, we are seeing a highly limited urban bombing campaign primarily focused on military targets.
” . . . . ‘We need to understand Russia’s actual conduct,’ says a retired Air Force officer, a lawyer by training who has been involved in approving targets for U.S. fights in Iraq and Afghanistan. The officer currently works as an analyst with a large military contractor advising the Pentagon and was granted anonymity in order to speak candidly. In the analyst’s view . . . the Russian military has actually been showing restraint in its long-range attacks. . . . As of the past weekend, in 24 days of conflict, Russia has flown some 1,400 strike sorties and delivered almost 1,000 missiles (by contrast, the United States flew more sorties and delivered more weapons in the first day of the 2003 Iraq war). . . .”
Modern Times: Celebration of the 75th Anniversary of the 14th Waffen SS Division in Lviv, Ukraine in summer of 2018. THIS is what lurks beneath the thin facade of Zelensky’s democracy.
With the Azov Regiment in charge of Ukrainian military operations in Mariupol, we should be braced for characteristic Azov behavior–bloody provocations or “False Flag” operations branded as Russian “War Crimes.’
Indeed “Azov” Zelensky’s presidential campaign was largely funded by Azov-financier Igor Kolomoisky, who also owns the TV network on which Zelensky burnished his media chops. (The election monitors for his election were Azov’s National Druzhyna Militia.)
In FTR#1236, we noted that there are no longer any international reporters in Mariupol and that the information the world receives about what is going on there comes from the Azov Regiment.
Max Blumenthal has penned an excellent, and altogether necessary, expose of the Azov Regiment’s probable false-flag operation in Mariupol.
“ . . . . A closer look reveals that local residents in Mariupol had warned three days before the March 16 incident that the theater would be the site of a false flag attack launched by the openly neo-Nazi Azov Battalion, which controlled the building and the territory around it. Civilians that escaped the city through humanitarian corridors have testified that they were held by Azov as human shields in area, and that Azov fighters detonated parts of the theater as they retreated. Despite claims of a massive Russian airstrike that reduced the building to ashes, all civilians appear to have escaped with their lives. . . .”
Another Gray Zone article gives insight into how the Mariupol theater provocation becomes accepted fact in the Western media.
Ostensibly an objective media voice, presenting factual, unbiased coverage of the Ukraine war, the BBC has twined with British intelligence, employing an overt Ukrainian “nationalist’–Orysia Khimiak–to craft a propagandized account of the combat in Ukraine.
“Before serving as a fixer and reporter for the BBC in Ukraine, Orysia Khimiak handled PR for a start-up called Reface which created what the Washington Post called a ‘reality distorting app’ now serving as ‘a kind of Ukrainian war-messaging tool.’ . . . . As The Grayzone reported in February 2021, the British broadcaster’s non-profit arm, BBC Media Action, participated in a covert UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) program explicitly designed to ‘weaken Russia.’ As seen below, UK FCDO documents revealed that BBC Media Action proposed working through a private British contractor called Aktis to cultivate and grow pro-NATO media in conflict areas like the Donbas region of eastern Ukraine, now the focal point of fighting between pro-Russian forces and the Ukrainian military. . . .The BBC’s secret information warfare initiative had turned the network into an arm of British intelligence, operating as an actor in a foreign conflict which its broadcast media arm was simultaneously claiming to cover in an objective manner. Now, the BBC has shed any pretense of objectivity by hiring an overtly nationalist Ukrainian public relations operative to shape its coverage of one of the most heavily disputed incidents in a war filled with cynical deceptions.”
