Continuing our analysis of Donald Trump as a political animal, the program returns to the subject of traditional German “Ostpolitik.” As set forth in FTR #918, Germany has–for centuries–sought to stabilize its relationship with Russia in order to further its geopolitical hegemonic goals. Beginning with the subject of former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort’s work for the Russia-allied Yanukovich government in Ukraine, we note that available evidence points to Manafort as a cat’s paw for covert action and regime change. His clients in the past include former Philippine dictator Ferdinand Marcos, who did not share the Golden Lily wealth to the satisfaction of the United States and was subsequently overthrown in a U.S.-backed coup. After reviewing German Ostpolitik as articulated in the early 1950s by the Adenauer government in Germany and Underground Reich Fifth Column elements in the U.S., the program notes that the basic goals of that early 1950s manifestation of the policy have either been reached or are under development: a German-dominated unified Europe, a German-dominated European military structure; a German-dominated EU/Russian/Eurasian economic union stretching from “Lisbon to Vladivostok,” and the gradual pivot from the U.S. to Russia as a critical German ally (as reflected in an important recent German poll.) The program notes that the complex, altogether opaque Trump real estate empire apparently fronts for, among other interests, powerful German corporations, families and individuals. Those interests, as we have seen in FTR #305, are under the control of the remarkable and deadly Bormann capital network. Key Trump foreign policy adviser Joseph E. Schmitz is obsessed “with all things Steuben” and “all things German” according to a former colleague at the Pentagon. Schmitz’s brother John P. Schmitz is works with dominant German corporations, placing him in the same corporate landscape as Trump and his real estate empire. It is our view that Trump’s pronouncements about Russia, Ukraine and NATO are similar in functional intent to the “Open Letter to Stalin” published in the “Buerger Zeitung.” His stances in this regard are meant to precipitate what pro-Adenauer media sources termed “a bidding war” between the U.S. and Russia, with Germany as the beneficiary of a ” . . . heated atmosphere of an auction room where two eager opponents outbid each other. . . .” Program Highlights Include: Review of John P. Schmitz’s relationship to the Robert Bosch Foundation; review of the Bosch Foundation’s links to the Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft, which sponsored Mohamed Atta’s entry into the United States; John P. Schmitz’s links to Matthias Wissman, and Wissman’s links to Holocaust-related lawsuits; Joseph E. Schmitz’s reported anti-Semitism and Holocaust revisionism: “ . . . .‘His summary of his tenure’s achievement reported as ‘…I fired the Jews,’ . . . . ‘In his final days, he allegedly lectured [former Pentagon Inspector General] Mr. [John] Crane on the details of concentration camps and how the ovens were too small to kill 6 million Jews,’ . . . .”; review of Joseph E. Schmitz’s post-Pentagon work as head of the parent company of Blackwater.
The Urantia Book appears to have heavily influenced the founders of the Celestial Seasonings herbal tea company. Of greater significance is the fact that the formidable tome is an important element in the New Age firmament and espouses a deeply racist philosophy. ” . . . The book touches upon everything from mind control to a eugenics plot to eliminate the ‘inferior races’ of our great nation. . . . The Urantia Book, a 4.3‑pound, 2,097-page tome, published first in 1955, is a modified Seventh-Day Adventist text supposedly communicated to an anonymous man in a trance by aliens. . . . ”
Contending that the human race evolved from fair-skinned, blue-eyed space aleiens, the Urantia Book manifests a sinister philosophy: ” . . . . On every planet throughout every universe, fair-skinned, blue-eyed aliens named Adam and Eve appear to ‘upstep’ the natives. When their progeny mate with the acceptable inhabitants of the planet, the ‘inferior stocks will be eliminated and there will be one purified race, one language, and one religion,’ as Gardner explains it in Urantia: The Great Cult Mystery. But before that can happen, Paper 51 of The Urantia Book says, ‘the inferior and unfit are largely eliminated… it seems that you ought to be able to agree upon the biologic disfellowshiping of your more markedly unfit, defective, degenerate, and antisocial stocks.’ . . .”
Compare this with Hitler’s philosophy, as expressed in “Mein Kampf”: “The demand that defective people be prevented from propagating equally defective offspring represents the most human act of mankind.”
It should come as no surprise that the Urantia Book does not come from “outer space”, but appears to have originated with a well-connected eugenicist named William Sadler. ” . . . . While Hitler didn’t have anything to do with writing The Urantia Book, William Sadler did.
One of the most well-known psychiatrists of his era, Sadler got his start working for Dr. John H. Kellogg at the famous Battle Creek Sanitarium, which treated celebrities like the Rockefellers, Montgomery Ward and even Thomas Edison. Kellogg was a notorious eugenicist and founded the Race Betterment Foundation, whose goals were ‘to call attention to the dangers which threaten the race.’ Influenced by Kellogg’s ideas, Sadler published three eugenicist books: “Long Heads and Round Heads; or, What’s the Matter With Germany (1918)”, “Racial Decadence: An Examination of the Causes of Racial Degeneration in the United States” (1922) and “The Truth About Heredity” (1927). The Urantia Book echoes the ideas presented in these books, and in some cases, it reproduces the text word for word. . . .”
The Urantia Fellowship continues to manifest the eugenics philosophy of the text, counting Kermit Anderson–the director of genetic screening at Kaiser Permanente among its adherents!
Collaboration by powerful, influential Western and American institutions has enabled the perpetuation of what Mr. Emory calls “The Underground Reich.” In addition to the corporate interests who backed the Axis, journalistic organizations such as the Associated Press collaborated–the legacy of that collaboration being a distorted view of history. Much of the program highlights the return “above-ground” of political elements of the Underground Reich. In Ukraine, the heirs to the OUN/B fascists continue to gain gravitas politically and militarily. The openly Nazi Azov Battalion will now receive funding and training from the U.S. government, thanks to the omnibus funding bill passed in December of 2015. With Ukrainian members of Parliament openly manifesting their Nazi sympathies, those who profess to be “shocked, shocked” at developments should reconsider their point of view. In Croatia, Ustachi elements have gained control of the government, as attested to by the outgoing prime minister. Croatian cultural events, such as football [soccer] matches continue to experience open celebration of pro-Ustacha sentiment. After reviewing the Crusade For Freedom and its projection of Eastern European Nazi collaborators into the GOP, the program highlights the Nazi-like political agenda of the AfD. Represented as “anti-immigrant,” it embraces a quasi-eugenics agenda and historical revisionism reminiscent of the NSDAP’s agenda. The program concludes with a look at the future of fascism, with Nazi hacker extraordinaire Andrew “Weev” Auernheimer having hacked printers and made them spew white supremacist propaganda, as well as tweeting Nazi ideology in such as manner as to (apparently) augment his stash of Bitcoins. The program features a look at Tay, the Microsoft AI “chatbot” that turned into a Nazi 24 hours after going online. Program Highlights Include: the AP’s use of SS press liaison Franz Roth as a photo editor; the AP’s cover-up of the Lviv pogroms in Ukraine; the direct association of Croatian culture minister Zlatko Hasanbegovic with the son-in-law of Croatian World War II dictator Ante Pavelic; Auernhemer’s association with Glenn Greenwald; Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko being allowed to address to the Knesset–the Israeli parliament–despite his having laid a wreath in tribute to the OUN/B at the site of the Babi Yar massacre (1200 of the 1800 executioners at Babi Yar were from the OUN/B); the elevation of Svoboda party member Andriy Parubiy to be the speaker of the Ukrainian parliament; the use of the “14 words” by Svoboda politicians in Ukraine, as well as Auernheimer; recap of Croatian footballer Joe Simunic’s leading of a crowd in the “Za Dom Spremni” Ustachi chant.
Addressing the Knesset (Israel’s parliament), Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko recently gave a pro-forma apology for the participation of Ukrainians in the Holocaust. Israel is among the countries that glossed over Poroshenko’s honoring of the OUN/B executioners at Babi Yar (right). The recent election of a Nazi mayor in a Ukrainian town should surprise no one. Continuing discussion and analysis from FTR #868, this program underscores the possible role of Swedish and Scandinavian fascists overlapping both WACL and Sapo, the Swedish intelligence service. Involved with escape networks forged to aid the international flight from justice of fascists and Nazis, the principals in these networks exhibited behavior around the time of the Palme killing that is suggestive. Worth noting in this regard is the late Stieg Larsson’s investigation of the Palme killing, which pointed in the direction of some of the same figures examined in the Kruger essay. The program concludes with an examination of the Bofors munitions firm and its corporate links to Third Reich industry and the postwar Bormann capital network, with which it may well be affiliated.
The first of two programs highlighting the unsolved 1986 assassination of Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme, the broadcast features a 1988 article by the brilliant freelance Danish journalist Henrik Kruger, author of “The Great Heroin Coup: Drugs, Intelligence and International Fascism.” Through this examination of the intersected networks that Kruger has termed (in “The Great Heroin Coup”) “The International Fascista,” we are able to observe the elements of Operation Condor, key individuals and institutions comprising the former World Anti-Communist League, individuals and organizations underlying “the Strategy of Tension” in Italy, as well as the cast of characters that managed the Iran-Contra machinations. Long the focal point of death threats and assassination attempts, Palme had earned the lethal ire of fascists in North and South America, as well as Europe. The failure to solve the killing, despite the passage of almost 30 years and some very strong evidentiary tributaries, underscores the gravitas of the forces that destroyed Palme. Kruger’s article also serves as something of an “in vitro” window into many of the political networks we have examined over the years.
The most visible and best-publicized of the Nazi fighting formations in Ukraine is the Azov battalion. We now learn that Azov is training a “youth cadre”–including children as young as six. We don’t think it is much of a reach to see their “young ‘uns” as what might be accurately viewed as a Ukrainian Hitler Youth. Extending examination of the most inappropriately named National Endowment for Democracy, the program highlights that institution’s role as a direct extension of U.S. intelligence. In addition to having financed the Maidan coup in Ukraine, the NED has been positioning itself to effect “regime change” in Russia. One of the partners with NED in financing the Maidan coup is Pierre Omidyar, Glenn Greenwald’s financial angel and the head of EBay. Omidyar is now partnering with NED to create a “fact-checking service.” Vladimir Putin has cracked down on NED and other foreign NGO’s that are politically active in Russia, using the precedent of an American law that obliges political activists and organizations financed from abroad to register as agents of foreign governments. Reviewing information from FTR #848, the program highlights NED’s active projection of World War II-era fascists and Nazi collaborators into Lithuania, where the paved the way for the destabilization of the U.S.S.R., as well as the political rehabilitation of Baltic Waffen SS units. Program Highlights Include: the founding of the NED in conjunction with William Casey under Ronald Reagan; Omidyar’s sponsorship of Svitlana Zalischuk, a Ukrainian MP who is coordinating the integration of Ukraine into NATO; the Washington Post’s ideological swing to the far right.
In this broadcast, we continue to “Follow the Money” and analyze its primary role in the perpetuation of Nazism and its attendant methodologies and resultant ills. Peter notes that the postwar Nazi Underground constituted a “government-in-exile” and “an army in exile.” “Following the money” moved by what Mr. Emory calls The Underground Reich inevitably leads to Francois Genoud, Hjalmar Schacht and the extensive postwar Nazi connections to Middle Eastern anti-colonial, anti-Israel and terrorist milieux. The Third Reich and its postwar underground manifestation directly impacted, intersected with, and formed the operational template for, many of the world’s terrorist organizations. Recapping previous discussion of the Third Reich as a “cult” or spiritual movement, Peter notes that this “Underground Reich” not only is a parallel entity to contemporary Islamist terror groups, but has actively dovetailed with them. Program highlights include: terrorists’ abuse of the ancient hawala system of money transfer; discussion of the Bank Al-Taqwa; the use of Islamists against China; analysis of the “Tri-Border” area in Latin America; Germany’s return to power in Europe.
In our ongoing series of interviews with Peter Levenda, the author of “The Hitler Legacy,” we have highlighted points of discussion relating to WACL, Operation Condor, the Iran/Contra scandal and other elements that might not be familiar to recent/younger readers and listeners. Peter detailed his hair-raising visit to Colonia Dignidad in FTR #839. While going through some boxes in storage, we came across an old essay by the brilliant Danish journalist Henrik Kruger, author of “The Great Heroin Coup,” analyzing the unsolved 1986 assassination of Swedish prime minister Olof Palme. We present that article here, in order to familiarize younger readers and listeners with individuals and institutions we haven’t covered in decades.
